This is definitely the worst walmart in kw what a mess everywhere staff is not helpful items are not priced properly lots of staff but no one is actually working except for cashiers I will not be returning to this location ever

This walmart customer service is very poor. Waiting in line for a return for an hour. The first employee had no idea how to do a simple return.the second one was very nice but couldn't handle a simple return had to call help desk. Then tells us the refund will happen in 7 days. You get back what you paid on a return not what the item is on sale for that day. The lady was very rude and clueless. Will never return to this store.

There is lots of great finds here. And I love the fact there is a McDonald's located inside.

I will visit this walmart store more often to purchase house hold goods and essentials.

You can definitely go for walmart online for less price after comparing the store goods price for furniture, electronic and accessories.
You can buy most of groceries in this one store but some time things will get empty soon.
Slthey won't Restock them on the rack until asked.

I wont suggest to buy vegetables or fruits here if you have local fresh market nearby.

I have seen walmart's coriander leaves, tomato and other vegetables last for a month but local market vegitables got spoil within a week or 2 week.
So walmart vegitablr suppliers using some chemicals or technique to keep fresh which is not healthy.

I was assaulted yesterday by a gentleman that works there (I’m a minor), I do not recommend going here they ripped my cart out of my hands and they were rude to me. One lady was yelling in my face which caused me to have a panic attack. When they asked me for a receipt I didn’t have it my stepdad was coming with it but it never printed him one. They tried to say we didn’t pay for anything but my mother has a bank statement of 350$ proving we did listing everything we bought.they were looking over our shoulder the whole time we were shopping and it ticked me off because my stepdad is bipolar and he doesn’t like it. I guess they thought we were stealing but we were not. DO NOT GO HERE!

This place is so run down. The carts now require coins to use. Nothing is ever in stock (probably because of theft). The cosmetics section has some separate make shift checkout if you need to buy stuff like mascara or face wash. The store is generally just kinda dingy looking and the washrooms smelled like urine.

Not to mention someone once lit the entire toilet paper section on fire so now there’s security cameras in most isles.

I can’t blame this place for being in a heavy student area, but otherwise I only come here for a couple quick items. I’d rather drive out of my way to another Walmart for a full shopping trip.

Taking away the blue carts that you can carry just to force people to use the big ones is an evil move because not everyone has coins on them. And they don’t allow you to use the big carts if you have no coins. I don’t know what their aim here is but it’s a zero for me.

Maybe it was just the time I went, but some of the green produce as turning yellow, it was a bit dark in the store, and poor bakery selection. The freezer and non-perishables seemed to be in better shape.

Worst checkout service.
I did my own check out, bagged, PAID. AND LADY AT CASH DECIDED I DIDNT PAY, STOPPED ME AND COUNTED MY ITEMS, if you have no faith then hire more checkout staff.
Never will shop there again, made me feel like i was a theft.

I have been a regular customer of this store from last 5 years and experienced how the services degraded from good to bad. Recently added coin based trolley system created lots of issue for people like us, means we need to have 25cents in change always else you better go to another store. Mismanaged and haphazard way of stocking stuff, unfriendly staff, empty racks.list is getting longer. I would request management to look into this, meanwhile I would go to my preferred store, Walmart Boardwalk.

Go to this Walmart if you want to get treated like criminal over buying a gift card over buy a gift card, staff is almost as weird as the customers that hang around this location.

Very cramped up, the staff don’t help much, very bad fruit and vegetables quality
Very bad policies for delivery and we never had a good delivery from this store, half the items were missing and they told us we have to order again and pay for delivery again, I tried more than once but this was the time

No Stars out of 5. I ordered groceries last night to be picked up once everything was in the car I realized there was no toilet paper, nothing was ever said to me from the guy bringing me my groceries and no email. I also remember picking specific items that happen to not be on my order list.and there’s a discrepancy in the final total. I’ll order from somewhere else cause this is terrible customer service. Don’t think you can call and inquire because no department answers their phone either, I called 3 departments and the phone just rang - which strikes me odd because every time i’ve ben there people are standing at the counter in electronics. Lazy is all it is, with the price of groceries today I would like to make sure I get what I paid for.

This location SUCKS.

I'm currently a university student, my friends and I frequently do grocery shopping.every time we grocery shop we are constantly being racially profiled by the staff.the first time they asked me (who's black and my Asian friend) for our receipt when my (white) friend offered to show her receipt they stated they did not need it from her.the second time we had a man follow us throughout the store and kept on looking at our every moves thinking that we are stealing.today we are being asked if we're paying for our bags when checking out (we brought our own bags to the store.)

Worst customer service provided by store Manger Hanry. I asked about a product and the person didn't even try to help me. At 10: 50pm he told me store is closing in 10min. If it is not here on shelf I can't help you find. I explain it is showing online that it's available in store. He ignored my request and walk away.

