Walmart Supercentre

Had to return a toy that didnt work. My receipt was lost. I went back next day and at Customer Service guy named PREM assisted me in gttng a refund/exchange. Such a relief. Literally made my day.

The store appears to be open.but the store is closed.nonsense! I drove 30 minutes just because of this store!

Went to buy cosmetics, totalled to 21.37 which was around what I expected. I brought $28 exactly. Placed my 10+5$ bill and since i hand a ton of change for the remaining I grabbed a handful to count at the counter. The short (5’1 - 5’3 perhaps) brown bob cut ish lady there at the cosmetic register (who seems to be friendly with a lot of the others) just took it all and placed it in the register saying I paid exactly. I made sure I brought atleast $5 more so I could get $5 bill change. It was all in the register already, what was I supposed to do.

Made my day worse as right after I left squeezing past the line of people, my KS wallet which was in my coat pocket by my receipt, contains a strap got caught on one of the hooks and I thought I lost it and only noticed when I left the parking lot and even crossed the road and went to reach for my presto for the bus. Fortunately, it was still there but I mean it hadn’t even been 5mins since I left the store.

Doesn’t change my review the reason for this in the first place is because I basically got scammed all my money in my wallet, thankfully I didn’t take out ALL my change in one go but that was only ~$2 left in change. I’m already broke as is, why do this?

Please hire more accountable people, I trusted the workers with my change and I get robbed instead.

Does customer service in Walmart even exist? Upon dialing the phone number for ANY Walmart location (1900 Eglington ave, scarborough, etc) the phone would remain unanswered at any hour of the day for any department. Ringing would go on ad infinitum or I would be greeted by a corporate sounding voice mail.

Well guess what, if you can't link my consumer needs to your store, I'm going elsewhere!

To Respected Management, cashier counter 12 needs to be get yellow help tag for one month to learn how deal with costumers.
Asking price is costumer’s right and cashier’s duty to do this not being fed up face.her behaviour was not good today

THIS STORE HATES SENIORS.

I brought my 90 year old mother to this store to get some needed supplies. At the end of the trip, she complained about leg pains and said she couldn't walk much more. She struggles even with a Rollator. I then asked my son to take her through the entrance door instead on the exit maze that they force everyone through. I was waiting at the cashier and was shocked to see my mom struggling as she walked through the maze. Apparently the associate at the door refused to allow her through despite my son's pleas. This is NOT the way to treat older seniors.

The employee (male with black hair, tanned skin) in the toy department was very rude to my children and I. Apparently my neighbors also had a bad experience with him, unprofessional and saying things directly to my 4 years old kid. Seriously, management need to re-evaluate his ability to provide customer service and train him on how to be professional.

The staff Mr. Gerorado who is working the photo department is excellent, and very helpful, always providing services and opinions.

Well priced products and a good selection of them. I went in for electronics gifts for Christmas, video games specifically, and not one game behind their locked glass had a single price. I don't know if I just came at a bad time or what, but I didn't and couldn't buy anything because of this.really weird to leave such an area untagged.

Really good staff, very patient and courteous. Food and coffee was fresh and great tasting. Fast, organized and polite service. Nice smiles too!

My go to Walmart store. Not big but you can get your daily supplies there. No fresh produce in this store.

Good, keep it there it serve the community. No other store for that community. It serve a wide range of familys. We like it.

Terrible service. A lady at door asked us bring to a cart from parking lot, when I asked her if those are sanitized she said you can wait if you want sanitized one or sanitized yourself.

Terrible service. Called every single department looking for information, was on hold for a total of 43 minutes. The only department that picked up was Pharmacy! They transferred me to a Manager and again, no answer. Absurd that a Supercenter doesn't have anybody amswering phones.

Also website stock is NOT a reliable source of information. Went to 3 Wal Marts and all wete our of stock despite the website stating other wise. Absolutely 0 customer care.

Large but very dirty. Especially the ac vents on the ceiling. Staff are rude and unhelpful with basic questions. Will not be returning. Asked for $75 in gift cards, we got 3 and said please make them $25 each and the cashier was like 3 doesn't go into 75. Omg.

No produce section at all for fresh vegetables and fruits. Should consider getting one as its a walmart.

Very poor service, waiting for wireless associate from an hour and another associate already page for wireless associate two time and no answer.

Probably one of the worst Walmarts I have ever come across in the GTA. I had to drop by at this one as I was in the area. There is also no produce section which i find odd despite the "supercentre" title.

I loved this crib, it’s easy to assemble, very sturdy and looks modern. The natural color made it look so beautiful and aesthetic.

Returning an online purchase should just require an order number. Now I have to call customer service, then they have to "text another person", to make certain items "refundable". They were never labelled as "non refundable".
What a hassle.just use the order number and refund like the other times. But this is a waste of time. I hate ordering items online because of this.

1. They have the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Showing cheap attitude towards customers when inquiring about different stuffs in the store! Not everyone is like that. The old reps are so helpful and shows no attitude.

