Sadly too many Indians, they are all rude, don't listen when you are talking to them. When I try to find someone who can understand me better so I don't have an employee shoving a phone in my face to use a translator for thier language, can never find anyone cause they are all like that. I see they hire no one outside thier race, so racism is strong in these stores.

Ok shopping carts at $1.00, I usually don’t carry cash with me so I cannot use a shopping cart, Walmart must been loosing money as my hands cannot carry everything I need (other shoppers with same issue) Now I’m heading to Canadian Tire and Loblaws to get my other stuff instead of one stop shop at Walmart

If there is an option for zero stars I would definitely do that.there is reason behind online grocery that if you are busy then order online and quickly go pick up at the pick-up time. But I literally have to wait for more than an hour or hour an half even after doing check in online… just to pick up my order… store never answer calls. I mean I don’t see any point for them to provide contact numbers if you don’t want to answer ever or option for online grocery if the service is that bad.disappointing

Customer service was terrible. One person working it while 5 ppl working the SELF checkout. Waited 15 mins to get a loonie for the carts to be told I had to buy something first. WHY DO YOU THINK I NEED A CARD. Who carries money with them these days. Never going there again.

Nikhil at the self check-out is an extremely rude individual and has anger issues. He threatened to slap a kid with special needs and was trying to intimidate the child's father. He even stated "if this was India I would've slapped the kid. " Firstly, if you are working as a customer service associate, you need to learn how to deal with people, especially children with special needs. Secondly, if you have anger issues, you should NOT be working as a customer service associate. The management should take action against Nikhil and provide their employees with sufficient training to avoid such situations from arising.

Well my last trip to Walmart has convinced me that Amazon is where I'll buy everything going forward. Went there and they have now changed the carts to needing a dollar to use. I didn't have one went to the greeter who told me I had to wait at customer service to get a loon for my change. He did ask me if I had $5.because apparently I can buy something that will allow me not to need a loon. So no help in getting a cart and then after waiting to get a loon it did not work and I had to go back in to the same greeter and have him come out and pull the carts apart. Not worth the bother to go there anymore much easier to order from Amazon, no carts needed and not bad service which is always what you get at walmart

This Walmart has a very small Indian food section and very small selection for basic Indian groceries to cater the growing Indian population. Hopefully their management can get more international food variety.

I got accused for stealing diapers even though I paid for them.they tried to make me pay for them twice. I'm sorry who in their right mind would try to steal something they can't hide.something that can be seen in broad daylight.check your cameras before you start accusing people I have never been more embarrassed in my life. Best Walmart around most cashiers are kind and helpful. I do find that the area workers are not overly familiar with their areas so you need to look for yourselves to be sure

The store seems overcrowded, most of the items my wife and I went in for were out of stock, parking is almost always a challenge. The only really good thing about this Walmart is the location and the proximity to the 401.

There is one great big manager woman that needs some people skills. Seriously. There is a lot more to being a manager than imaginary sense of self-importance.
*Some floor staff in general, white dudes actually, seem clearly to hate their job and s customer making an inquiry seems like an imposition to them. Keep your attitude at and with whatever friends you may have.not at work.
Pricing at Walmart? Actually. Very oftennot the best by comparison anymore on MANY food items.

Lots of items and everything is stocked. It's always nice to go to a Walmart to find items that you are looking for in larger quantities and various sizes. I purchased navy blue joggers and they had all the sizes. It wasn't too busy and check out was quick and easy.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy A12, two days ago. It would not answer calls and OS was glitchy w empty notifications. Store would not exchange without a receipt and manager would not discuss it, just have a broken phone now.

Today (November 29,2021) I had the worst experience at the mobile kiosk in Walmart, White Oaks mall, 3051, London S, ON. I was returning a phone I got one week ago on a plan, the mobile shop person (his name is "Tevon P" I believe) asked me to show him the receipt. I told him that I didn't receive the receipt when I made the deal and the sales person at that time only gave me the contract. After a long debate he asked for my ID, and then he accessed my phone account and he displayed the contract. He talked to another women next to him and he told me, she is his boss and she insist to bring the receipt.

