Considering how busy it constantly is at this location, I have to say Niagara Falls Walmart is really clean! I actually find most of the locations in Niagara quite clean!
Omgosh, they had available electric scooters, the entire place was clean, and the building was huuuuge! I almost bought the whole store! I had to restrain myself!
Walmart on line grocery is getting really really bad and lazy! Every time I order groceries on line they forget an item. EVERY WEEK! Either the employee's in the store are getting lazy and not reading the orders properly or the delivery guys are stealing the items. It's getting annoying that I have to call and complain but an item or two that I didn't receive all the time. How are they satisfying there customers by doing this? Just make sure you check your order an items when you receive them.
STAY AWAY from TAHIRA dear store manager, this is how Tahira is sabotaging your efforts and the efforts of all her collegs: first: she s gossiping about the customers in front of them which is not professional at all! she creating intrigues inside the store: you can look up the camera on the day when she did this and you will find out that we are telling you the truth here, she closed her till and left the customers just to go to tell to other cashiers in front go the customer not to help the customer, is this behaviour sain? NO! the cashiers around her two Indian men were so quiet and professional, and doing their job without making excess of zel that Tahira was making in front of everybody, then when the customer decided to complain to the customer service manager, Tahira exibited a weird and scandalous behaviour "she started screaming from far away at the customer and yaling, under the eyes of the CSR manager, the customer didn t go down to Tahira s level by: not answering her, customer did NOT even look at Tahira screaming, Tahira was so agitated just because the customer was complaining, do you think dear manager that Tahira should be screaming from the end of the store facing mc Donalds and making scenes to make You look bad and to make the store look bad and to make her collegs look bad and over all to make Walmart look bad, it s up to you now to let Tahira keep hurting the store interests and reputation or no? We will this matter in your hands to deal with it, our family, friends, are not going to your store anymore till you solve this with Tahira, because a cashier who exhibits such a weird behaviour is not what we want to see, we don t know what else she s capable of since she was screaming like that from the far end of the store, Tahira is making sure that your store gets so many one star reviews that s because you trusted to let her be a part of your team, we changed our reviews from 5 stars to one star because of Tahira, Regards
Cash register busy self check out maybe three open girls standing around pointing Witch one is free. Girls on phones.why not open cash and stop being totally useless store is dirty starting to smell what's going on in this store.wow
I like Walmart but as a senior when you put Items too high & too low we can not purchase because we can not reach when the items are pushed to the back of the shelves! I am not the only one who complains about this!
Who trains your employees? Because the customer service I dealt with today within the customer service section was beyond inappropriate and displayed disgusting behavior. I'll be going to other Walmart locations because this is not how customers who spend money in your store to pay your pay cheques should be treated. Walmart you should be ashamed in yourself. Will definitely be making a phone call to head office.
Disorganized, wait times to pick-up online orders frustrating, place is like a dumpster in general. You go to find groceries its not there, vegetables are limited, bakeshop not quite good at all. Display items and merchandise is better at No Frills and Food Basic easy to find items. This place needs new management and staff that really works and not just be walking around as if busy. Walmart, check your store and see for yourself how this location is in poor condition. Be like Costco in how neat and organized everything they do and care about their place and customer.
The Walmart greeter physically hurt me today. Someone that old should NOT be working at Walmart when old people are known to be irritable and angry. I am appalled that the greeter physically harmed me today as I was leaving Walmart with my small child. As I was leaving, my cart suddenly stopped as I was stepping forward and hit me directly in the stomach. The man then screamed at me to show him my receipts and had the audacity to call me a thief! I showed him my receipt and then he pressed the button on the thing he was holding that says “lock/unlock” and my cart automatically started working again. My friend told me that he locked the cart with his device, but the greeter lied and said he did no such thing, even though we SAW him pressing the only button on a device in his hand that says lock/unlock. He began yelling, saying that the carts lock sometimes and he had nothing to do with it. That is a flat out lie and he had no right to yell at me. I feel like I was punched in the stomach. I can’t eat anything, since this happened that is. I made an appointment with my doctor when I got home. If the pain gets worse I might even go to the ER. Thanks a lot for hurting me, Walmart greeter old man.
