Only one cash open that was not self checkout. Refuse to use and take work away even though there seed to be many workers standing around not doing much. Not impressed.

Not your regular super centre so don't be fooled. This Walmart doesn't have refrigerator items and veggies/fruits. You can go here for everything but that. Then you go to the nearby Loblaws, or Farm Boy for everything else.

Besides not having a freezer section, or a produce section. The stores shelves have noticeable dirt and grime that's clearly been neglected.

Wasn’t very busy, the shelves are half empty and I was able to spend way too much. I don’t like when they close the self checkout with more room. Also, there wasn’t any pre-sanitized carts. Not the worst Walmart

This store must be the worst Walmart of the valley; very poor employee attitude, extremely slow for parcel pickup. Employees are of no help if you need to find goods.

When in to buy a few drug and food articles. Everyone of them were out of stock. This is not the first time as I find the restocking to be constantly lacking.

Went in for an Optical Audio cable and they were open early for me, they had two different sizes of cable for my choice and all at a good price. Additionally this was a good morning walk from house to the store so extra bonus.

The very large shopping carts are hard to separate, especially while holding a pumpkin in one hand and a pot of Cyrsanthimums in the other. And no Wal-Mart Greeter to help!

I cannot say enough about the excellent service I have received from Clifton in the Wireless Centre! His patience and kindness is beyond good customer service. He has looked after my husband and I with our new phone purchases as well as some senior friends and he has been outstanding in his service to all of us.

I was in today to buy two items. A bag of cat food and a bag of dog food. I also grabbed two bags of chips on my way to the checkout. I proceeded to the self check out, which was quite busy. When I got to the self checkout and scanned my items in, the bag of cat food would not scan. It required a sales person to come and assist, which they did and they could not figure out why the item would not scan. I suggested that they call another staff member who might be able to help us. They felt the need not to do that and instead just stood there and wait for me.too I guess say that I wasn’t going to take the bag of cat food? I’m not sure. So I said, I’m going to buy this cat food today so I need you to figure out what’s going on so she called one of her other self checkout staff members over to which that lady then said, oh yes that happened once already today. I said, okay what are you going to do? They both just stood there. I suggested several times that they call a senior staff member over to help and they refused. Actually they didn’t refuse they just blatantly ignored me. It was the poorest customer service I’ve ever received. I literally felt I had no other option but to walk away at that point. (Because of their unwillingness to check on one of the items that I need to purchase. They had no intention of finding out why that bag of cat food would not scan in.) I left without any of those items. And I went next-door to Canadian Tire and bought my cat food my dog food and my chips there. I understand sometimes working in a busy retail environment can be stressful but if a customer is asking for help with an item staff members should be trained to offer that help. Looks like more training is required for the staff at the self check outs at this location.

The store use to be pretty disorganized and had messy shelves, but it's been better lately. Checking out is still a poor experience, either with only two cashiers or the self checkout machines not working. Like any Walmart, there is a good variety of stuff at mostly decent prices, at least compared to online stores like Amazon. It does lack interesting sales though.

Ordered online for a quantity of 4 (all the same product only available online, not in store). Got home and found a quantity of 3 in the box. Told to return to store. Store informs me that they have to refund me for the full amount.can't just order the missing quantity of 1. Wow! So now I'm left with no product after 2 trips to Walmart for a "convenient" online order haha! Make a long story short I paid again for the quantity of 3 I received.still missing 1 and waiting for a refund for the 4 which I've been told takes 2 business cycles.crooks.absolutely no customer service and obviously broken procedures.maybe Walmart is too big to fail? I sure wish that every Walmart would disappear. I'd pay more for a local biz selling product with service than waste time, money and gas dealing with a no service company like Wally World.so sorry for the people that have to work there!

They have the best toy section of any Walmart I have ever been to! It is also a very clean and well organized store, always enjoy the shopping experience here

My go to Walmart. I love this branch. The gentleman at the entrance door was doing his job today telling everyone lined up that only those wearing a mask can go in. I want to officially thank him very much because some people kept calling him names! Just for doing his job and following the store rules!

I have just come home from the Walmart of 500 Earl in Kanata
I bought some 12 can coca and so on.and all the price sign under all this item is 2 for $9.
When I made my payment, I was charged $4.97 each.
I talked with the customer service and told them I was charged more, one lady the number is 25 check the price and told me the price sign is wrong.
I said the wrong price sign is your responsibility, I mean it is the store responsibility, but the lady said maybe I change the price sign to make me so sad.
How can I change the price sign! Where I can find the price sign!
My personal thought this lady is so rude to me.
I don't think i will go in this store again even it is close to my home.

A week ago

Came into return a bicycle I purchased a couple of weeks ago at another Walmart. They advise me to do the covered policy that not allowed to take returns on items without a printed receipt, even if the gentleman said he could print out a receipt I would need to go to the original store.