After another debat he said, ok you have to bring your copy of the contract, and I told him you already have it on your screen! He said, that's the only way to do that. So, I spent another hour driving back and furth to bring him the contract he has.

I don't believe it's a proper way to deal with customers in this way. I really feel very bad now!

Not a very big store but I always find what my family need. Store is usually clean and tidy.unlike some other Walmarts I have been to. Some of the staff not very helpful though. Will often avoid eye contact so not to get asked questions.

I just made my last purchase from this terribly run online app & store location.

The customer does not matter here.

My cats needed food today.

Received my email that my order was ready for pick-up. Went to get it, waited over 40 minutes for 1/2 of my order. They at 1st couldn't find my order. Then when they came out with just the 1 of 2 items I ordered, we were directed instore.
The lady at customer service basically threw her hands up saying wait for another email to pick up the other item.

We left the store disappointed. Time wasted, gas wasted, with catfood on their shelf. No refund

Called customer support to be told they can't do anything.

Much too difficult to shop at this store. I will be getting a Costco membership & deleting the app once my cats get the meow mix.

Order on line as it clearly stated in stock when ordering. My tracking hasn't moved and I was suppose to pick it up today.
Called the store and was told that in stock at store doesn't mean its in stock actually at the store but has to be shipped from a warehouse.
I can expect my order possibly in 72 hours when it clearly stated next day pick up.if I would have know that I wouldn't have ordered from them All I can say is FALSE ADVERTISING MISS LEADINING TO THE CONSUMER.

Unfortunately I have visited so many times to buy house hold stuff and grocery because it is near to my home. I never feel comfortable because of worker and manager too.

Great place to shop, staff friendly and always a smile. Remember you get what you give is what is normal but here they go a bit above and beyond to make one happy with their choice. I have to no problem about spending my hard earned money here.

We bought a coffee machine from the store. The machine did not work properly, so we took it back to the store with in less than 14 days (their policy says we could return it within 90 days). The employee at the customer service called the assistant manager to talk to us and tell us that we can not return the machine as it is on clearance. We explained to her that there is nothing on the shelves indicating that this product is on clearance and the product still in the stock! Her answer was "YOU SHOULD KNOW BY THE PRICE". We refused to take the product with us and called Walmart head office which helped us fill a complaint on the store and they told us to go back and keep the product with us till this problem is resolved. When we came back to take the product back, we received it from a different employee and found a note written on the box that directed the employees to keep it for 90 days and then throw it away! Another employee literally followed us to take that note but we refused to give it back as a prove that it could be returned within 90 days. We took the machine to other Walmart store and they returned it without any trouble which also means that there was no reason for not return it!
We really don't know why did they give us a hard time in that location.

They don't respect their own returns policy. I found out that the product I purchased from there is broken so I tried to return it to the store. The manager assistant there refused to take it back and she even did not give me a logical reason why they can't take it back. I left the box there for a minute hoping the manager will give me a call the next day to solve the problem then I decided to take it back and keep it in my possession. I found a note on the box says "keep it for 90 days and then throw it away". The employee tried to take that note from me but I refused. I took the product to Walmart north london. They took it back there without any problem.

Terrible pharmacy. Won't fill your prescriptions and are incredibly rude even if you're sick. Told me that my doctor sent them the prescription with improper directions and refused to fill my order when the order was requested five hours prior to to my showing up. They hadn't even seen the request yet and if they had they would have contacted my doctor during business hours to get it filled. Instead I had to leave and wait another day. Also was told that I didn't listen properly. Rude. First and last time ever coming to this location.

Today I came for shopping in the Walmart and I feel that staff is very friendly in this place and specially the Self checkout staff. There was a associate in the self checkout area and his name is Rushil and his behaviour towards the customer is super polite and he is very helpful with me in the produce stuffs.

