Walmart Supercentre

Was only in there for 10 mins and noticed right away there was no AC on. Was awful.i can only imagine how bad the employees feel working there.i was dying in only 10 mins! Awful

I usually shop from Walmart at Erin Mills mall location. What I saw today was very disappointing and disgusting. Open rice bags on the store floor and it seems that Rats are all over those rice bags.
I did take some pictures to show the public, but I don't know how to attach the pictures to my review. People stay away from this location!

Great for common things. A little disappointed that they didn't have any significant deals for black Friday.

The best Walmart Pharmacy that I’ve been to so far. The Pharmacist was very good and helpful. She answered all our questions patiently and showed genuine care.

Customer service at this store lie to me that she cannot do price adjust for a product that Walmart drop their price two days after I bought it. Her excuse was I bought from another store close by so she can not adjust. In fact they can! I went to a different Walmart right after (still not the same one I originally purchased the product) and they have absolutely no issue doing a simple price adjust. This girl at Erin Mills location is a plain lazy lyer that only wants to keep using her cell phone during her work time and have no desire to do real work. Lyer and racist at the same time! No one should hiee u anywhere, shame on Walmart!

Great convenience but they really need to think harder in reducing the packaging and use of single-use plastics, I used to like their bulk section using my own fancy credo bags but that's a dream right now, usually they quickly blame the pandemic, when is our addiction to through away culture is going to be over!?

Very poorly trained staff. I asked an old lady in the electronics section if I could exchange, kept saying "you can't return that, you bought that already". I was trying to exchange not return. To think she has 20 yrs badge on her. I went to customer service and they did the exchange no problem.

Crowded, stuff all over the floors etc. No appeal to shop there. Staff know nothing when you ask where an item is

Huge Walmart with lovely staff. Have yet to see a bad lineup. New winter stock us in but sales are everywhere.

Usually have everything I need. I LOVE the pick-up feature, the associates are so nice, friendly and helpful when they bring it to your car. In these days of Covid, this is a very useful feature.

This Walmart is the worst ever. The customer servise has no service. Lack of organization, unprofessional, not nice to the customer.

Worst wallmart ever you can never find anything. The clothing they carry are the ugliest a trip there is always a waist of time.

It is a part of Erin Mills mall and you could do your shopping at the mall and Walmart in 1 visit.

A good store overall! Household items are quite good and cheaper than other chains. It does not have a wide variety of food though. The customer service is not that good either.

The Erin Mills town center location is one of the smallest Walmart in the city of Mississauga. Spread across two floors, like many other locations. The lower floor needs more cleaning specially near the produce area. The other corners in the lower floor needs more lightings. Upstairs floor is more organized and well maintained. Price wise, Walmart is still a good bargain.

Stop doing bad business. U guys put the cherry on special and u hide it at the back. I heard one of ur employee said to a customer that we do have cherry at the back but we do not put at the front. I am not going there anymore.
I am a regular customer and i buy produce for my restaurant.

Unfortunately there was only 3 cashiers open on Friday which meant long line ups to cash out.

I was racially profiled by an associate on June 18,2021 at the self serve kiosk and it was handled poorly by Walmart initially. I was glad when a kind Front End store manager named Dorothy called me back and apologized on behalf of Walmart and promised to do better by their customers. This review would be much worse had it not been for a kind and understanding lady like herself. I plan on going back and seeing how things go.giving that location another chance just because of how she handled it.

Cheapest store ever… 50 people in line with only 2 cashiers on a regular basis. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting.

I like buying most things from here ehen actually open. From toys to groceries to clothes fir the kids

Terrible experiences with customer service, and curbside pickup for groceries and other miscellaneous items purchased online. Please save yourself the time and frustration and go else where.

THEIVES, BUYER BEWARE

They will take AT LEAST 30mins for pick up orders. Why even book a time slot?

If you get frustrated and leave after 45mins, they just mark your order as picked up and refuse to refund you.

WORST WALMART LOCATION.

Those Walmart employees should learn how to talk to customers. If you hate people and dislike customer service Walmart is the place to work.

I came in for an interview 10 minutes before my interview, talked to customer service and waited over an hour the given interview time. I am currently still waiting for my interview. Extremely unprofessional work by the managers.

I’ve ordered 2 tablets from “Walmart”, which  I trust In “Walmart”
I ordered them on March 5th, or 6th 2021, and the delivery expected time was after 20 days. But we haven’t received them yet after more than 65 days.