Usless staff, they have ZERO checkouts open, make u bag your own things, dont sell bags, make u use self check out and STILL dont trust u and check your recipt, i got accused of stealing and SHOWED THE GUY THE ITEM ON THE SCREEN and he still claimed he needed to search my stuff.
Will never be going back to this one again, im done doing their job and still getting in trouble for NOTHING

The staff at this Walmart should be ashamed of themselves. I worked for Walmart 3 years and I have never seen such rude behavior towards customers. A gentleman was looking for the event calendars. Being snotty at the guy said "I guess we just don't have any if you can't find them". Meanwhile there's a whole wall of them. Staff should know where stuff is. Another lady standing next to me was asking for the hot plates the young man there said we don't have stuff like that. Really? Cuz I found it right beside what I was looking for. Pretty bad when another customer has to help customers. You should be ashamed.

Love this Walmart store at the Bridgeport plaza, shop there very often, very good customer service, always very helpful, keep it up!

Terrible service here. When I asked to speak to a manager the lady said no.

Staff members seemed very unfriendly when another costumer asked for help immediately told them not they’re problem Would not recommend shopping unless you know where and what you want.

Bought a heavy dresser online. Noticed right out of the box there was a dent on the face of one of the drawers. Not a huge dent, but obvious enough that it warranted some sort of discount or credit back. After talking with customer service, they wouldn't do a thing to help unless I packed it all up, and shipped it back, or speak directly to the manufacturer. Zero help. No credit or even an offer to replace the one piece with would cost the company less than a dollar. Lost a customer for life. Won't be buying a thing from Walmart in the future. If I bought this off Wayfair for $50 more, they would have refunded me the entire amount and I wouldn't have to ship anything.

Staff is no help. The majority of the staff are speaking in a foreign language, I don't feel comfortable with that. Isn't it a violation of the code of ethics?

So hard to find things are the stores, the young workers will never help they don't even know where to find stuff except Laura and they need to assign people on the floor or have a department manager and assign 1 or 2 people under him
walmart customer service has become a joke

This is a WalMart. So, expect the typical WalMart experience - items are generally well-priced, store is relatively clean and well-organized. At least one or two items are out of stock when I shop there.
Where this WalMart falls behind a bit is in their pick-up service. I've used it several times and you have to wait quite a while for something to come out with your items. It seems like they have one person running the service, who is totally overwhelmed. And it's not that employee's fault - WalMart needs to find a better way to staff that service.

Would not advise to visit this Walmart anytime due to empty shelves. No matter what time you’re visiting this store unfortunately whatever item you’ll try to find, you won’t able to find. Very poor staff service, especially into Pharmacy section.

Poor experience. The is the only store (walmart in general) which doesn't allow us to bring our expensive ebikes inside. My old ebike was stolen and I didn't want to take the risk of leaving it outside the store unattended. When I asked store associate they denied entry (all I asked is to park the ebike near the mobility scooters and lock it there so that it's safe)
I called walmart customer care and they said its walmart policy. So really pathetic experience.

Great place but last week I found nothing but paper bags. I know we were warned but they also said they Would be stocked with reusable grocery bags and they were not in stock!

A few days ago, we went to Walmart hoping to get something important at 10: 45pm. When we arrived, the security guard told us that we can’t visit the store as it already closed. At that moment, there were tuns of people outside the store hoping to get in. We felt so mad that it was still 15 minutes before the store closed. The security guard said it was not his decision and it was his manager’s decision. We hope this situation will improve in the future.

Please make changing rooms wheel chair assessable, I have come here multiple times this month and it’s been like this…

They are often out of brands I'm looking for, but the store brand stuff is good overall, prices fair, staff service is good - courteous helpful.

Some products didn't have a price on them. Then found out how expensive they were at the cash register.

For some reason, there is a bare shelf where the cold cereal should be.its been that way for at least a month. Not sure if they can't stock stuff fast enough, or if 10 types of cereal are on back order.

They're always out of stuff. The staff never seem to know if they have anything or where something is. Crowded and the grocery layout is frustrating. Watched someone at electronics page a manager for 20 minutes while I was printing pictures. The manager still wasn't there by the time I had printed 40 photos and I had to pay at the front of the store.

Pretty standard store no staff to assist you. Shelves are very nearly empty for a lot of product

Feel like I'm being profiled as a thief when I'm in there. And the older mall security guard is super rude. Also, cutting back the amount of handicapped accessible parking spots for more online shopping pick ups was rediculous. I've left and not gone in multiple times because there was no handicapped parking available

Was a bit unorganized with price tags and they didn't have everything, that l usually buy from other stores. The staff were really busy it seemed but still plesent at the till.
