Worst experience I was looking for nuts and 2 agents guided me to the wrong aisle. Never going to visit this branch.

We went there to buy a dumplings steaming pot but it turns out it was already used. The package was intact so we didn't thought to check it by opening it. When we tried to use it the bottom part of the pod was already burnt and it was black even though it is made up or stainless steel. They sold us a used item that might have returned by some other customers. I don't recommend going to this Walmart location. All standards here need to inspected by the head office.

Today I totally disappointed when i visit a Walmart. Washroom was under cleaning sign, and cleaning person wasting time with everyone crossing around and with his phone. When I asked him to don’t waste time people waiting to go washroom, he started to use phone like cleaning is not part of his job but phone use is very important…. I think he is in different world there people earns without efficiently. Or ghosts working instead of him. And I am still following work is worship rule.

The new renovation are looking good however the customer Service and cleanliness is very bad. Especially the photo center.

This location is worst they have their own rules rather than anywhere else.
The associates r so rude

These Indians with their pack backs stealing all the time, every time we go here we have to tell off a Indian for stealing no wonder everything is going up in prices, becuase all these immigrants stealing so much, it’s 9 at night on a Sunday there is no school! Walmart get help

Terrible frightening shopping experience
ran in for a couple of grocery items, and hear yelling from the aisle I needed to go in.
It was a Jamacian woman screaming at a young delivery guy stocking shelves, he wasnt even paying any attention to her just doing his job, when she went off at him for being white (he was Indian not white) When I went to check out she was telling the manager she wanted him fired.

I come to this location weekly for curb-side pick up. These 5 stars are dedicated to Brian. Brian provides the upmost customer service weekly, he is what keeps me coming back! Brian is also quick to address any concerns I have with my order as well as check the quality of each item in my order. I can’t say enough good things about him, he is respectful, kind, dedicated and an awesome employee- they are lucky to have him!

Disgusting store!

My kids are walking around, and a woman who is employed here, yelled at them to not touch stuff. She asked if it was theirs. Are they not allowed to touch stuffed animals to see if they want them or not. If we can not touch them, put them behind glass.

An item was on sale and I asked the lady to check the price. She then took them and brought them back, when I specifically told her I don’t care what the price is I still want them. I then had to walk to the other end of the store to find out she didn’t even put them back.

Got what I needed and got out the best experience you can hope for at a Brampton Walmart. Although they did have some great sales going on.

Very poorly managed.heavily crowded.no one sanitizing the carts anymore despite rising Covid cases.

I have been to other Walmart.but its only here that I am seeing such mismanagement.

Good place to shop for daily needs and essentials. I bought few food items which was at quite good price.

Worst service ever. Associates have no sense how to deal with the customer. I have to wait for 30 mins just to get an information. I think they should hire experienced manager who can manage properly. Associates need more training.

Every time I go to buy other than regular groceries, I waste time minimum 30mins searching for products, I asked two customer service agent didn't even bother to search for me, simply guided me to check the aisle again which I did twice thoroughly before going to them, put a kiosk which gives product and aisle information.

Big box store with grocery, cosmetics, pharmacy, optical store and other usual services under one roof. But the prices are showing upward trend. The floor space also is crowded n jam-packed with holidays items.

I may have gone on a bad day but it was very crowded and seemed disorganized. Felt clusterphobic in there.

We were leaving the bulding around 22: 35 pm (August 1,2021) we scan all the things but a lady near the self check exist wearing black top and jean with eyeglasses she start recording without any reason and start saying in rude way that you guying did not scan the water bottles but in the bill all the things were mention. They should treat everyone in equally on the other hand the way she was talking is very rude and racist. An employees should request in kind manner that they want to see recpiet.

I find this Walmart the best for saving money.
Everytime I go, it's so chaotic I only have patience to grab one thing!

They always run out of products as I was looking for baby milk continuously two or three days, and then after a week when we saw still that thing was not there.

The worst walmart I have ever been to which includes all in the US and Canada. Not clean at all. Employees are very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this to anyone. Its better to go to any other stores than here.
The worst experience ever!

Wal-Mart has DISCONTINUED *PRICE MATCHING* because they've been closed for so long and need to recoup on lost profits. I was told this directly by the Assistant Manager at the customer service / return department. All food / grocery prices were increased by $0.50 to $1.50. I had to pay $1.50 for an English Cucumber and it wasn't even that big.

Exorbitantly spacious, but laid out in a very logical way and staffed by helpful team members, this Walmart is worth a visit.

