Last order was pretty much the last straw for me wanting to continue using the order online feature.had someone else's order mixed in with mine. I personally saw 3 items that were not mine, pointed them out and told the employee that they were not mine.then as I was pulling out of the parking spot, got flagged down as there was another item that was mixed in with my order. Instead of me looking through the bags, employee is roughly going through all the bags shoving stuff around trying to find the missing item.finally they find it and leaves me having to repack the bags that were tossed about.

My last order just before this one, the produce that was picked were terrible, brown wilting lettuce, bruised and nonedible pears, slimy green beans. I live near Lindsay Ontario, and make the trip into Oshawa Ontario to pick up the groceries, about an hour drive as there is no Walmart in Lindsay. I'm not going to waste even more gas and my time to drive back in to complain and get a refund or exchange.

Time before that, I had some very poor substitutions, I told the employee that I did not want them, they said that was fine, took them back, and I still haven't gotten a refund yet, it's been 3 to 4 weeks so far. I shouldn't have to go in to the Walmart and wait in line to get a refund for some really bad substitutions. I also shouldn't have to wait this long for a refund either!

I also don't like how long it takes for the payment to be taken out of my account. It can take 3 to 4 days if not longer.

I'm tired of going to get my groceries and having it take close to an hour as I usually have to end up going into Walmart to find things that were not available or the employee could not find when my order was picked, and when I do go in to find the item or something similar, 9 times out of 10, I can find it! Very annoying!

I'm done and fed up with using this service, and now I'm being charged another $6 for this non service!?
That is very unacceptable to me!

Onlly recommend it for grocery but for home appliances pls refer the reviews of the company and performance of appliance.

Without a doubt the worst service I have ever used. I used to order from them all the time, which was passable. 80% of the time the drivers would leave half of my order in the car before leaving and making me have to contact Walmart for a refund. Now when I try to order, it tells me my address doesn't exist. After refreshing 10 times, it will acknowledge that my house does, in fact, exist, but is apparently in Florida. After a few more refreshes, it will realize that I'm in Canada but will tell me that my house is not eligible for a grocery order before freezing the entire website. It'd honestly be faster for me to walk to Florida to buy groceries there and walk back to Canada.

We use their App to advise we are on the way and when we arrive. Groceries are usually out and in the car within minutes. I wish Walmart would train the staff on loading a car properly. Have had broken eggs a few times.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE GROCERY PICK UP! My boyfriend and I stared doing this once Covid hit. I feel that they have more of a selection when you have order for pick up. Plus we have a habit of buying more than needed when we go on. The staff is very friendly, helpful as they load groceries into our car and the wait time is always less than 5 minutes!

Don’t by fruit and vegetables they don’t pick them well. Lemons and oranges were old. Box of salad greens were rotting. Only good for dry groceries, bathroom etc.

They deem essential products non-essential, don't support "any" business that tells you what you do and don't need, it's beyond ridiculous that school supplies are closed off yet if you need makeup they're open? , Nobody "has" to follow the governments' rules, if they can't side with the people of this once beautiful country, then they don't deserve to be treated as human either, put them out of business and let them share our suffering, then tell us what is and isn't essential.

The associates are VERY RUDE. They have a horrible attitude. They rather chit chat with each other than help you out. In self check out, a lady told my mom and I there was a limit on how many noodles we could buy and that you can only buy 6. That is a lie. We work at Walmart. So my mom told her we don’t want it anymore. She stood there and watched us check out instead of watching everyone as she stood. It was such an uncomfortable feeling. No wonder people prefer to shop at the south end Walmart. They are way nicer and treat you like family.

The worst Walmart ever. It is 2 minutes away from my house but I have not been there for the past 4 months or so and unfortunately every time I do grocery shopping there, I encounter issues including today. I have made several complaints but apparently the managers do not even care. They never sanitize shopping carts, or self check out terminals. They stock expired items and rotten vegetables. Their cashiers and customer service are very rude and unknowledgeable. There is always police cars at the front. I wasn't going to post this negative review but I am left with no option but to do so. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store at all!

When its quicker to shop inside the store than it is to pick-up an order, there is a problem. Most problems stem from poor management.
