Walmart Supercentre

Placed 2 separate orders from this store online. Both orders had misleading descriptions. After being waiting for 2 weeks had to get a refund.
Very disappointed

Racist employees… i purchased one toy for my son and the attendant at the door asked for my receipt meanwhile the lady in front of me had a cart FULL of items! I proceeded to tell them i did not feel comfortable the managers apologize and meanwhile i am looking at the man and he does not stop ANYONE else for the next 10 min as i was standing there …. Very odd never been stopped with only one item before? Calling head office to submit my complaint as well the managers do not care over here!

Huge supercentre, and clean but the cashiers need to stop staring at customers while they’re at self checkout. It’s not enough to be videotaped 2 inches away from your face while scanning items? !

Do not fall into the trap of mobile plan offers provided by 3rd party agencies inside the walmart store. These people fool you with cheap offers to make their part and the services you get later on are absolutely terrible!

Very poor customer service, requested help in the baby section, 2 different persons offered to page for assistance and none came, it's as if they had no staff working in such a big store.

The line for full service checkout were long, there was only one cashier for at least 20 minutes before they placed a second one! Walmart prices are low but not low enough to do my own self check out.

The cashier was friendly and checked out the items quickly.

The toy section was great and was stocked pretty well. There wasn't that many clearance toys compared to other Walmart. The batman toy that was on clearance was $89, but you can get that same toy at another Walmart for $69.

This Walmart had a aisle specific for south Asian foods, and a section of different naan breads. The selection for Spanish food was limited. There wasn't any corn tortillas in the bread section.

This Walmart does have an alcohol section, that was different and pretty cool. It felt like an American Walmart in that sense.

Today is August 17,2023, All Cash registers are down except 1. There us a long line up and only visit if you have a lot of time. At least 1 hour to check out

Very long lineup on a week night of all places. Have no cashiers at full serve checkouts open. Only 2-3 self checkouts. Waited at least 20 min to get to cash out. Def not coming here again.

Exceptional customer service by Sanjeev - the guy helped us get a huge package from the store which was extremely difficult for my husband and I to carry. He got it for us at the desk, helped us load it in the car and secure it. Navjoy (Customer Service desk lady) & the lady at the entrance I couldnt get her name, but a very sweet lady name starts with L.
They went above and beyond to make sure our package was loaded safely in our car. Thank you so much once again

Anne, the store manager is VERY rude and unprofessional. I went to return an item within 30 days of buying. I had initially lost my receipt and found it before going. Anne tried to tell me that my item is not returnable able 14 days due to policy. I reviewed my receipt and it did not reflect that same information so I kindly suggested that it's unfair to say that I can't return it. She got more aggressive and told me she can not do it and it's policy to not take anything back that's electronic, told me the headphones I was wearing would be a final sale also (I didn't even buy them there but moving on) she mentioned there's signs in the store that let customers know the return policy in the aisles. I then asked if I walk back there, will I see that same sign? She says maybe cause they're doing renos. I then suggested that a customer should not have to be reading all the signage in the store and should be able to rely on the receipt given up on purchase. After more back an forth with her referring to a list with the policy, I requested to see it. I then verbally read the list out to her on things that can't be returned within 30 days and also 14 days and told her my item does not fit the description. It is at this point where she gets very frustrated and says she will do the return for me and that I am just being difficult. I then suggested to her that I am only going by what policy she has shown me and that it does not say anything about my item. Had I not asked to see this list to verify I can not return, I would be out $45.
How does a store manager not capable of understanding their own store policies? Her attitude is utterly disturbing. I will never shop at this location again.

Walmart Argentina is a really good place for groceries and everyday items. I would recommend to go here. Along with that, there are other outlets like pharmacy and McDonald's.

I was in to do a return and was told that I could only do 3 out of the 10 items because Walmart has a “limit policy” of how many items you can return. I asked to see a written return policy because I’m not aware of this policy and the associate told me that I was calling her a liar. I shop at this location often and never have I encountered rude and disrespectful behaviour. She then proceeded to speak to her “manager” who wouldn’t even speak with me about this made up policy. Ridiculous!

I have many times to Walmart, but this location is pathetic, staff is extra rude at so called greeter, Really sucks. Don’t even understand the situation, very heartless people!

They don't have cashier's at the end of the day and only have self check out open.

GM! What's up with the snack aisle? So many shelves do not have prices and it's disorganized? I took pictures but still figuring out how to attach them!

Manasvi at the Walmart Argentia, Mississauga location made my new iPhone shopping experience amazing! Very patient and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase! Thank you so very much.

Has been using Walmart from last 12 years but this is the worst customer service. There is a lady in the return center who always creates tantrum and ask thousands of question when you go to return Walmart return policy is very good and that’s why people buy more considering if you don’t like you can return, but I always get humiliated as so. Many questions asked and always there is some new tantrum for return. Today I shouted, and I hope management take some strong action.

We were buying lots of stuff at this location; not many cashiers were open and there were long line up. After we unloaded our merchandise, the cashier says: " You have beer, this is not beer cashier, you have to take everything to the beer line (which was closed), not here" We told her, she could call someone to assist her to scan the beer and she said "No", so, we had to leave the beer behind.
I wonder how many beer sales, this location has lost for employees like this, that are not willing to provide a good customer experience. A really bad customer service.

Today my mother in law and I were scrambling to get whipping cream for a dessert we were making with no luck at other stores. When we got to Walmart the shelf carrying whipping cream was empty so I asked a worker named Ibad to check the back. Ibad was super helpful and had a very positive attitude while helping us out. A lot of the times workers act like customers are a bother when they ask questions but Ibad's willingness to help was great to see. Thanks for scoping out whipping cream for us, Ibad!

Their delivery services are horrible. When you place the order the site confirms the order will arrive the next day. It has been 4 days and I still have not received my order and I haven't gotten any order updates. I contacted support and they said I have to wait another 72 hours to hear an order update. I can't even cancel my order. Horrible experience.

Unprofessional support rep at the automatic checkout machines. I got a short that didn’t have a label, I asked the rep to help out, she took a walk and ignored me.

Walmart Supercentre - lots of merchanize. This supercenter has a wide range of selection of groceries and in reasonable price. Actually, there are a lot of good value items; look for them in the weekly flyers. There are pharmacy, fashion, automobile, toy, grocery, furniture, seasonal, electronic, hardware.sections. The premise is very clean and all goods are arranged tidy on the shelf. Staff are very helpful too.

Cleaning products they have all of it, if your on a trip, or new to Canada this would be the best place to shop.

Very organized, wide variety of clothing especially. It has two floors and great option for gifts as well.

One of the workers stopped me from taking the shopping cart outside to the car saying “you say that you’ll return it but you won’t” she’s an old indian woman with a red thing in her forehead