Flowers near the entrance add warmth to the big box vibe, and several self checkouts keep traffic moving at an easy pace.

In terms of cleanliness very terrible experience,
There were one or two items wrongly marked. Most shocking was they were out of bananas few days ago at 6 pm. I expect the cashiers and employees to make atleast an eye contact if not greet the customer. We are not machines. Overall nice store with basic facilities but need a lot of improvement in cleanliness.

Such a pathetic Customer service. I have purchased one barbeque from this store and one part is faulty i need to replace that part with manufurer.i have lost my receipt the manufacturer asking me for original receipt and from this Walmart not a single person helping me. I have visited this store i think more than 3 times for customer service and called 3-4 times and every time i was getting answer like account lady is not available or she is on lunch or she is on leave and they just wasted my time and now warranty is going to finished. They can not help me to pull receipt even i have all the details of purchase date, bank statement. No Help

While trying to pay at the self check out yesterday afternoon. The employee who offers the Walmart credit card was aggressive. Soon as I entered the payment area she came right behind me, over my shoulder with no regard for my space.

I declined and said "no thanks". She continued to question me of why I don't want to save money. I had to tell her 3 times I'm not interested before she moved on.

I didn't appreciate her approach and customer service.

We had the worst experience with this cashier named Melissa. She needs to be taught a lesson in customer service. No sorry no thank you- makes you feel like you committed a crime by coming to her for checkout.

It was very bad experience with this Walmart location I did self check-out and all the ladies (Walmart staff) were observing each n every customer. When I came outside after billing one lady came n ask me how many packets of mushrooms I have, n the real part is I didn’t buy mushrooms. Don’t know what she was thinking but she needs to know that we are customers not thief and at last after she checked my receipt when she didn’t found anything wrong with my cart at least she should have apologised from me. Don’t know what kind of attitude they have. Remember you guys are having jobs only because of customers so at least show some kind of respects towards them. -! -

Absolutely ridiculous, the attendant at the self check out came right beside me to reach out to grab fish food out of my cart to tell me it’s non essential and and then fights with me about it.it’s considered essential. You guys need to get your act together there’s no social distancing. People are standing next to you reaching across your face to grab items and your worried about grabbing stuff out of my bag to tell me that it’s non essential and come into my personal space. Maybe you need to hire some people with common sense. I’ll be writing to head office

The store manager (Will) has zero understanding how to deal with customers properly. He simply doesn’t care about what it means to provide excellent customer service, especially when his staff make mistakes on pick up orders.

I bought a prepaid Mastercard from Walmart, it didn’t work, I went to Walmart to replace but they refused and asked me contact mastercard guys, I called mastercard guys they said contact your vendor, So I was going back n forth, another Manager at Walmart assured me to fix the issue but no body did.

Finally, I contacted Will, He said give me 4 days I’ll get this done and Finally he proved what he have said,

Walmart at Mississauga and Williams had their printers down so couldn't take passport photos for newborn there. Cam to this location and was told they don't do passport photos and that I will have to go to the Walmart at Queens and Airport which is quiet a drive from Kennedy and Steeles and especially with newborn in rush hour its painful. So when I went to the Walmart at Airport and Queens they said with mouth full, they do not take passport pictures for newborns. A lot of misinformation around. I've called all these location before visiting but boy do they ever answer their phones at Photo Centers.what an awful load of rubbish.shame

DO NOT BOTHER CALLING THIS STORE!
Not a single department picks up the phone when you call. What kind of costumer service is that? Like hello? How can you help the costumer when you ignore them? I call any other store and they pick up within minutes. I sat on hold 3 different times waiting for multiple departments to pick up my call for 15-30 MINUTES and NOBODY! The phone just rings and rings and rings!
Oh and dont bother calling the 1-800 costumer service number because they dont pick up either. Waited 30 minutes and not one answer. Never wasting my time or money at a Walmart EVER AGAIN!

This Walmart location is very horrible everybody in it is racist it's unbelievable that disrespect you get in this Walmart they need to work on their people skills I will never ever shop at this disgusting Walmart again

What a mess cosmetics no stock all over the place - hair dyes mess - yarn wow not in order just shoved in the shelves - clothing scattered - this place is a DUMP GHETTO

Waited for an hours for pickup, operator told wait outside or come after an hour pathetic service.
Never go for online shopping, rather go inside will be more quicker.

