Walmart Supercentre

Not the best Walmart. Often very busy and with items out of stock. At a recent visit I tried to buy a plastic tupperware that wasn’t ringing up at the checkout (it was listed as something like $5 when I found it in the store), so the employee looked it up on the Walmart website, where it was showing as $40 if you bought it online through a third-party marketplace seller. So he said I’d have to pay $40 for the tupperware without even going to check the price in store (obviously I didn’t buy it for that price lol). I’ll give some stars because it’s affordable and in a convenient location.

Worst customer experience ever!
While I was in the middle of scanning my items at self checkout, associate help screen showed up, and the associates came up started saying I haven’t scanned all items, while I’m still not done with the scanning, I not even went to the paying portion, they can clearly see that in the screen, but the associates where too rude didn’t even listen to me, they started scanning all over again, stick on to what they said. Me as being ex Walmart self checkout associate at this same place made me feel very awful that such a bad experience these associates are giving to the customers! Won’t go to this place again!

All the vegetables rotten sitting on the floor but always employees standing around do nothing. Staff is rude. Good thing other better grocery store around it would be worth it to go there. Self check you need a employee to scan your stuff for you (incase they think your going to steal.) worst experience every time I go there.

Walmart Baseline was in my opinion a good store was clean organized had things in stock. I have noticed in the few months bin shopping there once you go through self check out suddenly all eyes on you. They accuse you of stealing asking wether you scanned your purchases? I understand there has bin increase in theft in alot of the stores but to accuse someone who you see clearly scanning their items of theft is wrong! It's also illegal to ask to see someone receipt as their leaving the store! One employee decided to block my cart from me exiting the store claiming I didn't scan all my items even though I had my receipt showing I have even the employee at self checkout told the other employee I in fact paid for everything! I basically told the employee move out the way or I'll call the police and head office! They have absolutely no right to do this to anyone! I actually called the store looking to speak to a manager unfortunately never can find one to speak to I ended up talking to someone in customer service who actually said they aren't allowed to ask customers for receipts! They will do this to wrong person one day and won't turn out well, we live in a crazy world now and I hardly think it's worth a minimum wage job to risk my life for! So future customers do not allow them to treat you as a thief especially when your innocent! If they actually haven't caught you in the act walk pass them and ignore them! I plan to go back I dare any of them to accuse me of anything be having a bad day!

If you don’t wanna be harassed don’t come here. They hover over you around the store then close all the cash registers leaving the self check out open to only hover over u there and even will take items out of ur cart to make sure ur scanning everything. Get into your personal space and ready to accuse u of stealing any chance they can. Been here twice and literally both times I was harassed. Never again.

The worst management, always items are out of stock.
Yesterday, I was paying my $300 bill partially using my USD$100, and the rest with my VISA, after waiting for 10 minutes, the Custumer Service Manager and even Assistant Manager (ESTELLE) at this store didn't accept my USD$100.

The chubby, short king with advanced receding hairline who works at the fido section in electronics is extremely rude! So rude that we refused to get a fido plan we loved just because of his tone and manners!

This Walmart is a joke. I will never step my foot in this.again.

01. The customer service is awful. 0 respect to the customers.

02. Half of the service counters are typically closed. Especially when it is a massive influx of people in the store. (Results in a huge line at the self-checkout counters).

03. The regular cash registers there never seem to work either.

04. The place is dirty.

05. The situation (Wednesday night, June 14) : The item I scanned showed a different price compared to the shelf.

I approached the employee at the self-checkout counter, and he reluctantly said "let me check it online. " I told him “no, check on the shelf please”. Then he told me to go and take a picture of the price tag myself to show a proof to him. Across the whole store, squeezing through this crowd.

I stand still for a couple more minutes waiting for him to at least suggest paging the bakery department so they confirm the price, or maybe calling customer service that were nearby. He never payed attention to me anymore tho.

So instead, the other worker approached to me and asked loudly many times: “DID YOU PAY IS IT PAYED IS IT PAYED”. I explained her the problem and this is conversation that followed:

- There is a price difference on what you have on shelf and what I scanned.

- Oh we know this bread is expensive! *looking the other direction trying to prevent a theft? *

- Okay but the price is different from I’ve seen on shelf.

- But we know this bread is expensive. *never making an eye contact with me, always going back and forth so i have to keep up with her*.

- …

- *leaving somewhere*

like ok very "respectful" and "customer oriented" (no).

This is something you can potentially face in this walmart. Prices are tempting but it is more important to maintain your nerve system and visit the Loblaws College Square instead. IMHO

Very good store. Tons of deals here. Best to go earlier in the day when the crowds are relatively lighter.

Worst experience ever. I bought 2 Iphone 13 with 2 year tab plan and I was told by sales guy "TIM", I will get add a line discount and after few weeks when I got my first bill there was no add a line discount and when I checked with him he wasn't able to solve the issue and he passed on this issue to the manager "SAM", after few visits and phone conversation he promised me that, he will adjust that $120 but it's been long time and he did nothing except his fake commitment and now he stopped replying my messages too. They provided wrong information just for selling their phones. They don't deserve even 1 star.

All you can expect from a supercentre!
I do find the stock at this store often low but they have great selection.
The staff isn't really helpful in my experiences.
You can find staff when needed.

Some items cannot get scanned at the self check counters and i am not happy with the personnel. The lady said the crest toothpaste is 9.97 and was going to manually charge that amount. We went back and checked and it was 5.97. Then i wanted to complain about her behaviour but noone to complain and they dont care
