Walmart Supercentre

I come to this Walmart at-least once a week and Salim always harasses me about my support animal. My support animal is document and has visible ID yet he still questions me every-time and when I point to the pass he waives me off rudely without a response. I’ve made a formal complaint to the manager I think his name is Kandar but things haven’t changed. Hopefully somebody sees this and confronts them about their greeters. On a positive note Maureen was extremely nice but unfortunately the experience was spoiled before I got into the store.

Customer service was too cheap. I went for shopping today and i looking gor something in a health and beauty section there is a item which was already open and there were one girl belongs to GHS department with short hairs and blue nail extensions i asked her do you have packed box this is open and she replied in very rude manner that what we have what it is you guys make it open. Even i was trying to close that open box and then planned to buy same one because there were no other option but that kind associates dnt know the exact meaning of customer service i dont now how the hired so rude associate.

This Superstore has everything that you are looking for! A pharmacy, electronics, a seasonal section, clothing, photo prints, sports, groceries, pet supplies, and the list goes on and on.and their prices are suitable for every budget. If you want to buy more for less, you gotta' shop at a Walmart Supercenter!

It was great lots of live check out people lines moved fast and no one telling you to use self check out. The one staff member went above and beyond to help us get what we needed, he was great.

Waited 3+ hours for groceries that were supposed to be picked up between 5 and 6. We never actually got them. We left at 9 after being there since 5: 30. Even called, they said they didn't have the order so they'd send someone out then I called again and they said they found it and it would be out soon. Hour and a half go by and nothing.

This wait has happened a few times before. Sometimes it is better though and we get them within a few minutes.

Full lot and only 2 runners.

At least the refund process was easy online.

Customer service is horrible. Staff are not willing to help and are unpleasant. Their grocery pickup is a joke. Orders should be ready within your hour time slot and they are not. You end up waiting over an hour. They don't actually substitute item, but rather just say they don't have it, but when you go into the store it is available. They don't take info via phone correctly. When you call to complain, don't bother!

Grocery pick up at this location is a joke. My order was not ready between the 1 hour window and when it was finally ready to be picked up it took forever for someone to answer the pick up phone line. After getting through, it took over 2 hours to receive my order. While patiently waiting I noticed multiple cars arriving after me were receiving their groceries. Out of concern, I called the grocery pick up number and was assured my order would be ready with no apologies for the tardiness. This service is unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to wait so long and not receive a reasonable explanation for the delay. Walmart you can do better than this.

I got a giftcard 2 times and they were invalid i talked to walmart they said i cant refund it.then i talked to apple they said walmart didnt put money on the account

Waited an hour and a half for a $35 dollar order.
Followed all the instructions, was told it will be out in 5-10 mins. Waited about 90mins.worst experience

Online shopping is very slow they delay for delivery, even call center will not responds. I order Air fryer delivery time was 22nd November today is 26th November and ther is no information about the Delivery. Went to wallmart 50 quarry edge store in Brampton they are saying wait for the Email for pickup. I will never ever order Online from Wallmart.

Absolutely awful walmart hatred going there always try to avoid and go to Mayfield or mississauga rd locations

Produce options in this location are extremely lacking and the choices that are available are not good quality. Would not recommend.

I made a purchase for a highly sought out gift for a little 4 year old girl. It came into stock this morning, I ordered it, the funds were taken from my account, yet when the item that was delivered (no knock on the door), I discovered at the door, it was someone else's order. When I looked on the receipt it wasn't even my credit card. I hate to say this - either someone who was delivering it stole it to make a quick buck or keep it for themselves as the item was for 89.97 and everywhere else is selling it for $220+ or the person wasn't awake and didn't care that they messed up. Either way that person shouldn't be working for the company. No matter what your job is you should always put your best foot forward or find another job. Totally disappointed that a 4 year old will not get what she circled in a Christmas catalog as her wish list from Santa.

Some Isles empty or looks like a riot took place.
Overall a good place to shop for products with reasonable competitive prices.

Almost everything is available. However, there are certain products that you can get cheaper at Dollarama or dollar tree.

Extremely terrible service, manager Vince and Ranaj or whatever her name is have been so rude and difficult working with customers. They have dismissed all my questions and didn’t even provide me with the opportunity to share my concerns with them. Is this Walmarts golden standard? Is this the best you guys can do. These managers are setting a terrible example and should be fired. Extremely poor customer service, i will never recommend this Walmart nor any to people ever again. I am so disappointed in the management running this store. And Vince please wear your mask when talking to customers.

Got what I needed but was surprised no price matching from the store that invented it! Wow how ironic is that. So now expect to spend more as groceries with non groceries equals higher bill!

Terrible walmart. Went in for black Friday and there was hardly anything there. Staff was not friendly when I was asking questions and alot of things were not even in stock at 7 am. Wild.

