I was given incorrect medication.

Called in for a Rx refill, after it was 'ready'
I arrived and was given the wrong medication. After several attempts I ended up having to go to a different pharmacy to get my medicine.

These meds prevent me from having potentially fatal seizures and they were denied to me.

This pharmacy never used to be like this but has clearly lost all quality control, throw in extremely rude employees and theres absolutely no reason to trust this place.

Was told to come back in 45 mins to pick up prescription, upon returning, was told to wait another 30 mins so I went home to wait, then after 45 mins was given a call saying they didn't have what I needed in stock.are you kidding me? Completely unacceptable. This place needs to make a major change to how they run thing, like maybe just checking to see if the prescription can be filled before people walk away. Thanks

When asked about infant Tylenol the pharmacist told us they had nothing available and to come back later to check. However, when we asked the assistant, she said they had some in stock and she gave us a bottle which we really needed as my daughter was running a very high fever. Why lie about what you have available? It was in stock and we clearly expressed that we needed it… Thank you for saving us a trip to the hospital but why lie about it?

I was there yesterday for an Antigen test then I got my results as Possitive when I check the date of birth on the paper it was incorrect. Then I went and asked about the incorrect information then later I was told it was some else results and my actual result is Negative. I didn't know how careless they are working. On my paperwork An employee called Pooja Shah did all the mess. On my results she didn't even mark whether I did the PCR or Antigen test. When I asked her about that she said it shouldnt be any problem.

I had a flight to UK with Air Canada then everything started. At the check in counter I was told the test is invalid because there were no marking for which test was done. I explained the situtaion and they had to call several department about this problem. I waited almost one hour at the check in counter. Finally they decided to accept the test.

If the walmart pharmacy Pooja Shah employee could have simply fixed the issue when I asked her at the beginning, I wouldn't have had all these problem at the check in counter.

Please do your work more seriously. Don't make your customers life miserable. 8

Bad service. Has happened several times that I dropped off a prescription in the morning, clearly stating that I would pick the med up later in the day, because I don't want to wait the 15-20 minutes that they take here to fill it - only to come 10 hours later and still be told to "wait 15-20 minutes".

Today was the last straw. Will fill my prescriptions somewhere else.
