Walmart Supercentre

Yesterday I saw multiple dogs walk into the store either placed in carts or just left on the leash. Clearly not service dogs! I left this one-star review on Google the moment I got home:

Because this is an establishment that sells groceries, not only is this unacceptable and disgusting, it is against the law. Animals shouldn't be in rooms that manufacture, prepare, handle, store, display, serve and sell food, according to the Health Protection and Promotion Act.

Dogs transmit diseases such as: Rabies, Noroviruses, Pasteurella, Salmonella, Brucella, Yersinia enterocolitica, Campylobacter, Capnocytophaga, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Coxiella burnetii, Leptospira, Staphylococcus intermedius.

As a customer who values a safe, clean, peaceful shopping experience, I urge management to keep animals out of the store and enforce the law.

I need to get a passport picture taken and the gentleman working at that section was extremely rude. When I was fixing my hair for the picture he said my ears must be visible even though there was nothing about ears on the manual. My mom is wearing hijab and I asked how about my moms ears. He said it’s not fair for me to ask this question and I should worry about myself. He was extremely slow and took almost 30 mins to pack our printed photos! Horrible experience

Don't do walmart pick up here! Slow as all! Get paid for travel time to deliver but then staff makes you wait 30 mins of unpaid time while others show and leave. Noone seems to know what to do at this location

I was waiting for help on electronics and asked a person working and they responded they were going on break and to ask the other person (who was busy with photo customers). That's bad customer service.

Excellent customer service! An associate there, by the name of Lavina was very kind and lead me to exactly where I needed to be to find the product I was looking for. Quick and efficient, no complaints. Would happily shop here again.

The manager Mitchell at the Cell phone section has unprofessional service with very rude to the customers and to his staff, I was standing there looking at the offer, noticed was two ladies the manager was serving them, he had very rude attitude, let the two ladies waited to be served while he was busy putting some unnecessary stickers on some boxes which he could easily do that job after serving his customers, it made me think again before purchasing and dealing with him. Will strongly not to recommend anyone to approach this section to deal with Mitchell.even his staff were complaining about him. Never again at this location. I had video footage shows his service and for sure will be post in the social media.

At the self serve station and got stuck. Asked staff for help. No greeting no nothing like I have offended her. Right after she resolved the issue, she just stood there playing with her phone. Photo attached.

They called me for an interview today i went there and they took interview of only one girl and they said to all other boys including me that position is already filled i came back and check online they mentioned that i didnt meet their requirements. My only question is how they know i am not capable for the position without taking an interview. They are fake feminist and prefer only girls there so i thinks we boys have to start shopping from somewhere else if they dont like us to work there so it means we also have to stop shopping from there. They wasted my time if the position is alreasy filled why they didnt send me an email a day before such an unprofessional store

Completed mortified! Been coming here years and never experienced such shame. Why put in self check outs of your just going to harass and shane customers. Spent 537.02. While I scanned all my items and packed up all items as I went to leave check out, mind you I was still at self check out about to push cart a employee says I need your receipt you never paid for everything. Excuse me I said please do not bother me today. Showed receipt of coarse I have nothing to hide. While everyone is self checking out, they stop starring at me like I'm a thief. The employees goes through 500 dollars worth of food and items one by one. Not one mistake or item stolen. This is ridiculous. I will never go back again to this walmart. I never even got close to walking out without being harrrassed. Customer service is horrible now I thought walmart takes pride in customer service. Take out self check out if you think we are theives and put back all your cashiers.disgusting

Yesterday on Oct 21st, 2022 I visited this Walmart and there was a big noise of Punjabi songs I guess they were celebrating Diwali. It was hard for me to communicate with the pharmacist and also I had a headache which increased due to this heavy noise. I can see other people facial reaction that they were annoyed with the loud noise. My question to Walmart Manager or management at that time is are you going to celebrate every religion like that? Isn’t it you created discrimination between other groups? I guess management needs to get educated on work place ethics.

Rude management. Got stopped to check my receipt as I was exiting and the lady seemed very confused, couldn't count my products but didn't mind wasting my 5 mins.

