WORST WALMART in the area, by far. Store is always dirty and unorganized, check expiry dates on your food as much of it is already bad just sitting on the shelf, staff is beyond RUDE and just stand around and talk to eachother. Chubby brown cashier named Raymond clearly hates his life LOL, and goes out of his way to make people feel uncomfortable, he needs a life. Store manager doesn't care, I've spoken to him. Expect nothing but trash if you shop here. DO BETTER WALMART.

Love these supercenters. Unfortunately we don't have that in Germany. You can find everything you're looking for and grab a burger at McD after you've finished shopping.
I always buy my boxer shorts cheaply there so that they last until I get back from Germany to Canada.

The absolute slowest checkout I've ever attended. Do not even bother buying beer here. Only one cash will have smart serve and the line is insane.

Honestly feeling ways after shopping here, was followed around by a security guard who I continually bumped into in every isle I shopped in even until check out and finally the receipt checker questioned the number of items we had in our cart compared to our receipt and I offered to count it with her

Imagine trying to get groceries, doing the work of self checkout and then having to count it all again at the door onto of being seen as a thief Walmart has truly become a dystopian reality

And if wanted to steal I wouldn’t be stealing the weekly sale items

Not even worth a star. Getting harassed from a lady (Indian) security for no reason to trying to purchase a product from electronics, is totally a nightmare. I don't recommend anyone shopping at this location.

Customer Service Desk TERRIBLE! They are lying. They are not helpful. They are lazy. They are not knowledgeable. Please do not employ uneducated and disrespectful people at the Customer Service Desk.

I need to get something after 9pm so Walmart is almost the only option. But I was disappointed because the store seems lack of items to pick. I couldn’t find what I was looking for and feeling wasted my time.

Horrible customer service what a disaster of a store whoever is management is doing a horrible job they need to be replaced no one available to help no one even offers to call anyone to help people say sorry I’m on my break and walk away do not shop here garbage garbage garbage as far as I’m concerned -5 stars

Very bad experience with produce associate name Indira, Once their was major price difference between price of fruit (gala apples) in fresco and Walmart. I asked her, she rudely replied go and buy from fresco.

I fail to understand why sometimes the cashiers charges me more than the price I saw on display. If a small shopkeeper does it, we call it dishonesty. Ordering online can solve this problem.

We received great customer service by Monica and Andria today. They were very helpful with our exchange. My wife and I will return to this store again because of their great customer service.

Store overall looks clean & organized. I think some staff need training and they need to be bit more caring in terms of how to treat stuff while working inside store.

At 5: 50 PM on November 12th, I encountered a printer problem in the self-service cashier area. The staff who came to help me had a bad attitude and told me angrily that I should wait for the printer to print out. The problem was that I did nothing with the printer, which was a bad experience

Great customer service went to pick up 10 jackets from This location to donate the staff was extremely helpful even went to get me 4 from the back.

Terrible walmart location, we cannot pick up our item since nobody was working in the pickup department! Totally unacceptable! Avoid this walmart at all cost!

Such a fantastic store, well stocked with very friendly staff. What happened to the washrooms? A dirty mop passed over the floor, grime embedded in the tile and corners of the ceramic tiles. What manager is responsible for the cleanliness when opening?

I have been to this location quite a bit in the last few months and every time I encounter at least a few people not wearing a mask. They clearly don't enforce the rules.

Im 14 and this my main grocery store we go here every day mostly my mom and the food section is very bad there apples always have dirt on it so we need to always drive to the walmert thats downtown of los angels

I went to this Walmart on family day which is February 15 2021 and on the Walmart website it clearly says the the store will be open at 10: 00 am and it was not so may people was disappointed this is not proper communication this store needs to do something about there managers poor customer service so sad

I drive 10 to 15 kms just to go to this Walmart, past an other Walmart that is 5 kms from my house. The store is nicely kept up and never crazy crowded. Sufficient registers are always open, never having to wait long to check out.

Experience with online grocery delivered from this store is really bad. Placed the order as per scheduled time provided. Received a confirmation that the items were expected between 8: 00pm-9: 00pm. As it did not arrive on time, called customer care by 10: 00pm. As per initial call waited 1 hr, then called again as it was already 11: 00pm. We were asked to wait another 15 min. Then called again, another customer care person mentioned after 11: 00pm the delivery will be next day. Not sure, then why the previous customer care person mentioned it will be delivered in 15 min. Not at all appreciated from a top brand store to provide this sort of service.

The Walmart itself is clean and organized.
My negative review is for the security guard working yesterday (Saturday evening) he was beyond rude.
Also in the pick up order section (came on a different day) there was two males who were very unprofessional. I was very disappointed at the demeanour of these individuals.
Otherwise the other staff was pleasant

For a new store its Layout is unfriendly and down right confusing. It makes you the Customer either wait in a Long Line Up to Check yourself out or Wait in a Longer Line up to maybe have a Employee Check you Out! They also, stop Price Matchingvand SaybPricing is Better then most which its not its Expensive to Pay for said New Store

Store is huge with so much stuff and its organized well.plenty of self check out and cashier counters open so no waiting in line but hope the washroom is little bit more cleaner

Clean store and good service. The cashier named cassandra has been giving me amazing service for years and she's very professional and so are the rest.

Has to be the worst walmart I've ever been to. They moved it from another location and its just the worst. Always EXTREMELY under stocked, have very minimal employees ever at check out causes massive line ups and a bottle neck affect at check out.definitely not a good thing during covid at that. Just a bad walmart all n all.

Bad experience with one of the cashiers. She never wears a mask and always gives attitude. If you have a “medical condition” then why are you even outside potentially exposing yourself to the virus?