When i followed the order, they informed us that the order will be delayed to April 6,2021. And after contacting you on the Live Chat on April 15,2021, you said that you will follow up on the issue and resolve it very quickly and told me do not worry. But today after 25 days, there isn’t any action from your side.

After that, you sent us to an unprofessional  company. Because every time we contact them, they send us only two words “be patient” without any clear information or details. I’ve sent them about 20 emails and each time they have the same unreasonable answer “be patient”.

This company is not respectful Walmart’s customers, and if I’d known that I’m ordering from this company, I will not do that. And you as a “Walmart” company is responsible for this. We’ve dealt with you as “Walmart”, not another company.and when i follow the live chat on walmart, they did not solve the problem then the disconnect the chat and informed me that Since I have given all the possible resolution, yet the customer is adamant, I am forced to close the chat.

Walmart it is your responsible and  do not go out from your responsibly

my kids do not like Walmart or go to Walmart any more because this  problem

Please cancel my order and immediately  return the transaction  because this company didn’t respect its customers and didn’t treat us well.

My children are really upset about “Walmart” because they waited about two and a half months to receive their new tablets. And this will not make them trust “Walmart” and will not order from you forever.

But I trust you not other companies. And if I’d known that the order will be from another company, I would not buy from you.

I have done grocery shopping here for quite some time and most recently, grocery pickup due to COVID. While the in-store shopping is alright, the grocery pickup is disastrous beyond words.

I have never been able to trust that all the items are included in my pickup, as it's almost always guaranteed that some items end up missing from my order. While the Walmart app allows you to mark these items as missing so you can get a refund for them. But seriously, do I need to check for missing items deliberately every single time?

If it was just this, I would have still gone for 2/5 rating. Grocery pickup is convenient and safe. But the pickup waiting time is ridiculous.it's normal for me to wait 20 mins, 30 mins and even 45 mins (!) Between my arriving there and calling them to actually getting my pickup order. Today, I waited over an hour. I saw several folks come and go and get their grocery pickup before me even though they arrived afterwards. I had to call several times only to get platitudes of "oh sorry about, we're going to try and get your order out". Finally, one of the associates was flagged down by me and I was able to get somebody to realize that my order wasn't coming out. Looks like they had completely forgotten about me or their process is just messed up to begin with.

My sister-in-law recently said she had a great grocery pickup experience at her Walmart location. I'm no longer going to get grocery pickup at this location, this is stupidly hopeless. Whoever's running this location needs to take a serious hard look. Really disappointed at how Walmart has rolled out their grocery pickup.

TLDR: in person shopping is fine here, just don't do grocery pickup from this location

Antier is extremely rude. If you ask her to scan a heavy item while she has something else in her hand, she will ask you “why are you in a rush? ” “Why are you rushing me? ”. Extremely awkward trying to explain to her that I am not in a hurry, but that I cannot put any items into my cart until the heavy item is scanned. She had the entire store looking at us.

Its very big and always stocked with variety of things. The things are fresh and in good condition. Staff is also good.

Staff not friendly. Stock compare to other stores, not good. Old items stocked.
Good thing, open till 11pm everyday. Hence good for grocery for quick grab and go.

A somewhat hidden gem of a Walmart. Lots of ethnic groceries n in store deals. Tip: downstairs cashiers long lines due to groceries. So use mall entrance cashiers on ground n 2nd floor.

I saw one of the employees at self check out force his hands into a childs pockets to see if they were stealing. I couldnt believe it. The child had stolen nothing. This worker must do this all the time with peoples children! Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered an item for Cyber Monday and got it on time and in perfect condition. The staff were helpful and friendly, even during their busiest month. Really enjoy coming to this walmart.

Horrible. I bring my own bags from other stores and the cashiers seem to think it gives them license to literally throw my groceries in the bag. They dont ask if I want a separate bag for raw meats and mix them in with toiletries and lunch meats. I need to tell them how to do their job every time. The store is a mish mash of products in different locations and you wander around looking for stuff. Today it took me 20 minutes to find washer fluid. I could have driven to Canadian Tire in less time. If I could never go back here it would be a great day. Unfortunately the store on erin mills has half the stuff they do here. Between the two of them it's one store. Zellers used to be like this and now Walmart has taken its place.