Worst Walmart ever. Sales floor managers with the keys need to be talked to about how to actually assiste customers rude asff

The pharmacy department here is so ignorant and rude. I asked for help to find a vitamin and the Asian lady said give me a couple mins I said ok and I waited in the aisle in plain sight. She goes on helping someone else, I didn’t say anything. I asked the other Indian ethnic pharmacist and he was taking his time, he shows me the vitamins and I asked him if I can take one and go to the main cashiers he said no, so as I wanted to pay there he goes back to his work and ignores me. The first lady I asked for help also leaves the cash register I was at and goes on helping someone else… all I can do is laugh because seriously? ! I spoke up and mentioned that to both of them and all they can do is stutter. Walmart should really consider how workers are with their customers because they’ll lose business.

Worst Walmart! I hate that it’s the closest to my house. Their staff is rude and so unhelpful. They literally will yell at you for asking questions.

The store is also always out of everything. I hate it so much! I drive 15 mins to the next Walmart now.

Pros:
Store is pretty well stocked compared to other Walmarts.

Cons:
No cashiers, they rely you to use self check out.
Pharmacy department quite rude and not helpful.

This Walmart has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. And I happen work for another Walmart in a different location. I'd never treat my customers, how my friend and I were treated today, I truely hope the OSL staff at this location steps up their service because I'll never step foot in that store again.

Went for passport photos and was impolitely informed that they don’t do passport photos once I arrived in the section… Please update available services on your site to avoid customer disappointment

This review is in regards to getting our passport photos. We spent over one hour and the poor man couldn’t achieve the proper lighting for my daughter’s photo. By looking at the equipment he was given he has a bar of soap camera and nothing more than a white background with no lights to adjust for special needs. Anyhow I was fuming and we just walked out. It has nothing to do with the employee it’s called either poor set up or poor management. For passport photos I don’t recommend going there unless they improve what they missing. I’m writing this review because I want them to fix this problem because my time was valuable and I got nothing done.

Staff not helpful specially at self checkout when barcode not giving price they asking you for exact price of the product to punch instead of checking themself.

What a dump. There's so much of basically nothing. And it's all over the place. I'm actually embarrassed that this is the local Walmart. Bolton or Bradford is my go to. Vaughan, zero pride or respect. Trash.

This store has 1 person working in the morning and 1 in the evenings at the deli department. That is ridiculous. I spoke to the store manager and explained that they need more deli workers at least five. They need 2 persons in the mornings and 2 in the evening so that they can cover each other for breaks so customers don't have to stand and wait for half an hour to get served. The employees need their breaks too so find people for the department. Customer service at the deli department is horrible.

Very good Walmart but the customer service at the customer service center or the return center is extremely poor they always have someone working there with extremely rude and don't have any customer service skills whatsoever, they should have polite and members at the customer service department who will take the returns or exchange or if we need to do swaps we'll do it happily with a smile not members who will show attitude and give a angry face to customers.

It's quite busy there. The produce was not that great. Shelves are organize but does not mean it's well stock.

We had a great experience with the bakery department. We ordered a birthday cake for my daughter which was really tasty. The price was so reasonable. Special thanks to Anna for the amazing design.

Well, I used to go to this Walmart and everyone is very nice but today sadaf done extra ordinary job in finding for the stuff I am looking for she is super friendly, helpful and a sweet person.

If you’re coming here to pick up grocery order trust me just cancel it or wait for half an hour to pick it up or maybe even more.

Wide aisles, large parking lot with multi point access to entrance, pull up pick up / drop off spots at entrance as well

I ordered grocery, booked a slot 2 to 3pm. Arrive just after 2pm.called many times no one picked up the line.finally they picked up around 3 pm.waited in my car till 4: 37 pm no order came. Called customer service and cancelled the order.funny thing happened after that.got email at 6: 45 pm.got email confirmation, that ordered was successfully picked up.

Grocery order delivered and most of produce was rotten. Carrots so rotten that they have turned to slime. So gross! Not sure who they have picking their orders but they either aren’t very good at their job or they don’t care. You can get refunded of course but what is the point of online ordering if you aren’t able to use any of the produce you’ve ordered.

The worst Walmart. 2 Cashier with dozens and dozens client. Almost 45 minutes wait to pass at the cashier. Dirty and no service.

These guys are awesome, i worked there, they are really helpful, the manager of the evening shift is really good person.

By far the worst and laziest cashiers in any Walmart. They always refuse to pack my groceries when I bring my own bags. I've complained to mgmt for over 2 years now and it's still the same. I've even identified the cashiers. Now I don't shop there. Too bad seeing as it's very close to home. I just don't need the stress from people who don't want to do their job.