The woman at customer service was so rude. She asked why we didn’t return to the same store I bought at. Because it’s not convenient. And why it took so long even though it was in the return window with a receipt.

Shiny new store but understaffed for inventorying. You see many things "in stock" online, only to get to the store and find them long sold out. Some of the floor associates do place the out of stock sticker there, but there seems to be a disconnect between that stage and online inventory, especially for the most in-demand items, letting them stay out of stock for extended periods of time. Store needs better care from those in middle management to run effectively.

Relocated Walmart from across the street brand new big spacious very nice.very crowded I guess this is due to the covid-19 restrictions.
Disappointed at the pharmacy because I went to buy some drugs had a few other grocery items and she wouldn't cash me out.

The costumer service is very poor at this location, i was trying to return an item that i bought from the same store and they are saying we don't accept items without a reciept but that not stated on thier receipt, this is a scam.

Today I had a very bad experience while visiting this store, the customer service associates behavior was extremely rude to me that I actually complete about them at their head office no. Someone has to take an action among their abusive behavior towards customers.

It is a new Walmart! Very clean and organized! Love the neon lights that indicates each section of the store. Very good place to buy cheap Christmas tree! Got a 7ft tree for only 60$ with lights attached already!

Poor costumer service. I was on phone with them to check my online order that has to pickup on the store.first the put me on hold, and they hung up after few minutes. The same at second time. The third time i got to talked to someone and tell me to wait again and put me on hold for soo long 35 mins.never bothered to get back to me. Whats wrong with thise people do your job right like other does.

Expected a new concept Wal Mart like the Thornhill location. This is the nastiest wal mart. Looks so old yet it just opened. Pretty shocked

This store is one of the large Walmart’s in Toronto. It is very well managed. Lots of parking space in front of the building. It is located within walking distance from the TTC and many other stores including Lowe’s home improvement. Walmart supercenter does not mean the store is large, it means they sell fruit, vegetables and other perishable items. They have a good inventory of most items that Walmart sells. The washroom is very clean and fresh all the time. Pharmacy is large and well-staffed. There is an in-store bakery and a large deli section. I love grocery shopping in this location specially their grilled chicken. Prices are good, like all other Walmart stores. Products are clean and fresh. This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Today October 9th 2020, the store was a complete mess, most products were out of stock, disorganized and incredibly long and slow lines to check out. If you can, avoid this location. Terrible experience.

Absolutely horrendous. I've never been a fan of Walmart in general, but this store is on another planet in terms of poor customer service. I received an email stating that my online order was ready for pickup. When I arrived I was told by an employee that they were "unsure of where my order was", so they went on a little scavenger hunt only to realize that it was not yet prepared. Moreover, the employee remarkably said "I am not the one who wrote the email". Wow, thank you, Sherlock.

When the order was finally ready, I was given numerous expired products. After speaking to customer service, I was told to process the refund online. I "processed the order" only to realize that I was not given my refund of $15, but had only been given $11.70 after some random, unexplained fee. When I went into the store, customer service told me there's nothing they can do about it as the "refund" (which is quite clearly not a refund) had already been processed online. Are you honestly kidding me? What an absolute joke of an establishment. Avoid shopping here at all costs. Shameful, woeful service.

Worst walmart i have ever been to. One Cashier was too busy gossiping at customer service to come to her register. A second walked away mid transaction when i asked for the store #. Tried to call the main line to speak to the manager on duty and the phn rang for 10 mins with no answer.

My experience this morning was disgusting. My grandmother sent me over to Walmart to get some necessities and I was refused entrance due to the rule that seniors enter first from 7 to 8 AM. Understandably so, if there were seniors in line that would make sense. But considering I was the only person in line and waiting to enter the building I still was unable to enter. The front door woman was incredibly rude and abrasive, even though she was a senior herself, she had no empathy. There was no way of knowing online that the seniors before 8 AM rule was still implemented. Upon even begging Management to let me in for my grandmother on her behalf, they continued to make you feel unwelcome. This location was once my go to location but if it means facing that type of attitude each time I will no longer be a supporter of Walmart.

I stopped in today at 11: 40 am to pick up a couple of items. Upon leaving the store at 12: 10 pm. Approximately 30 minutes later a tow truck was getting ready to leave with my car. 30 minutes really! The driver said security had called. I was furious to say the least. I will not be shopping at Walmart on Edgeley again.
Going to the police department tomorrow to report it. Walmart said the have nothing to do with cars being towed that it is Smart Centre. When I called and and left message for someone to get back to me. Surprise nobody did.

Very clean and nice, most expensive Walmart I've ever been to though. Took off one star because the bathrooms are gross. There are no Dunkaroos there either.

Walmart is not what it used to be.quality poor on food n produce.and now they are much more expensive.

They have not kept pace with the times. Walmart go back to where you came from!

Enormous, not much you cannot get in here as far as I could see, except for wine! For reasons unknown to me it is not stocked! Friendly and helpful staff, in house travel shop, pharmacy, MaccyD and tyre shop. Great choice of everything as you would expect. Super large fruit and veg section and Pick n’ Mix. Excellent choice of clothing in George with some decent ice hockey and baseball outfits.

Most customer service staff nice and will go above and beyond. Carry a variety of things at reasonable prices. Washrooms ok sometimes.
Great prices for kids clothing.

Cashier Emily was a complete sweetheart.
She kept a smile on her face while her "manager" was nothing but rude and condescending towards her infront of customers.
Would have given this 5 stars based on Emily alone, but had to give it 2 because of how she was treated in front of other customers.
No manager should ever speak that way to an employee.

This Walmart has everything! And its in a convenient location, I really hope they don't end up closing the store with the new builds going up around it.
