The store is huge with a lot of variety but when I asked a staff where a certain item is he just said to use my eyes and pointed to where it is

June 25,2223 I went to this store to return my item for $15, the girl told me to tap my card for refunding my money back, when I check my card the next day, it was charge back $15, I check my card the next day June 27, I got scared with different websites for over $400 within one day, lucky it was my prepay card so they scammed all $ I got I there plus still pending.i never got scam with my card till used this card at this Walmart, the girl returned my money $15 then she charge me back right away and I got scammed all my money in my card, be careful to shop at this store.

Many working over there are not knowledgeable. They don't know how to help the customers. Very disappointing. They need to hire better people. Some don't even know English.

Went there on March 16 around 3pm to buy baby formula. Waited almost 25min to have someone bring the keys to open the cabinet. The associate was paged 3 times and never came. The supervisor did not even have the keys.

I can’t understand what is the point of this store. There is no food, no water.shelf’s are filled with garbage. Never seen so ridiculous Walmart in this side of planet. Does this store manager has any glue what he/she should do.

Yesterday I was buying a 1 big gallon of water and I have returned the empty gallon. A young lady by name (Mushira) tells me in a bad way that because I bring that like this, I answer her what the problem is, she answers me: you don't know that you don't have to left any drops of water inside and I can't help you like that. I answer: what! She answers: if you want, go and throw the water in the street and come back. Ok I think maybe is for the pandemic. Let me do. When I come back I put the empty one on the top of the counter and she very upset said no go and put there and I respond what is your problem, let the problem at home, don't come to work. She left me talking alone and said I don't gonna sales nothing to you. I need the water I put the gallon there And I ask a last question how I gonna know everything if you don't tell me on the good way your politics and that one she get more upset I respond I know all the politics and that is you have to do what I'm saying. I'm I said yes but I just a customer and you don't have a sign explaining this if you gonna explain you have to more friendly to the people we no animal and don't be like that.
I recomend put a big sign that said " the gallon have to be complete empty and please show the empty one to the cashier and then put on the shelf "

One of the worse places for customer service. They did not help or resolve my issue. I had to go back four times and still nothing has been done about my return.

The only drawback is that the store doesn’t keep any produce. So have to take a trip to other stores nearby. If the store starts keeping produce then it’ll become a one stop shop for people like me that live close by.

The store is usually busy and staff is friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Aarti - she’s been very helpful.

I have several phone chargers at home unfortunately all of them charge slowly and I am going to throw them out. Michael assisted me with finding a great one and it charges fast. I love it. Thank you for taking the time out to share knowledge of the products with me. I will be back for another one to use when I'm on the road. This walmart is so disgusting. The staff stare the customer and ask them that if they have anything in there bags from the store. Me and my sister went there to shop and the lady in the cosmetics section had doubt that we are theifs and she ask us to leave the place and after we were done with the billing the security guard at the gate asked us that he could check our bags if we have something then tell him. This was so disgusting we will never go back to any walmart.

You have a lovely staff at your location named Elizabeth. We were in the men's clothing area 10 minutes ago. She has great knowledge of the products, locations of them and even inventory. It was truly is a Joy and delight to have the great assistance she provides. Elizabeth, you truly were essential to us today thank you so very much, (Jane and Wilson location) today!

This store is nice to get the things you like. The downfall is that there is nobody at the cashier before the store is closing. There was some people at the cashier in the mid afternoon afterwards it is very quiet. The only thing that was there was the self checkout. The Indian woman was telling me that I had to by the self checkout lineup. Which I did.

This place has the worst customer service ever. The attendants are so rude and act as though you burden them when you ask a question. I'll never spend my money there again

This Walmart is located in the eastern section of the Sheridan mall. It is medium size and carries the typical Walmart inventory. The store recently installed automated cashers to avoid long lines during check out. It lies in a poor neighborhood, but it is clean and well managed. The store is very close to the Walmart supercenter at 3757 Keele Street, north York. They carry a limited choice of non perishable food items and dairy products. The washrooms have been recently renovated and are reasonably clean. The staff and customer service are nice. At present there are no waiting lines to enter the store. It seems as if the staff of this Walmart location are quite comfortable with the outside of their building looking like a landfill with the amount of garbage strewn in front of the store. It is unsightly and in this pandemic people should keep their surroundings and environment clean and/or germ-free. It’s odd that the place where these employees work can look this terrible.