I went back today about 5 months from my last review. Because I HAD to.
I must say I am quite surprised. The aisles are clear. The floors and washrooms are clean and they have product on their shelves. Yeah.that's right.they actually have product on their shelves. This may sound amusing to you but I've worked in retail over the years and this is a huge problem. Take for instance, why, can I go to Metro and get whatever I need and they have it but at a higher price, and then go to Walmart (or Giant Tiger etc) and not find it although its listed cheaper. This is the number one problem for Walmart as far as I'm concerned. NOT having the product availability. Anyway, from my last review to this one? Its 100% better. I will come back and I hope they continue in the direction they seem to be going!
But I'm not a young man I remember Bi-way and the company that bought it.
AND K-mart and the company that bought it.
And Zellers and the company that bought it.
Now I'm watching for the company that buys Walmart. What whale is gonna eat this sardine?

This Walmart has two levels. The upper level is for clothes, hardware and other non food stuff. The lower level has all the food related supplies. The staff is quite helpful and also assisted me on where I could find stuff that I was looking for.

I like this Walmart store more compared to others in the GTA. Can always find new stuff here, and the customer service is awesome.

Better than any other walmart in mississauga. Have fever stuff than sq1 but definitely cleaner and less crowded.

Best place to shop for simple clothes and food simply because of good prices and it opens early 7 am til late

Not a stand out location. When it was opened I had high hopes, but it kind of fell to the wayside now. Bakery is alright but not ideal.

Item not in stock. Waited 10 minutes in line for customer service to find which stores had it in stock. After a further 10 minutes of 2 staff members working at the computer and dealing with other customers the answer they came up with was that the computer did not know. Oh well.

The employees at the returns desk need to be re-trained on customer service skills. This mornings crew were on another level with their lack of customer service. I asked a question while doing a return and was given no answer. The self checkout machines offer better customer service than this woman. A tip for this worker, if you think you are too good to work in retail then perhaps you should find another line of work. Oh and take a shower because the smell of body odor was unreal!

Sometimes the produce isn't as fresh as they claim, but the customer service people are more than willing to help you out with either a refund or a new product. My only real complaint is that some things are out of stock and the shelves aren't regularly restocked. I would also advise people to be careful when you're buying dairy because they aren't the best at pulling expired goods from the shelves.

They tried to fit in entire Walmart Supercentre (like fresh bakery, etc.) into an old Target store, and it just doesn’t work. They tried to shove everything into this place, but the end result is usually having to go to another Walmart to finish your shopping. I’ll grab some groceries here, but that’s all. Men’s clothing section is barely one-quarter the size of a typical Walmart.

My rating is 2.5 to 3 stars. This Walmart is somewhat better than the one at South Common. However, this store is not as clean and well stocked as the one in Oakville (near Trafalgar and Dundas).

My main problem with the Erin Mills Walmart is the employees. It seems that many of them resent having to work at Walmart. Their attitude implies that they are too good to work in retail. They are not especially helpful and have "attitude". Some cashiers need to be told not to over pack grocery bags or not to mix food with cleaning supplies. Some insist to stand around and converse in Urdu of Punjabi. I find that using any other language but English in a workplace during working hours to be very unprofessional. After work is ok.

No help on the floor, no body know where to find what you are looking for, cashier refuses to match same product from Walmart.ca.real bad branch not organize at all.

I visited this morning Awesome service, clean store, very helpful staff, friendly customer service they even except returns with no receipt BEST WALMART I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!

This isn't a full service Walmart despite being a Supercenter. No furniture, minimal selection of clothing compared to the one at Southdown or Argentina. I would have given it a three, except that I continue to shop there weekly for grocery price matching.

The cashier at terminal # 9942 today asked me to donate $2 to a charity organization which I did not hear clearly. I asked her twice where to donate, but she did not answer me, instead, charged $2 to my bill that I didn't realize at the first place. Quickly, she asked me to pay the bill. I assumed she had no interest to prompting for donation as I saw several previous customers rejected her. But, fortunate enough, I suddenly saw the $2 displayed on the screen. I then realized she charged me without my permission! I kindly asked her if she put the $2 to my bill, she said yes and passed me a small form to write names on it. I looked at her she appeared very calm and comfortable.
I guess I just wanted to rush go home as I have a long to- do-list to catch up everyday. I wrote my boy's names on the form and left.
As a matter of fact, I always donate wherever and whenever being asked as I believe there is someone in this world who needs help. But today that "innocent" cashier gave me a bad lesson!
I hope someone who happens to see this message can be a little more alert when one cashier prompts for donation, even you said no.

The shopping carts are so dirty, i don't feel like to keep my food stuffs in those.earlier i used to find dirty carts in BTrust or Oceans. Now walmart has surpassed them.