Rude people that work there.they think they are above you when they should remember that they are only Wal-Mart Goffers that go for you and get what you want. And whith out you as a customer they don't have a job.
Sunday of Black Friday. Staff hopelessly overwhelmed. A fight broke out. None of the staff members knew what to do. Supervisors who showed up didn't know what to do either. The manager who eventually got there didn't have the training to get the situation under control.
After the fight was ended, the workers had no help getting the mess of shampoo and conditioner cleaned up. No one was there to help them get the display and shelves straightened up. I could feel their embarrassment.
It isn't the fault of the employees. Management and corporate ought to have provided training and support for the staff having to deal with a problem beyond their control.
In general the place is un-organized, online pick-up orders is awful. Takes your life away to wait and wait until you get frustrated. What are they doing on the back of house? The place is like a complete pile of garbage. This is one Walmart that needs new management and staff to address the store and complete over haul. Its better to go to Costco and Canadian Tire to find things in order than a place as if you're in the poorest condition of all. Step up people you're in Canada.
I would like to thank to Manger Mrs. Christa at Niagara Falls Walmart. She helped me a lot and when I asked her to resolve some misunderstanding and issue. First I asked Supervisor to help me and also he was very polite however I still needed to talk and discus with the Manager to negotiate things better. On that note, this is just thanking Christa for being Great Manager and resolving my issue in the best way possible.
I was so impressed how she is professional and understanding, her abilities to be like in charge of the all situation, she didn't doubt in her decision in any minute. She is a very good asset to the company Walmart. Thank you Mrs. Christa (hope I catch the name right today since you were so busy) and wishing you all the best in the future. Walmart need more employees, Managers of this kind I love Walmart and shopping in this Store but today she made me even better customer. I honestly loved the way she handled this all situation today. She made my entire day compete and satisfying.

Very Poor Services. I am a Senior Citizen went to pharmacy for pick up my medicine on NOV 26,2021. On my turn after being long line I asked medicine. He asked me to pay for medicine. I told him that I am a Senior Citizen & my medicine is free. He asked the Pharmacist on duty (named Patel) who called me on Monday as there was no code & they had to obtained that code from my family doctor. I went to the pharmacy again on Wednesday (DEC 01,2021) for pick up my medicine. Again after being long line on my turn they again failed to deliver my medicine as they could not obtained that code in 6 days as confirmed by the Pharmacist on duty (Named Ugo). They wasted my 2 hours & again they asked me to pay for medicine. Eventually I got frustrated & came back home without taking medicine. Staff is not rude & cruel they also have no sympathy with the patients.
Price match is over and prices seem to be getting up and up I think I will stick to smaller stores as this one is huge and understaffed It would be nice to have more staff that speaks and understands English My dog food went up over 12%
Shelves are empty. No sales staff around and its dirty UPDATE Bought product on line and head office told me to return it to the store. They refused it and told me to call another number. That number told me to go back they must take it back. This company has no communication. Will not shop on line or at store. Staff is not knowledgeable at courtesy. DISAPPOINTED
Could use a bit of clean up, tidy up. The staff here seemed chilled and didn’t do much. But to be fair, the fo stock up some items I couldn’t find at other Walmarts
It's a Walmart. Very convenient right off of the QEW offramp. Lots of selection. They offer curbside pick up as well. The have other stores, Petro Canada gas station, a couple of fast food options in the same area.
It's Walmart so of course they have just about everything. Their prices are okay. Lots of smaller businesses can easily beat their prices. At this location, beware the crowd. Parking is brutal and it's way worse inside. Navigating the crowd is a nightmare. On my last visit I was so flustered that I abandoned my cart by the front door and left.