So they are able to follow covid policy about not taking returns, however, they were not able to abide by covid policy to ensure other customers stay 6 ft of me.

Either you follow covid policy or you don't.

A manager named shamsham called the police on me, the police officer came and left a d said the manager was crazy and insufferable.

Visited their photo centre and the lady on the counter was so rude and asked us to wait even though we had appointment booked for newborn passport photos!

Disgusting. Store is messy, unclean, and completely disorganized. McDonalds looks like no one has touched it since 1994, with literally a VCR player on the wall. I have never been to a sadder place in my life.

Very bad and weird experience on boxing day.

I wanted to buy two booster seats for my two boys on boxing day. There were only two left for the model on the flyer, one of them is for girl. I asked a sales associate to check the stock and he told me none in the system left and the two left are for demo and can't not sell to me. He is very friendly and customer oriented. He advised me to choose another model and offered a discount (I remembered from 40ish to 30 bucks).

When we brought to cash. The assistant manager challenged the associate and said they should have some in stock. They checked and finally brought the floor model (or demo) to me and said they are sold without box like that. I don't want to buy the one left because the manual was gone and looks not in good shape. I told the assistant manger I still want to buy the other model packaged in box which I was offered 30 bucks. The assistant manger said "NO" in a way I felt very rude and unfriendly. VERY WEIRD! I understand if it is sold like that without a box means it still in stock and could accept a "no" in a friendly way.

Very bad experience and I would avoid buying from this Walmart as I can.

Standard Walmart - produce could really be better. But otherwise, cashiers are friendly and getting in and out is fairly quick.

Very very very bad service not just the customer service even the three yellow shirt ladies supervisors

They care more about chatting with each other then the customer that’s standing next to them that needs help

I had to stand there for 55 mins to p up a order I placed online
The p up phone I called 5 times number no one answered

Asked the supervisor to help they kept on saying we paged some one is coming

I was shocked to see the these supervisors attitude

I asked an other rap for manager I was told he is not in the store even thought it was 9 pm.

This is not the first time I got this kind of service from these yellow shirt ladies supervisors

I wonder y don’t know y they don’t train them properly.

I don't particularly love this Walmart, I come here because it's the closest and I get my prescription from the pharmacy. I suppose you could call it it's one saving grace. Ideally best time to come is early morning to beat crowds and the congestion of having to cash out. Tons of parking. But they need more employees, lines are always long, not enough cashiers and when they are paging someone to come they take forever, your better off getting the product yourself. I did that myself a few times, it's worse if they take what you want with them and they take too long to come back. I'm talking more than 15 minutes. Hire more cashiers and I think you should be fine, and perhaps employees that actually know their stuff. I understand we all can't work out ideal jobs and a lot of customers feel entitled but dont suck my joy if you're having a bad day. Let's not paddle in the same boat.

It is topical Walmart store. Some times they have nice deals in grocery section. Indian section in this Walmart is noticeable and we can find lot if Indian grocery items.

They need more employees. We can find most of stuff. But they need to be organized. We see most of time things laying here and there on floors. Cant find anybody to help u to look for stuff.

Was here on 09-19 around 230 pm at cashier 26 the lady Marva at the cashier all she did was talk and there a long line. And she’s soooo slow. Horrible customer service. The worst. She would literally stand there and do absolutely nothing but just talk.

One of the best Walmarts in GTA areas. You would also find tons of Indian groceries here. More than any other Walmarts. May be because it's in heart of area (Brampton) which is full of Indians.

Came on Sunday evening, to see empty and dirty isles. No fresh produce or meats. Whatever I wanted was not available. Staff not at all friendly or professional carts in the parking lot no place to park. Wal-Mart is saving money by trying to keep less staff.

Another bad experience. Wanted headlight bulb but table that you use for make and model wasn't working and no body to help. Also no micro SD cards available at all. Left with just a bag of ice.

One can get number of varieties of vegetables, fruits, children and adults clothings, toys, furniture, computers, electronics, mobile phones, accessories, household items, grocery, drinks, dry fruits, Ice Creams, frozen foods, pharmacy store, Garden Centre wherein one can get different varieties of plants, flowering plants, shrubs, creepers, organic manures, gardening instruments, etc. Has Customer service counters too.
Place has wheelchair accessible parking, entrance, wash room facilities.

Hate this location. Always a mess! The bra section is always a disaster. Bras are not even on the right hanger with the matching bra size. This Walmart is the worst in Brampton. Needs to be more organized. Need more employees on the floor to assist customers there's practically no staff on the floor in the evenings ridiculous!

It probably is the biggest Wal-Mart in Brampton, however the inventory was pretty disappointing. Maybe it was just one off but did not have the best shopping experience.

I live in Malton Mississauga but prefer this store due to staff helpful and store look like my own. The staff at Malton are worse no knowledge of products or services.