I just want to sincerely thank whichever Manager finally decided to clean and organize the pet supply area. For months it smelled bad and there were flies from open product left to rot. I was very happy to see it had been cleaned up and organized. I visit this location weekly and typically they have everything I need.

Most of the staff was rude, not helpful and don’t know the exact row of anything. So impatient, I asked about hair trimmer first they didn’t helped me to find out, once I found it it was out of price label I asked the price they said sold out, but there was more than 10 hair trimmer. Disappointed

Suck a joke waited 25 minutes in the pick up area for a cart (never came). Spoke to staff many times. Telling me to wait and providing no updates. Meanwhile I see people grab carts and coming in.

Purchased medical products through 3rd party seller Voyage. They have failed to deliver, failed to help locate delivery, failed to provide reimbursement. Walmart equally unhelpful. Avoid purchasing Voyage products

Took me 20 minutes to get help with infant formula. Tried to complain but the managers were too busy to assist an upset customer. Deeply disappointed. Do better Walmart. Would recommend any other location as a place to shop.

One of the worse Walmart's to go into if you live by Toronto. Staff don't care about anything other than their cellphones and the lack of professionalism is staggering. Should just close and open up under new owners.

I'm not from Toronto.that being said, it was an absolute culture shock seeing the huge difference between the Walmart at home and this Walmart. It took 35 minutes to get a staff member to assist me in getting infant formula, and it made me uncomfortable to be escorted to the cash register (where the associate waited until I paid for the formula before leaving).

It was horrible i am sick and tired of being treated like a criminal everytime i go to Walmart. Someone stands there watch you scan and pay for all your items at the self check out. Then the sercurity gaurd stops you at the door and ask for your receipt. Which by the way doesn't make sense because he's not checking in to my bags just looking at the receipt. Just looking at my receipt is pointless if you are not checking it againt the merchandise in my bag.

It wasn't really okay. According to their website they had an item I was interested in purchasing and when I got there it wasn't in stock. So I wasted all that time going there to find out they didn't have it. If you look at those website you better call them before you go there otherwise you're wasting your time. I've dealt with Walmart before and their delivery service when you order online is absolutely atrocious through a company called Canpar. They snuck into my building without using the security code and left me a notification that they were there. This is after they were instructed not to deliver because I was going into the hospital for surgery. I cancelled the order and had to wait a donkeys age to get the money. I subsequently ordered the same item
through Amazon and got even a better deal. Walmart only in person if you want to avoid the grief. Good luck you all! Lol!

Careless, never picks up the phone. I called once and they just left me on the phone and hung up. I called back several times and no one picked up. The store is often messy and its hard to reach out for help.

Great. I went there to buy a sale item and it was sold out, but the manager allowed me to get it by getting 4 items to complete the pack of 4 sale.

This is the worst Walmart i have visited.we only go because it is close. They rarely have the sales items. No one around to help or open locked up items. The store is dirty, many staff are rude. Security accused my husband of stealing a wagon that didnt even come from the store. This store is just wasting space at the mall.i would rather hop on a bus and go to another Walmart for more variety of items

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. They do not have a hot food bar like other Walmarts and a lot of items are out of stock, its almost like this location is closing?

In the US it's one of the best stores. But here in Canada it's a shame. The counters are empty, the service Is bad, this is one of the stores I probably won't visit again.

The staff is always very professional, friendly and polite. The store however needs a lot of work and is rather junkie. The store deserves 2 stars the staff deserve 5

The offerings at this store seems to cater to the community. So you may find certain exotic or "ethnic" items that others may not carry. On the other hand this store is sadly lacking a fresh produce (vegetables and fruits) segment. Healthy choices like whole wheat and multi -grain varieties of baked products are limited. Are the people not buying the healthier stuff because they are not available or they're unavailable because they're not being bought? Your friendly downhome, neighborhood corner store Walmart.

No help on the floor, the customer service representative extremely slow. They chat with each other rather than help customers

If you are looking for grocery and wide variety in electronic not a go to place. This is not like usual Walmart, very less options for any department and less to no grocery option.