Being yelled at by a cashier and a manager because they were only interested in one side of the story from another customer was not my idea of shopping at this Walmart last week. Wish there was another location close by. I would not be going back. Very unprofessional on the employees part.
We came to Walmart in a time of need with a long list of items. We needed a canvas cleaner, but which one? A step stool but of a certain height. That kind of thing. We had the pleasure of coming across Jonica. She was incredibly pleasant and helpful, with suggestions that suited our needs. She literally dropped everything (she put her two carts to the side) and helped us with every item on our list. She knew where everything was. At no point did she make us feel like a burden. She was so incredible. We will make more of our purchases at this location because of her phenomenal service. Give this magnificent lady a round of applause!
Worst walmart I've ever been too, and i have worked in 17 different time zones. Horrible staffing on checkouts, they do maintenance on self checkouts when its busy, total waste of my time. I'll drive 100 miles to any other Walmart before going to this place.
Ordered online, picked up item, got home and one half of the order was missing. Called immediately back to the store only to get a 1-888 # to call. No resolution on that end either. Poor customer service from a multi-billion dollar corp.
Worst customer service at self check out, if the hand scanner shouldn't be used there should be a written instructions saying you cannot use it, rather the lady representative was yelling at us not to use it or touch it - there is a way how to tell the customers politely (i guess management needs to train their staff in this and teach some etiquette)
Why is there is a big line up at self checkout with people with their shopping carts full as they are shopping for whole month, and only 4 self serve kiosks are open? And people with 2 items waiting for 15-20 mins to check out.
A different Walmart suggested I call this one to see if they can look up a product that they only had half of at their store, so I called, and asked before I placed a online order with their store to double check if it's in stock, because the online will say available even of it's not. Immediately she raised her voice and every other word to me was ma'am and it was like she was trying to instigate a argument with me. I think her name was Neha? I was just doing what another Walmart suggested. Need to retrain staff at customer service.
Every time I go to this store what I need is out of stock. Replacing most Brand name items with Great Value Brand. No more ad matching. Used curbside pickup, 20 mins for someone to answer phone and 20 mins to bring to car, only one item, only 2 people in curbside to pickup.
Went to Walmart to look for a pool after calling multiple times only to get hung up on 4x. They had 1 pool left. We asked to pay for the pool and hold it so I could complete my shopping. The MANAGER refused. When I came back with my groceries it was gone. Not only did he not offer a solution just threw up his hands and said he couldn't do it because of store policy. I spend 450 dollars a week there what a horrible chain. Thanks for NOTHING walmart. Horrible customer service.
For the first time ever I returned something to walmart. And the girl behind the counter, Heta, was very rude to me. The bar code was missing because the package had been torn into, and she proceeded to tear me a knew one and then rudely sent me to get another on for scanning. I returned with it and apologized and she just ignores me and treats me like a leach. I got my refund and walked out and will not be returning.
I am never impressed with the lack of service at this store and individuals who do not wear masks over their noses. I also have disdain for the customer service reps who are barking orders at customers regarding where to stand, what line up to get into, it was not pleasant at all. I would rather shop somewhere else.
The pandemic response of this location is uppauling. There were over 300 vehicles in the parking lot on Sunday January 24th no lineup to get inside, I had to constantly dodge hordes of people in isles. The only place that was properly social distanced was the lineup at the checkout.
I would have given 1 star, but the overall store before the pandemic I would have given a 4 star, that is why they get the 2 now.
Clean and Big Store but they don't like it when you use the Walmart App to scan items. All of sudden you'll have Employees and Security stalking you for what? Why have an App with Scanner then. We are double checking prices not stealing, on top moving here from Brampton I gotta say the Employees there were a lot more helpful. Most here don't know one aisle to the next.

I don't like the work of people working in mobile phone section in this Walmart, couple of times i went there with my friends. Once i went regarding the moblile phone sim they didn't bothered about anything and just asked me to call in company and after that there was no one in computer section for the help and queries in computer section where we can have printouts. So, i am disatisfied with there work.
