Walmart Pharmacy

Very rude if you go there sick you’ll come out dead. Especially with that Chinese pharmacist.

Wow. I just asked if they have clyndamicin in stock and they asked " what do you mean? ". I'm sorry, is that a complicated question?
Lol. How ridiculous.

First time to use this pharmacy but it is really bad customer service and even the pharmacist didn't do anything helpful. They gave us a run around for a prescription while the patient was in pain. Won't recommend it at all.

I faxed my prescription to this pharmacy hoping to pick up my medication on my lunch break. A skinny Chinese guy who works there very rudely told me 3 times (very loud for everyone to hear) that I am supposed to call them before faxing any prescription because they do not check their faxes. That's like a telephone operator saying he didn't answer my call because he was busy. This guy's customer service if I were to rate him is negative 5 out of 10. Very rude, blamed me for not doing his job. Guess what? I'ved been working in a doctors office for a long time and I'm just gonna tell patients not to go to this Walmart pharmacy anymore. I'll fax their Rx somewhere else! Shoppers or Rexall

I think this pharmacy is great! It is quite busy, so if you're impatient or unable to wait, maybe another pharmacy would better suit your needs. All the staff are very friendly, especially the pharmacists.
The review below mine is inaccurate. I think I was there during the interaction, and Ludee was the one that was rude. The pharmacist made her prescription within 5 minutes even though it wasn't prepared in advance! And he was only explaining to Ludee why it wasn't done, and how to avoid waiting in the future. He even apologized. Can't expect all faxes to be done as a priority, there are so many people at the pharmacy waiting! Common sense.

Very bad service. The staff working here blamed me for openning the box which was opened by others, and forced me to buy this open-box item.