I ordered BONELESS chicken and it had bone in it! So gross and upsetting. I nearly choked on the bone. Ill never get chicken from here again!

Very busy & overcrowded store, that makes the job difficult for front life staff/ associates, to place or fill items at appropriate aisles, & also no price tag at many items, may be due to Thursday evening time. Keep the good work.

Not as busy as other Walmart's on Saturday. Lots of products to choose from. Everything is well organized.

I bought a USB mouse here a while ago, when I got home I found the USB part that plugs into the computer was not inside, so I brought it back to the wal mart, the manager tried to refuse the return and I had to argue for almost 20 minutes just to get them to accept it.

I have never had this issue at any other store or wal-mart.

I worked here and my experience with everyone was really good. I have lots of friends and fun moments in this walmart. But the only thing is really bad is managers. Particularly 2 or 3 people. These people are full of arrogance with all the dumb decisions they make as they are working from 15 to 20 years but still dnt even have even one percent management skills.
I would like to suggest the walmart to have a 3 month crash course in management before making some amateur a manager because these people dont know ethics, culture and work and more over behave so disrespectful. Other than that associates work here are polite and all respectful.

The restrooms are disgusting and they have taken the express lane out to make way for self checking stations on both ends of the store. Horrific experience last night! Stood in line for 5 items for over 30 minutes I do not get paid to scan and bag my own items. They are saving money on hiring staff on the backs of their customers. This USED to be my favourite Wal-Mart but now I think I will find another store to purchase items at. You had such potential and your store manager has ruined it.

I personally hate this Walmart it looks old and run down most of the time and it’s supposed to be one of the newer ones. I went there on serval occasions looking for confectioners/ icing sugar and they never have it

Unbelievably busy as expected day before Christmas. But the staff were excellent. In and out in no time.

Just like any other Walmart location. Good selection of groceries and other items and walmart prices. What more can you want.
The parking lot is designed surprisingly well. I generally avoid going to Walmart due to the life hazard it posses in the parking. But this one I don't mind.

Wal-Mart my all time favorite store for grocery. Their price is reasonable, You can do price match too. All house hold stuff you can find easily. Tim Horton inside too.

Walmart MastercaMa
I was pushed to apply Walmart master card while I told her that first I am not interested second I may not be approved but she said i am from Walmart finance i am telling you it will be approved. She took my info and signature and said you will get your MC in 15 to 20 days. She was asking and asking for Walmart MC. And today I received mail where Walmart rejected my application. This is insultive since I told her I may not be approved also I confirmed with her that It won't hurt my Credit score. Now i am concerned about everything. And I want to escalate this kind of tricks being practiced by Walmart. Since My first response was No I AM NOT INTERESTED. I don't need any clearification from Walmart regarding this. But I want to warn others to beware of Walmart Tricks.

I avoid this Walmart as much as I can, but it's the Walmart closest to my house.
Poorly stocked, super messy, probably some of the worst of Brampton shoppers you can imagine flock to this God awful excuse for a Walmart. Apparently it takes a family of 5 to all walk down an aisle together. Also had the pleasure of walking down the shampoo aisle and being greeted by a person changing her baby's diaper on the floor.
Slow cashiers and usually only a few open not matter what day or time. Try asking a sale associate to help you locate something, you could grow your veggies before getting an answer or if you're lucky the employee actually coming back to advise they don't have it.
There is always a mess with eggs on the floor in the egg section (why? Either its the same spill each time I go there, or customers are literally throwing eggs on the floor for fun. I don't know)
However, if you enjoy the sounds of multiple screaming kids, crowed aisles, low stocked shelves, minimal cashiers, and possibly stepping in something that hasn't been cleaned yet this is the Walmart for you!

I've never been to a Walmart that actually makes me so angry to shop in.

I prefer this location over the other locations at Queen/Airport and Main/Bovaird. Never had an issue yet with finding parking. I also find it to be much cleaner than the other locations. Not as big however as the other locations so they don't have some of the groceries like certain deli items, etc that I get at the other locations

Seriously if you want to go to the worst Walmart in the gta, we have a winner! First and foremost majority of the products aren’t even on the shelf not to mention the completely useless and rude staff, either they aren’t doing a good job all every single person in Brampton who has no manners or consideration seem to visit this particular location, because it is a complete disaster, for a company as big as Walmart, they should be ashamed of the ridiculous condition of this store and do a better job hiring people who actually want to do their job!

It's a friggin Walmart. They are literally all the same. The kinds of employees and the kinds of customers, all the same.