How can I make Walmart sound like anything we already don't perceive it as. It's Walmart. You could say its a rich persons dollar store. Alright stuff, you won't find designer cloths or anything there but as I said, we all know when you step foot into a Wal Mart what you could be in for. Enjoy.
After asking for directions to find the items I was looking for, they were not there. Finally found another employee who stated that if I did not see anything then they're sold out.
Walmart as we know is always so busy. I rated a four star because they handled cashing people out amazing. I don't think Walmart deserves always a five-star. Believe or disbelieve Walmart will always be the bum Central at the end of the month. So don't go.
Overall the staff is very pleasant and have provided curbside grocery pick up throughout the COVID-19 quarantine. We have made use of this service bi-weekly and it has been wonderful. My one issue has been that sometimes the person answering the phone is quite difficult to understand. Other than that, we have had great experiences shopping at this location!
I’m a customer of Walmart Super centre Niagara Falls spending at least $300 to $400 every month in Walmart for groceries and other stuffs. I would really like to appreciate these two Managers of Walmart customer service, Shubham kumar & Karamveer, I always found these people helping the people with gratitude and full respect. They value the Walmart policies and the customer satisfaction at the same time. You guys know what you are doing. Thank you so much for being so helpful.
I come here a lot and usually it's a regular trip to the grocery store, nothing special. Today one of the cashiers who helped me at self checkout chased me to the door to hand me my phone that I left behind. She could have left it there, waited for me to come back and/or turned it into the lost and found but she didn't.
She went out of her way and she didn't have to. It was very kind of her.
Very busy, understocked & the parking lot is always a nightmare. With Niagara falls having 88thousand people, you think they would finally open a second Walmart.
I only go because we have no other department store. Most of the time what I need is out of stock. All these new employees dressed in black are rude and no help at all. Yellow vested employees just walk around and never help when it's busy. Walmart needs competition, we need another department store or two.
I don't enjoy shopping anymore. Shoppers are just rude. What I wanted to buy was not available in the size I needed. This is the first time I left without what I needed or what I wanted to purchase. This is so frustrating: (
The lady stacey at customer service claims to be the manager is not only rude with customer but with her workers she came to tell the cashier to go for her break and statered to talk to her in a very loud tone to hurry up and go on her break when she was been hold by customer asking questions. At the same time another cashier was starting her shift and also was rude to her management should take a good look at this individual behaviour any work enviroment should be free of bullies or get her better train for this position where you must be able to deal with stress and not abused your coworkers.
It's a great place for the local neighborhood even though people still come from afar. It's basically on my doorstep and stocks a good variety of goods, products and food produce. It's in a perfect location just off the QEW in a centre with other shops and services.
Poor toy selection. Sales clerks around the store hard to understand. We could not understand what the voice on the loudspeaker was saying. One clerk didn't understand what we were asking for (a doll crib) and showed us assorted toys on what looked like her phone. Prices missing from items and scanners are few and far between. Pleasant check out clerk so that is the only reason I am giving any stars at all.
I phoned on a Sunday evening to ask if this location sells beer on a Sunday. After what seemed like 20-30 rings, someone finally answers and tells me that they sell beer til 10: 45pm. Great! I drove over a few minutes later. Did not appreciate driving across town to purchase beer at 7pm, to be told at the register 'we do not sell beer after 6'. I went to customer service to complain, and they couldn't have cared less. Make sure that if you're calling this store to check on inventory/hours that they remember which day of the week it is. Won't waste my time here again.
