Walmart Supercentre

Staff for the most part are unfriendly & not very helpful. However, the store is typically clean & well stocked which is why I gave 3 star's.

Great people staff, reasonable prices. But cash registers brake down 3 times in 1 month and u had to pay cash. ATMs empty shopping carts left sitting full of food just left.

I am not impressed with this Walmart at all. The staff that operate customer service are very unfriendly and rude. I attempted to return a pair of children's booties and was told they were discontinued.how is that my problem? After some very uncomfortable interactions they said I could exchange them.after they just told me they were discontinued. All I wanted was a giftcard to spend the money there and they refused. I am upset and disgusted. They treat everyone like criminals when they want to make a return. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Credit and Debit machines weren't working and they only told me after I had scanned all my items at the self checkout. I refused to pay a fee to use their bank machine so I left my purchases at the checkout. You'd think that staff would let the customers know the machines weren't working upon entering the store or at least before allowing the customer to waste their time scanning all their items.

Went to this store today (the one in smart centers Cambridge) and I had the worst customer service by two different women. First I went to the electronics to buy a Pokemon let's go Pokemon ball that I put on hold. They said they would hold it up to 2 hours and their was only 3 left in store. I went in and said it was on hold. She didn't even check my name or anything, didn't even know what I was talking about until my boyfriend explained what it was in full detail & then she just grabbed one and sold it to me. If you don't know what electronics are, maybe you shouldn't be working in that section of the store? All while two young men were standing there doing nothing because they only did the cellphone booth. So we walked around the store some more and went to the front with our purchases. We only had cash so we couldn't use their self check out. We went up to this woman who was so rude it was just sad. Who I assume is a manager or some higher up came and brought in a new employee and said the lady had to train her. She didn't even say anything. Just stared at him with an obnoxious face while he was explaining that she needs to let her watch and learn. The poor girl saw her reaction and she looked nervous and probably didn't want to be left with this woman to train her.
Was just an over all bad experience with these incredibly rude women they have working here

The 5 stars is for the pharmacy. It doesn't matter how busy Mike is, he will stop to help customers. I have had some consultations with him and he is very clear on my prescriptions. I also really like the girls that work this department as well. They have been there for years, know their stuff and are so friendly. Always say hello if they see me in the isle. The rest of the store is so-so. Toy department is not so good in my opinion. I do find their prices good but sometimes products are not fresh. Bought some walnuts there a few weeks ago and I think they may have been left over from last Xmas - they were horrible inside. I prefer other places for my groceries but I DEFINATELY think the pharmacy is one of the best in the city. Thanks Mike to you and your department staff for always making my visits there a pleasure. One thing you all have to know, I found out today. The app for ordering online is good to use to order, but if you arrive and you are told.that they didn't even notice your order, it becomes redundant. Worse is when they don't have what you ordered in stock, but cannot reimburse you because it's a corporate problem that they can't solve. You either have to order a replacement even if there is nothing else you actually like, or go home with having paid your meals or items, and receive nothing in return. What kind of system is that?

Finally, after discussing for twenty or so minutes about how we want our money back, or a gift card to get our money back that way, they just flat out refused. We just paid 21$ something, and we weren't going to get what we wanted, nor get a refund. What the heck?

Finally they discovered they DID have what we ordered and we got our meal after going through all of this bullcrap!

I'm so not impressed and we are not going there again!

I ordered groceries online and the staff delivered right to the car and asked me not to lift a fibber as it was their job and were happy to assist

Store is always ransacked. Stuff is littered everywhere and feels like nobody ever put anything away or straightened up.

Ridiculous cash out - should have special check outside for "price checkers" - get rid of self checkouts- hire some of the "social assistance" for crying out loud! Will only shop here when absolutely necessary - would rather pay higher prices elsewhere! Totally going downhill as shopping experience! Disgusted! 22

Not even close to a typical Walmart. This location makes Walmart look like Wall Marts and I Hate this Walmart and hate is a strong word. There is absolutely no help here, this store never restocks on any of there products. They only provide sloppy laziness not to mention its very unorganized & when it comes to customer service, expect the opposite!

Most unfriendly store I've ever encountered
Not From the area, had 2 very small dogs. I couldn't leave them in the vehicle so I put them on their blanket in the cart. I do not normally take my animals into a store but I had no choice. I had 2 Hindu Walmart employees following us around the store. My dogs do not touch people unless people want them to. So everyone that was not Hindu or Muslim wanted to pet my animals. The Walmart employees asked if they were service dogs, we said no. We were told we had to leave the store. My husband asked if we were supposed to leave them in a vehicle when it was 93f outside. They said they didn't care to leave the store. Screw Walmart. I will never again go into one of their China jump selling store. Telling me to leave my animals in a 150f vehicle. I should have dragged one of them out and locked them in my truck. WELCOME TO CANADA WALMART

Low on quality stock on a Tuesday. Went looking for a concentration colouring book and big fluffy sit up pillow - had neither.

Went to purchase an electronic that was not price listed, asked the lady how much it was, she gave me the wrong price, I drove all around town looking for it but was sold out, checked online and called them when I got home and it was more than half the price she told me it was, electronics takes an L

If you happen to find a shopping cart with good wheels and wheel bearings, you can put aside your coupons as you already saved time.

In order to save more money there by increasing profitability is what i guess is for walmart.the whole express cashier line is replaced with self serve.if it was to save customers more money then iys ok, but i didnt zee Ny feop in the prices foe essentials. And if it is to pay more wages to employees then thrn shoukd vouch for it.such a bax move.

No express checkouts. You are forced to self checkout or stand in line behind someone with a full cart of groceries. Only 2 real checkouts open. Disgusted

Good prices, horrible service. I was asked 3 times if i wanted to use self checkout while waiting in line. I don t like self ckeckout. Definitely gonna try to avoid this place