This is the third time that I have attempted to return merchandise purchased online and in the store only to have a sales associate make up their own return policy. First time was that I couldn't return cough syrup, I was told it was a perishable and it could only be returned after 30 days, the expiration on the syrup was into 2022 and it was 31 days since I purchased it. Today's experience was a return of seasonal apparel, I was told you couldn't return Christmas clothing after Christmas. To that I said the province was locked down on the 26th and you are closed Christmas day. They asked me what they were to do with the apparel since there was no market. Both the sales associate and on shift store manager were completely rude on today's and the two previous experiences. Lesson learned to shop else where.

Completely Unprofessionally behavior with customers regarding the teamworkers inside the shop!
My question for the manager regarding this branch. Is the policy followed now that you have to react with all customers as thieves until proven otherwise?
You can review the surveillance cameras today specifically from 3.10 to 4: 00 in order to make sure of the unacceptable behavior that occurred in the market today in dealing with Canadian (Muslim) women's today!
Anyone who carries out this absolutely unacceptable behavior should be punished.
That's definitely not the behavior of our Canadian society.

TUESDAY DEC. 29TH /20 WENT TO WALMART FOR 7AM. THE EMPLOYEES WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL, BIG SMILES AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS VERY NICE TO SEE. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS CHANGED AND FOR THE BETTER. THEY ALL WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP AND I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. IF CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTINUES LIKE TODAY, THEY WILL DO MUCH BETTER. Purchased some items in Wlamart London, when i checked the receipt at home i found that the cashier charged me with an item that i didnt take it even dont know what it was. Visited the customer service after days they said we cant do anything in this matter, although the charger price was around 10$ but this should not happen it at least the customer service should deal with this kind of problem. Check your items and receipt before you leave the store.

Jen at customer service was absolutely amazing! I lost my phone and even though they were so busy, she stayed with me and helped me for half an hour, even looking up my bank to help me cancel my cards! I knew it was lost between the check out and my car, someone had picked it up and taken it, she was so sweet to me and my daughter, even gave my daughter some money to get a Timbit while we retrieved my phone. She absolutely went above and beyond, she could have said “sorry, it’s not here. Have a good night, we’ll call you if we find it” but she didn’t, she kept at it and if it wasn’t for covid I would have given her a huge hug!

Here I am exiting the Walmart South in London, ON not satisfied after speaking with manager Lisa and cashier Saniya which both spoke to me rudely and condescendingly and ganged up on me just to prove me wrong.
I was not impressed when Lisa told me she had no time for me and won't hold up the line and then walked away as I was still speaking.

Can't beat the prices, but being attached to a mall means it's always crowded; which I don't think the store is optimally laid out for. Also closes awfully early. I think they could plenty more business if they stayed open as late as Food Basics, at least.

Rude customer service and even more rude management the staff here do not care about customers I got kicked out of selc check out for being 3 items over i was told it was fine by one manager then another one got in mh face and dumped my items back in my cart and I had to wait behind 10 people even though i took 3 items out so i would be with in the 15 item limit the manager got in my face and refused to let me go through self check out my family and I will never go to this walmart again this has happened more then once where staff have been nothing but rude and ignorant

Not sure when some of these reviews were written but the revamped White Oaks Walmart is not as good as the old one. Staff are hard to find when you are looking for something, the layout is horrible, the selection is diminished in all departments except for the food. The children's and women's clothing selections are really limited. I do like the self check out and the grocery, although I still can't find some very common things I use all the time and have to go to other stores anyway. Not overly impressed.

If you are trying to price match and you know you can according to their policy, threaten to call Walmart Customer Care. They like to try to make up their own rules. You CAN price match MEAT at every Walmart, so when they tell you that they don’t, there lying to you. I have it in writing and heard it verbally from Walmart Canada that they price match meat as long as it’s the same grade, that’s policy for EVERY single Walmart, something they can not tweak or change on their own. The lady on the phone at Walmart Canada Told me to tell the cashiers / csm that I will call so they can directly speak with them each and every time and guess what they say? Nothing, they price match it for me! It’s very frustrating that whoever runs this Walmart thinks they can keep changing the policy. You can’t ;)