So I was at Wal-Mart tonight Harmony location in Oshawa I proceeded to self check out to complete my shopping Now as we all know, the part where you put your groceries you have scanned will only hold so much weight, the machine began to inform me I had to remove some weight, well as I begun to remove my bagged items a Wal-Mart worker started huvering over me, demanding I scan the rest of my items. I told her I would, at what point she continued to stand looking over my shoulder so close I could smell her bad breath. My mother in law who was there with me spoke up an told her to back off, at what point the lady got even closer to the point she was touching me. I understand people steel and some are dishonest but why if I have scanned over $300 in products, would I steel a case of pop and a bag of milk? The Wal-Mart worker really needs a lesson in how to great and compose herself and maybe use mouth wash.
We shop in this store frequently and have always had good service and usually used the "12 items or less" check outs and always experienced great service and efficient "live" cashiers. This past week we were shocked to see that the "12 items or less" check out section completely removed, less belted cashier lines and the remaining areas replaced with self-serve checkouts. It will be a frosty Friday in hell before we look at or touch one of those checkouts so our shopping days at Walmart are definitely going to be curtailed. If you can't pay "live" cashiers, you aren't worthy of being a retailer. Also, we noticed that the belted cashiers you did have were severely over-worked so your chances of retaining competent staff will be slim.and they're likely being paid the whopping minimum wage, right? With the Christmas shopping Season here, this store and all the other Walmarts will be totally hopeless places to shop. Merry Christmas!
Shopping at Walmart @ Harmony Rd. N and Taunton Rd. E was a pleasant experience. Affordable food prices make it easier on my food budget. They allow price matching, which makes it even easier for my family to shop there. Plenty of self checkouts and a large amount of express lanes when you want to run in a grab a few items. This store has a large variety of name brand and store specific brands. This Walmart includes a photo center, and portrait studio as well as fast food and Lotto Centers. Clean store and friendly staff. I will shop at this Walmart again.
Wow.lots of good deals to be had today. The place is always hopping and today, there were enough cashiers as opposed to too few. We found what we needed and when we were looking for a glucometer battery, the young sales associate in the photo department looked at the battery and had the new one picked out in seconds from the wall of batteries. We were checked out courteously and quickly by the friendly cashier. All in all, it was an enjoyable le experience. And this comes from a person who hates shopping!
We like the variety of different products, especially for fishing. But outdoor lights are not working at all. We almost got hit by another car. When I went to customer service and told them about it, they said that this is not their responsibility. And they'll let the property manager know about the issue. But when we came back in 5 days later, there were no lights still. But all stores around didn't have this issue, only Walmart parking lot. I'm just wondering who will be responsible for any car damage or people injuries? Walmart or property manager? I guess that Walmart is not interesting in customer's safety at all.
Worst Walmart we have been to. We are from the USA so maybe Walmarts are different here. Shelves not stocked and no rv section. Asked for a sqeegi, nobody knew where to find one.
What a the experience. I specifically came in today for a jar or sour cherries, which the website showed as being in stock. When I get there, I ask the woman working in the pantry where I can find them. I'm told they are in with the canned fruits. Makes sense. Check the shelves, no cherries. No shelf tag, even. I go back and ask again and an told that they are supposed to be there and no where else. I asked if it's possible that there are any in the back stock room and am told no. When I tell her that the website shows that they are showing in stock, I'm fed some line about up to 48 hours to update. I then go to customer service and ask them to check their inventory system and it shows 12 in stock. The customer service person says if they aren't on the shelf, maybe they are in back. No kidding, hey? So I asked if the pantry person can check the back stock only to be told no, they are too busy.
If I can help it, I will never shop this location again.
We don't have the option of 0 star so I have to give 1. They removed the fast lane to had more self check out. They cut job by doing this and I don't work for Walmart so why would I scan my stuff myself? We don't pay less for our product. You may get 1 or 2 things on sale but you spend more on all the rest. There is CANADIAN store where we get the same product for better price and with customer service. Wallmart was never my fist choice now i will not go back and encourage everybody to do it too. If we all boycot Wallmart and go to other store, those other store will need staff so peoples from Walmart will find good job where they won't get abuse (no break and force to work creasy shifts).
