Walmart Supercentre

Walked in at 10pm, the store was to be open until 11pm. The employees have closed off sections early to limit access. Clearly they should post only open until 10pm.

Place is a joke when it comes to ringing customers out. It takes longer to cash out, than the time spent shopping.consistently half the self checkouts closed.and about 2 out of 6 tills open. AT RUSH HOUR.

Stopped in to get snacks on my way to Goderich. Well stocked up Walmart. Nice staff. Clean washroom.

Walmart has everything you want at reasonable prices. Groceries as well as household items. A good place to shop.

Typical mid-sized Walmart. Clean. Ok selection. Grocery section is ok. I avoid some produce (especially pre-cut) because it can be gross (I'd rather pay more elsewhere for better quality fruit, that hasn't gone bad before I bought it!). Love their brand of potato chips though - cheap and crunchy!

March 19 shelves are getting bare. Seems to have slownbdown in customers with this virus. Be sure to have debit card or master card as they may get to the point that they will not take cash do to the virus.

The people at the customer service desk/management (women by the way.not the nice guy who is also a manager) act like they are actual owners of the store. Make up their own rules and limits of purchases and when questioned have no logical reply! This is coming from someone who actually does run their own business and has the right to set rules/limits for that very business and if ever questioned has a logical reason. Instead of making up your own rules as you go, why don't you spend more time helping out the poor people at cash/checkout who are clearly overwhelmed and undervalued. I always go out of my way to be kind to them and they deserve it while the people at the service desk act like they are VIP. It's a joke!

I’ll never spend another dollar at a Walmart again. Turned down at the door to buy groceries for the first hour of operation. Clowns

This location is cleaner but they don't have enough cashiers. I went around 4: 00.it was busy and they only had three registers opened.

Went to get good quality walking boots and found some in my size under $60. Selfservice check out rocks!

It was quite an experience to see few differences between the ones in the US from this one in Canada. I like the fact that they have the whole section for gifts ranging from blankets, sweatshirts, napkins to little cute ideas truly. Workers are very helpful and eager to find out person who will be able to answer your questions if they don’t have answers.

Great place/location to shop. Especially with Costco nearby, it's super convenient. One can find a wide variety of fruits and vegetables in this particular Walmart.

The store is better organized than other Walmart stores. Staff are quite pleasant to deal with & very helpful.

I ordered online came here pick it up only 1 item. Called them 2 times and The total time waiting more than 45 minutes. Still didnt get it. I went inside store and talked to the manager. Then i got my item.
Really disappointed about this service.

Went to pick up and was told it was being delivered from warehouse even though all the inventory was in the store

They would not cancel my online order and all they had to do was call the warehouse

It wasted shipping, staff to get order, my time waiting, my time going back to get order and then having it all refunded

Their online order is not efficient for pickup. Your order from any other retailer and usually within 2-4 hours order is ready. Walmart took 7 days to fulfill online PICKUP order.

Strange setup as they built fences inside the store to make movement with trollies difficult for people

For close if your thin it's in Mississauga Ontario and we have a few Walmart's and they don't have sizes in t-shirts underwear coats it is pretty bad that I had to drive to Stratford to there Walmart and thankfully they have all sizes

Today I went Walmart I am a regular customer I came after a month n saw a big change in checkout that there is a self checkout so many n there is not much cashiers. I was in a hurry for school to pick up children I was just get confused about the bar codes n item recognition. I was about to quit from the grocery n in the meanwhile a lady farida came n she helped me to match the flyer. Basically the reason I am giving a comment is that Walmart should improve their checkout service it should be with cashiers that saves time. Otherwise it will be a mess in future. I hope management will concern

The Walmart grocery pick up is a mess.
Every time I go there’s something, they either can’t find my order, make you wait 25 minutes until they come out, or don’t bring out all the items, if you question about the items missing they act clueless. The worse was last pick up, they were missing 2 items and told me their system was down and basically I was at a loss, and I said “well they should have emailed their customers explaining the system was down and that some items would be out of stock”. They don’t tell you. And if you just leave they’re fine with it, like ok? Didn’t I pay for this? It’s ridiculous.
In the past I’ve had to come back for a box of cereal that they didn’t have in stock and didn’t notify me it was out of stock, I mean this whole grocery pick up system is to make it easy on people not make you have to wait so long (or else I’d go inside and wait in line) or come back for items (or else going inside you’ll find almost everything) or even loose money (or else going inside you will pay for what you actually get.)
I’m pregnant and needed this service but honestly you’re better off going inside. Hopefully this will get better and they’ll be less careless to the customer, they’ll offer more help in certain situations, and be less rude when you’re paying for these items.

ThisWal-Mart is good place for shaping, everything is organise here.workers are very helpful.
I enjoy shapping here.

Horrible fruits dept - everything goes from super ripe to rotten- in days

They never have enough cashiers - 20 cash desks and only 2 clerks working
4 working in the express - I wait in line longer than it takes me to shop

They have "upgraded" their checkout lines and pulled out all of the empty desks and filled the space with self checkouts.you really have no other choice to do this unless you want to wait in the huge line up for the few cashiers that are on.

Now in the self check out - its nice that there is no line but.you then have to wait for the attendant because you scanned with the handheld scanner and/or the item doesn't register being in the bag. It's hard to find the veggies and fruits code, if you want to price match you have to get help.
A lot of problems and I'm still paying the same price for the items. Who's doing all of the work here and not getting paid for it? I know! I know. ME!

If I wanted to work at Walmart I would fill out an application and apply for a job.

Switching to a different location and never looking at this one again.

Always out of stock! They cater mostly to the Indian culture and tend to forget that the area is very DIVERSE!

Fast n friendly - fruits horrible -pharmacy slow as.but many people working in pharmacy only one there and she told me 50 min for a bottle of pills

General store needs staff no if and or buts

Security needs to not walk into my personal space when entering and exiting I may look like someone who doesn't care but I'm no thief and don't appreciate the discrimination or glares of the brown man working tonight at Dixie and dundas location

I reduced my visit to walmart because this branch which is the close one to my home. Always use self- check counters instead of normal cashier counters and i spend extra time at scanning my things and whenever i try to use the normal counter, one of the customer services follow me and ask me to go back to self- counter. Where i spend even longer time. I prefer now to buy from longos and loblaws and get free fast services and bags over the poor services at walmart and extra time and efforts and extra money for bags. Walmart Was better on 2016. I used to spend more than $600 every month in this store. Now is less than $150. Because of bad service and long time at self cashier and bad customer service

Great prices and availability of just about anything you need.
Clean and great staff. Line ups are too bad; the cashiers do a great job in keeping the lines moving.

Good big store. Not as crowded than the other walmart's in the area. Best thing about this location is that there's a Costco next door.

Well, the store is huge. Cheap prices on cheap quality products.
Customer service is uhm. Below average. But then again I don't blame the sad looking staff. They're paid minimum wage while the Walton family are billionaires who couldn't care less.

Only went there because it was walking distance from East side marios I was at. Since I was way off in missisauga worrying how I get back too etobicoke soblate at night i only bought what I need too make a Martini a measuring cup. Was disgusted by the uncleanliness of washroom. Actually held it and walked back too east side marios too use their washrooms