2. Helps for the baby section takes forever to reach us even after buzzing and requesting the customer service personnel in person.

Check Walmart website, the STD brake fluid specially marked belong to Grocery item available in store shopping, but I went to here asked staff, manager and custom service, all of them say it's not for instore selling, no any one try to explain why website says instore available, so disappoint for this store.

Great place to shop, you can find a lot of different merchandise and long hours. However, it can be too crowded at times.

Overall the employees are nice, quick and efficient at their job in the McDonald’s at this location. The restaurant for in dining has been closed due to the stay at home order. It is also closed in the gray zone. There are signs posted right outside the restaurant that no eating or drinking is permitted. That also includes no eating or drinking in the store. I saw one lady who decided to eat her hamburger standing Just outside the McDonald’s. It’s reasons like that this virus is never going to go away. She pulled her mask down and started eating. That’s not the first time I’ve seen people do that. At this location

The make-up section staff is not customer friendly, they are so rude and doesn't know how to deal with customers. I bought a pack of 3 hand creams which was priced for whole pack so when we reached at the counter and the cashier confirmed that this is a mistake in pricing and confirmed with make-up section staff and she said this price is for individual cream, I mentioned her that the price mentioned on the pack says for full pack as their was only one price tag on the pack, that lady was so rude and yelled on me. This Walmart location requires customer service training for this kind of employees.

I would personally like to Thank the manager and staff who took the time to listen and understand my current situation despite the pandemic. I lost my home due to a fire on April 5th and had no clothes i had a few clothes neighbors gave me and shoes but the clothes aren't in that great condition but still greatful. The salvation is helping me as well by providing me emergency gift cards to purchase clothes and food. I really appreciate the understanding. Thank you and god bless you all at Wal Mart through this difficult time for everyone.

I placed order online (pick up in this location) last December and asked for the refund in January. I contacted them more than 10times for the last 3months and still didn’t get my money back. I also sent email however nobody even reply or contact me. Worst experience ever!

Ordered grocery delivery with them, they let me know 10 minutes before my stuff are on its way that 1/3 of my order is out of stock. Can't change or edit the order on such short notice. Had chosen the subsitude option incase items are sold out and nothing was subsituded.
So in the end I had to pay 8$ shipping on an 30$ order and still have to go out to get the missing items. Very dissatissfied, do not use their delivery service.

The guys in electronic section are amazing, especially Jas, hope I got his name right. I bough a phone today and he was so fast, kind and professional. We need more people like him when dealing with customers. I recommend buying phones from this location if you need fast and professional service.

It's sad that everything I've been here, there are max 2 staff members who are nice & the rest are rude.

Well a good Walmart comparetively smaller then others although one before coming here should know that this Walmart DOESNT HAVE ANY KIND OF PRODUCE! Thats the point of writing this so may help people before hand coming if they are coming here to buy vegetables you won’t find them in this ones!

Overall a great store, it's got a pretty good selection, usually stocked well and the staff is usually helpful. With that said, it's always busy. And I don't mean busy "you might wait a bit longer at the cash register". I mean busy, hectic, hard to navigate, as all the shelves and aisles are a mess! So if you don't mind that and go in armed with lots of patience, you should be fine. But I only come here if I have to.

Workers in the Photo Centre are extremely disorganized and they were not able to locate our online photos which we ordered for pickup. They also made us get baby formula from the photo centre and all technology items are locked up behind the photo centre area. What is the point of the rest of the departments if the photo centre is the only area they ask customers to go to when making purchases and obtaining items?

Had low stock the last three visits, one time I cam in for kids medicine, had none left. Then I returned two days later because I needed 3M hooks for handing Christmas decorations, had few on the wall, more on the floor.
Then I returned because I needed to get winter ats and boots and they had the area in a big mess, but since it's approaching black Friday weekend, it was expected.
I however like this Walmart a lot. Too bad its not a super centre. I find the staff at this location very friends and very helpful. Love it. Always pleasant regardless of time of day I visit.

I went to pick up my online order. The pick up service was quick and professional. But once I picked up my order and on my way out I stopped by 3 different employee within 2 minutes time frame. They were all asking for the receipt on the vacuum I picked up online. I mention that I already showed my I’d to the employee where I picked up my order. At the end on my way out the security guard stopped me so happy that he did catch me shop lifting. I had to retell the whole story about the online order but he insisted to see my Drivers license? I showed him the license. But just to mention this is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever went to. Of course I will never go back to such place that every one will treat it as shop lifter it Untill you prove that you are innocent.

An older Walmart in an older mall. That being said, they have just as much stock as the newer superstores. They now have a self payment area which keeps them in line with newer stores.