If I could I will give zero, the return customer service Asian girl Pauline she is always makes problems when you return product with receipts all my friends and family, neibours complain on her too when we talk about it, manager should put a someone professional on that department

This location is terrible anything I’m looking for is never here staff is uninformed, went to go find a basic black dress shirt sadly they only have 5xl, don’t waste your time goto a diff location #Trraaaaasshhhhh

Dirty, almost no staff. Like a ransacked value village. Both locations in Vaughan are the worst I ever seen. Which pretty much seems to be the norm in this city if it's a chain. Don't expect much. Or even cleanliness and staff. Non existent

I live about 5 minutes away from this walmart and today is the last time i shop here. Every time i come here to shop there is no product on the shelves. Today, there were no cashes open. All that was open was the express checkout and self checkout. The cashiers here are having to work so quickly to keep up which is completely unfair. What a joke. I would hate to work for walmart under these conditions. Today i heard ppl in front of me and pol behind me complaining and the lines were long. I will shop elsewhere going forward. I’d like to help consumers be Informed of mine and several others experience.

The quick checkout for 12 items for less only has 2 cashiers. This is supposed to be the express lane but they don't seem to be in a rush, my frozen vegetables were half thawed by the time I left.

The dirtiest, disorganized and neglected places I have ever been to. No staff on the floor, abandoned fitting rooms with locked cubicles, messy shelves with no or misplaces price tags, randomly thrown merchandise in cosmetics, home and clothes departments. I spent about 40 minutes in swimwear section trying to find matching pieces. I visited the store twice, 2 weeks apart just to find the same limited choice on under-stuffed shelves in curtain-window hardware department. Seriously, how this store is still in business? ! Utterly disgusting and depressing place. Because of such stores, you lose customers who feel it is beneath them to shop at such a lowlife store.

Walmart EDLP, One of the Best place to get anything you want. This Walmart was really well organized compared to other in the area. Availability of all in stock items, better floor presentation. Friendly Staff, Lots of Parking Space.

This is not a good Wal Mart. None of the price tags in the shelves are for the correct item. The kids clothes are thrown on all together on the racks. Boys and girls stuff was mixed. Carts full of random groceries at the ends of isles. Half the shelves are empty as well. This is the worst walmart around.

Found what I wanted, and more, with ease. Had to return/exchange a item and had no issues whatsoever. It was in and out. Customer Service is always great even when I'm not at my best

So slow i am in the line For 15 min and counting not good place to wait in line not coming back to this walmart so slow people are leaving and they left shopping carts in the line I can’t pass line 12 and 14 and 16 to slow they should add more people

Should really train your workers to see that if a customer walks out with stuff in a Walmart bag they dont need to see the receipt. I'm pretty sure this black older guy accused I was stealing cause I'm Asian. Sorry not sorry racism isnt cool in 2019. Train your workers better.

I come here every Sunday when they open, and not once have the shelfs been stocked prior to being opened. Hit or miss

This is a decent location. It is fairly large with lots of available parking. There is a pharmacy and photo centre.

Despite it being a Super Centre, I have noticed that the product selection is very thin in both grocery and retail. There are quite a few items I am accustomed to buying at many other Walmart locations that are simply not available at this location. Then some products are available but the stock level is low, so often times products are out of stock. It can be a little frustrating since this Walmart is a 5 minute drive away but I think I would have better luck at another location.

I usually order my groceries online from this location. I’ve had good experiences with the ordering and the pick up service as well.

Restock more often. Stop changing food isles around to! Stop shutting down cashier so damn early! Besides that it's just a tpyical walmart.

Called customer support. Waited 41 minutes for someone to answer. Noone answered. Call got dropped. Called again and got ropped again. Really unimpressed.

This branch of walmart suffers real mismanagement. Messy with un restocked items, dirty and unmaintained washroom. The towel paper dispenser and one of taps have been broken for years. Even monitor and speaker in express cashier line which is right in front of customers' eyes is broken and ugly for years and no one takes care of them.

Huge super store but need special trainer to run the store recently I spoke to one of the employees who happens to wear the need help uniform for the Easter weekend schedule but my answer that I received is Don't Know.

There is a very rude.very bad employee in the pharmacy section who's name is Haseena this is the 4th time that she is behaving very rude very worse very racistly, don't know why the Walmart management hire such a people. They should fire her right away

This Walmart defeats the concept of 1 stop shop. 7/10 times the shelves are empty. Whom ever is managing the inventory is doing a horrible job. Not enough cash registers open any time of the day. The only plus is that its open longer hours.