The management of this store needs to be fired completely. Walmart corporate i hope you see this, Fire Vince immediately he is the perfect example of what a manager should not be. Him and Ranaj are horrible leaders and it shows. Everyone has a problem with this store and for obvious reasons. I will continue to call corporate until this issue gets resolved. No customer service anywhere, multiple associates just hanging around the aisles and chit chatting. Carts are a mess everywhere from parking lot to inside where they are all jammed. Very dirty and unorganized inside, need to up the service.

Big store, big selection and reasonable prices. All in all preferable one stop shop for anyone who wants to finish all shipping at one place.

This store has been trash ever since the did the remodeling. Majority of Staff are rude and don't really care about their job. Trying to get help is like swimming in circles and when you do it's usually pointing in the wrong direction. Bought a Brita jug here and got home and it was broken.

My last shop here two employees were running with a cart down an aisle and almost smoked my cart just before electronics. When I mentioned to please be careful because my daughter was in the cart and there are children (toys are located to the right of where they decided to run) the one girl laughed and kept going.

I usually go to the one on Williams and Mississauga Road.way better and worth the extra drive

People weren't wearing masks and someone was stealing half a shopping cart worth of stuff they "forgot" to scan.

Poor housekeeping and always low on inventory, not sure how they put it under supercenter category. Avoid this store and save your time.

This is by far the worst experience I have had at a Walmart. The customer service and cashier experience would receive negative points if I could give them that. We had a flyer concerning updated prices (valid from June 24-30), and when approached by the cashier, I was very rudely bashed on claiming that it was not valid. This means that they either didn't update it in their system, or the employee was not aware; on top of the extremely ill-mannered way she had talked to me.

The even more surprising part is that she accepted an item price from the same flyer, but for another item in that exact flyer, has the audacity to straight up tell me "it is unofficial" without double checking with anyone. The way it was delivered showed pure ignorance. With Walmart being such a big store, it is shameful to think about how a situation like this would happen in the first place plus having employees who don't respect customers at all.

I was getting late for work and couldn't double check whatever she had mentioned. Aside from the money loss, something I was so much more disgusted by was how they had served me as a customer. We tried to call them to bring attention to this issue, but none of the numbers worked.

A very frustrating and humiliating experience.never expected this and would definitely report it to higher authority.

I live close to this Walmart and it is my go to Walmart but today I wasn’t comfortable being there. A lady (older, wearing a purple top) working in the self check our area that is close to the grocery department kept hovering over me like I was trying to steal something. I’m definitely going to think twice about coming to this location.

P.s I walked towards the exit and watched her to see if she was doing it to the other customers there and she didn’t. It was only me. I AM OF AFRO-CARIBBEAN DESCENT!

Worst customer service. Today (July 5,2021 around 8: 15 pm) I had to leave my lawn mower without getting the money back. Almost brand new machine I took back to them for returning, but they didn't pay me back. Cause I didn't have the box! I told them that after first time use, I threw the box out, because it was working properly at that time. But yesterday at the time of second use, I observed that mower not starting up. That's the reason I took this to the customer service. But they didn't not do anything for me. Neither gave me money back, nor provided technical solution.not even showing sympathy! But they kept my stuff (mower) when I left this on their floor and told them what should I do with this broken machine? They didn't try to resolve the issue! But kept quite and kept the the machine!

I wanted to talk to manager, and she claimed herself as Manager. Then whom should I go?

Before leaving I just took two pictures. To let everyone know I gave them back every single component of the Mower, except box, but they didn't pay me back a single penny! They need the box, but didn't write anything about the box in the return policy on the money receipt. Then what's my fault? I'm just a poor customer who doesn't have money to go a lawyer!

The lady at the front told me that you can go alone inside! Like seriously if m coming with my Girlfriend! We both have to go inside to shop’! I showed her my id that m frontline worker n still she was confused! Plz teach them how to deal with customers

Grocery pickup is very slow at this location. With just 2 more cars along with mine on the curbside location, it took them more than 30 minutes to get the order out. Definitely an opportunity to do better.

Very poor service no CSM was helpful she just said we are not sending any cashier in garden centre ‘nowadays’ then when? In winters? It was a safety concern because i had bags of soil which were wet that could make someone slip on the floor. But no one was helpful.

If I could give negative stars I would have. I usually love Walmart but I regret visiting this one! The customer service is soooooo pathetic and hospitality is worse. Employees don't know what customer service is and talk so rudely to minute queries

Worse customer service you can't place an order online or either customer service by phone. I have been calling since 9 am. And they are putting me on hold for 2 hour, so I decided to come to store and I made call and after asking them to transfer me for phone order and she is telling me she is book for all day. I told her I am at front of counters and waiting. I came all the way from North York, Toronto. Just to buy one item. I would never come back here for shopping.