There are packages of Men underwear that have been opened and taped together. I suggest not to buy any men underwear at this location as some may have been worn before and returned earlier of this year. Buyer beware

Normally at Walmart the staff are pretty useless so I do everything on my own and self check myself out but this location has an employee named Ivode! She was fantastic, her customer service was amazing, and although what we were looking for wasn't on the floor and was most likely sold out she went out of her way to search in the back for the one box they had left. 5 stars for Ivode

This Walmart is a bad location.they have flood walkers that follow people and it makes it an unpleasant place to shop.they are often sold out of items and the store is very unorganized and not to clean always.clothes are thrown down and the washrooms are horrible

It's a cool walmart for people who live in the area but its decent. The store does not have a big area like the other walmart do. This walmart is not a super center. It's just a decent walmart. It has McDonalds in it I guess that's something

This is a review of the mobile/cellphone centre. Sales associate told everyone to sit down and mistakenly thought I was with another person. Said sales associate spent more than an hour helping the only other customer before finally realize the mistake. I ended up waiting 2 hours to activate a phone plan, which took less than 5 minutes. Do not sit down if they ask you to because it can make them think you're with another customer.
In terms of more practical issues, the sales associate encouraged customers to type in their personal/financial information on the system. I did not notice any hand sanitizers on the desk for use after using the store keyboard and mouse. Would be a good idea to add one consider it's flu season.

This Walmart takes up a lot of space but is so disorganized, messy, and not enough staffing who know where to send you to find the right product. The refrigeration makes it worse, because it's meant to confuse the hell out of people who only want to buy milk and eggs. Gone are the dvd and camera section, which leads one shelf for 4 tv's. No live pets because the fish committed suicide by lack of a staff being present to help customers who wanted to actually buy them. If you want undergarments, you've been sent to the corner (if you can find out which corner of shame to shop). Everything else is the same 'ol.

I really can't stand Wal-Mart in general but as far as Wal-Mart's go, this one is decent. The location is fairly good and it's very well stocked. It has a lot of self-serve checkouts (which I used) and this is convenient too. It's busy overall. There seems to be a decent amount of staff on hand which helps if you need help. I didn't need assistance but it seemed like if I did there would be someone on hand. If you like giant stores with tons of stock and low prices then I guess this is a good option.

Typical WalMart where you can do pretty much one stop shopping (retail clothing, shoes, toys, toiletries, groceries, sports and outdoor gear and equipment, jewelry, automotive care products and accessories, pet supplies, school and office supplies, computers, phones, printers, video games, photo shop, pharmacy, eye care, fast food restaurant, automotive lube & tire change (via Mr. Lube). Location has free parking and the West side entrance into the mall.

I like the self-check out option to bypass unnecessary and usual long lineups at this store. I don't like the fact that some products (like bottled water) are stored at the exit because one typically completes his/her shopping before noticing the desired product and returning to long lineups to purchase is a disincentive.

Overall, the store is a well organized and convenient place to shop.

Really bad experience, waited for a guy at photo centre from last half an hour but no one showed up, take care of your customers, many other people were waiting there.

This Walmart is pretty much what you would expect from any other. The major downside is the horrible rotten fish smell around the entrance. Overall in a very dumpy area

This is my goto place for getting almost everything. There is a Mc Donal’s inside, an eye/glasses place, a photo studio, mobile phones shop, and a pharmacy,

The service was so BAD at there passport photo section, the worker made me pay 28$ for TWO passport pictures after i clearly asked about the price and i was told upfront that the COMBINED 2 pics will cost me 12$ only.

This was my very first experience seeing an entire McDonalds restaurant fully inside of the Walmart store itself.

You can literally pause your shopping experience to enjoy a Big Mac, then resume your grocery shopping afterwards.

Clean and well organized but grocery selection and stock are very limited. Sale items are always out of stock.staffs at the refund department are nice and friendly and very efficient, but all else are pretty rude.checkouts are always lineup with people, so if you’re in rush go the self checkout.

Called them to see if my sisters eye glasses were ready! No answer! One time stayed on line for half an hour and no one bothered to pick up the call. Very poor customer service

Pretty big place and they have a McDonalds inside. The staff is helpful and the place is clean and well maintained but I didn’t find enough stocks though. Most sale items sell out pretty quickly and I found that the boxes of some appliances (food processors, blenders) were open. Also, I wouldn’t really assume some of the products there to be of high quality. The staff is very helpful and friendly though.

Friendly staff. Opens early for those who want to do their Shopping done in the morning after work all night. Convenient. Only needs to have more selections for Pajamas for Plus Size Women.

The bathrooms were horrible, it needs to be cleaned more frequently. The ailes especially where the home items, baby clothes, and toys needs to be better organized. The staff should be more helpful on the floor to answer questions. However there are some items that are decently priced such a as cereal, kitchenware, stationary and the photo center.

This Walmart has twi entrances. One is from the parking lot, the other one is from the mall. Like every other Walmart, this store has huge selections of products at competitive prices. There is a McDonald's, and a place to take passport photos inside the store. A kisok to sign up wireless service make this place very convenient.