I had a very very bad experience. I try to order for curbside pick up. I called them more than 50 times but they answered couple times, the person who answered the phone told me I transferred to curbside pick department but she put me thought another customer like me twice. Finally one person answered, she said we done for the day.
I wish I can give zero star.

I came to pick something up from the curbside pickup booth outside.
The terminals were not working. There was a wait of 30 minutes before they told us to go to the garden centre. Line was long and slow moving (due to only one cashier) be high demand.

No worth it to shop at Walmart anymore, prices on flyers are not competitive, other super markets are way cheaper and keep adding match price

Today I went for shopping and my purchase was of $231. I paid and when I was loading grocery in the trunk I found the hair colour box was open and doesn’t have colour and conditioner tubes in it. The box was worth $10.31. I came in with receipt and the lady named Bhupinder Kaur, asked me to see Customer service. When I was going towards Customer service she said from behind, “you should have checked before”. The second lady, close to Customer service counter, seems to be supervisor, whose name I will find later, asked me that we have to check our cameras, “I said ok let’s do it but my grocery will get spoiled as it was 31 degree outside”. She challenged my honesty but when she found confidence in my reply, she changed her statement and asked me to line up for customer service. My reason for this poor review is because of the harassment that I faced due to the suspicious attitude of two representatives. The is my worst experience at this Walmart.

My second poor review is about the quality of fruits in this pandemic. I found rotten apples, oranges and mould in strawberry boxes. This store is selling the stuff in one of the worst condition. As the virus is deadly and can enter from your nose and mouth. When we buy these poor quality products we are also carrying virus to our families. Here mouth could become channel of transmission for the virus to enter our body. How much you can wash mould from strawberries or a rotten apple or orange. So we are paying our hard earned money for what? How hard it is to garbage such poor quality products.

I expect from the food inspectors of Ontario to look in this matter and take necessary action. We are to save lives, not to risk lives due to the poor quality of food products.

And I expect from the management to ask the workers to sort out the rotten fruits.

Customer service manager name Bhupender she has no clue what customer service is. Especially in this tough situation she don’t know how to talk to customer. No professionalism.

There are COVID-19 restrictions in place right now limiting access to certain types of goods. The shopping experience was pleasant and not a single little kid ran into me with a shopping cart. The shelves seem really well stocked considering it is the beginning of our third lockdown. I swear there have been huge price increases, and yet, we have legislation that prohibits price gouging in times of emergency.

I like the location. But they seem to have no stock in the store. I went to buy hair conditioner.thay didn't have my Brand in stock. I went back 1 week later they put it on sale but they still didn't have it in stock. A bit rediculious.

I found this store to have very helpful staff and also having a wide variety of products at a very reasonable price plus a very clean store that is near all types of public transportation and lots of free parking for those people with automobile and they have a very good return policy.

Worst self check ever.rude customers trying to bud in front if line like.was about to freak out after I noted who was next. How is it possible a store like this doesn't have some designated to direct and order customer. I was about to lose it as well on the self check out. Horrible system worst ever.never again so fustrating with rude customers on an already totally chaotic system.

Line up services and cash out clients are very rude at the end of closing lane and needs to be reviewed by a manager.

It's busy, but the selection is good either for produce or merchandise. 24 hours is a bonus.

Convenient location, but the walmart itself is always packed and poorly stocked. Parking is becoming an issue with the recent additions to the plaza.

I just want to recognize the amazing level of customer service provided at this location. Even on a busy day, the CSR who handled my transaction did so quickly and efficiently. She greeted me with a smile and processed my price match request very easily. I will continue to shop at this location for this reason alone. Top notch customer service experience!

Usually has what I need in stock. The store looks really nice with their latest renovation. I've been going to this Walmart for the good part of 20 years, no issues. Drivers in the parking lot are another story though lol

2-star chain. Lots of made-in-china goods. Staff is surprisingly friendly, given Walmart's reputation for undepaying.

Things you can't find you can find from Walmart. Very clean everything well organized, thanks Walmart. Hours are great when all other shopping mall close Walmart open till 11pm.

Trying to get a Christmas canvas for my mother in law took four phone calls about about an hour of my time.

Walmart is Walmart end up going in for one thing, come out with a few more items than planned. You can seriously find pretty much anything. What I personally like about it is that they are open until 11pm and it's never a pain in the rear end to return something.

Needs to be shut down.this place is is infested with sketchy people. Dont know why this place attracts all the bums and thugs from brampton. Someone was stabbed there today as well over a parking spot. Either needs to be shut down or have a police station built in it.

Great location. But they need to open more cashier lanes because the lineups get really really long. Clean grocery store but it's just the lineups that are long.
