Most favourable Walmart in Guelph. (There’s only 2 locations) this one is the better one. Ample parking, public transportation is conveniently inside the parking lot.

Make sure your doors are locked as I have seen homeless people walking by parked cars and looking into windows.

Other than that the store is tidy, Barbara is a sweet lady that greets you.

This place is a one stop shop with McDonald’s, pharmacy, mail, photo, keys and even nails.

I live between the 2 Walmart locations and I always go to this one.

I shop here everyday! Sometimes even multiple times a day if I need to. I just wish the staff wasn’t so weird sometimes, I hate being followed around the store like I’m a criimnal or something lol. They have accused me of stealing once in the past, it wasn’t very nice! I guess it’s because of the way I dress sometimes, in my pjs or sweatpants? I dunno… lol. Other than that it’s my favourite place to shop!:)

I have NEVER received such unprofessional service in my life. I processed pictures to be developed and apparently the manager in electronics said that they were only doing 1 hour service. I did not hear her as I have hearing issues, but she insisted everyone else heard her well I didn't. She was extremely rude. Because of her I will NEVER go back to that store. So unprofessional. I even tried to talk to store manager who was not available conveniently. I have been in customer service for 30+ years and would NEVER treat anyone the way i was treated today. She even mentioned how she was tired of everyone freaking on her. I didn't do that at all I grabbed my receipt and told her to cancel my order and then she freaked out. I don't appreciate being used as a punching bag when I did nothing wrong but genuinely not hear her and not have an hour to wait as I had my grandson with me.

Love this place, I came here just once but it's so uncrowded and open and relaxing to shop here. And they have SO MUCH stuff here.

Overall cheap but have experienced prejudice

I mean, it's a Walmart, it's cheap and plentiful. As a modestly native woman, (I wear dreamcatchers and occasionally shirts with my tribes name) I have experienced hostility from the Indian (as in from India) cashier/clerks. This honestly surprised me, I was not aware there was animosity between our cultures, but multiple times 2 seperate male clerks and 1 female clerk working the self-checkout refused to help me. As in said out loud "I will not help you. "

Super perplexing and upsetting, I guess avoid if you're visibly native?

Found everything I wanted, product wasn't the issue. My problem with this visit was when I was looking for fire starters. I asked a Walmart employee by the name of Judith for help. From the start she was rude. Made me feel like I was a nuisance, her attitude and tone of voice was not pleasant in the slightest.

Clean, well kept Supercenter. Great selection of various services from Bulk Foods, Craft Stores, Discount Stores and Walmart. All within a comfortable walking distance.

Quite a few maskless people roaming about as of lately. I know it's hard to regulate but covid is still upon us.makes me uncomfortable to see but I understand people are difficult.

Can usually find anything I am looking for here. I don't shop at Walmart for butchered meats though. Something in my head says the words Super Center and butchered meats just don't belong together! Frozen pizza and ice cream, sure! But not sirloin strip!

Sales person in Guelph walmart was very competitive and i ended buying a cell phone at woodlawn Rd guelph.but when i went to Walmart stone mall i purchased face cream and i had a receipt in a bag. As soon as i exited walmart security alarm started ringing.i was stopped andmy bag was checked the receipt was and the employee apologized to me. It was really embarrassing a d i will NOT GO IN THAT STORE IN MY LIFE. THEY SHOULD FIX THEIR SECURITY SYSTEM

Heads up about the paper bags would have been great… maybe a sign on the door when you walk in?

Good place to buy anything that you need clean but not a whole lot of workers who are not around to get info or don't know what the item is yet its in there.

I dropped two stars because most items on sale were not available and some other products were sold out.or not stocked in time. I had six things on my list but ended with only one.

The people who work here were all very nice but not much they can do when many items were out of stock. If they cannot stock enough and on time, they cannot be competitive. For groceries, I think I'd rather shop in a 'real grocery store'.

When I visited this location for the second and third time, they were just as messy as the first. Some staff are friendly but others are not as personable. This is not one of my favourite Walmarts to visit. I'm going to visit the other one in the future. Perhaps a better experience there.

Very courteous and welcoming staff. Some Customers were a bit rude when you excused yourself to go past them. Next time I will go earlier.

While I do enjoy the selection here, I have noticed that Wal-Mart isn't as competitive in prices anymore, noticeably with the food department (significantly lower prices of the same brand can be found at Fresh Co, Food Basics, and even at Zehrs!).

I really dislike the "# for reduced value each" deals used here (and at other grocers). Forcing us to buy two or more of the same item to "save" is not true savings for an individual, maybe so for a family since consumption is higher. With global food waste pegged at 30% of consumables, those deals are only further exacerbating the problem (while food manufacturers gain more $).

Shop wisely and carefully here, if it's too good to be true then it isn't true.

Rude employees and has gone down hill big time doesn't price match anymore. I've only go there for prescriptions for now.

I don’t know what’s wrong with omni at this walmart but for the 3rd time conservatively I haven’t got all the items that I order, every single time for the past 3 orders they have missed many of items and never gave me a complete order. I need to know what this is happening as 3 times in a row the same mistake takes place is not acceptable!
Rectify the process please!

Was not happy about not being aloud to pay something cause it scanned at 0.02.when it had a price tag on it for 7 dollars. Was only told I could not buy it cause they were discontinuing the item.

Sukhdeep is absolutely fantastic. I have been ordering our groceries since the beginning of the pandemic and 9/10 times they have been the person to bring my groceries to my car. They are always cheerful and have such a positive attitude. I look forward to seeing them when I pick up my groceries because they just brighten the day. Fantastic customer service! Keep up the good work!

Bought a ceramic heater it didn’t work out of the box. Went back got a replacement. It worked for one day. 6 months later I bought a vacuum. Opened the box and upon inspection the hose connection was worn and looked used. The attachment was broken and looked like someone had tried to glue it. Disgusting.
Unless you are buying throw away merchandise probably better not to buy anything here.
Go anywhere else.

Do not under any circumstance order groceries for pickup here. I’ve had wrong items (vegetable oil instead of canola, pulp-free instead of pulp orange juice etc.), employees do not pay attention tot he order. I’ve have very obviously rotten fruit, cans dented so badly the seal is broken and I have to toss it out. I’ve wasted SOO much money just throwing food away it’s horrifying. It’s like employees have been purposely told to give the stuff that won’t sell in-store to people ordering online to reduce Walmart losses. I will never shop there again.

Walmart is taking advantage of shoppers during this pandemic. Their prices have sky rocked. I never believed they offered the lowest prices but now shopper you are fooling yourself if you think you are getting the best price. I heard they don't price match anymore. Disgusting company.

This Walmart Supercentre location is just awesome.

I am exceedingly pleased with the curb-side service. The people who bring the products out to the car are doing a fantastic job - they are a pleasure. I just wish we could leave them tips but they will not accept them. Also, the app is excellent as well.

My wife bought me a $150 vanilla visa card for Christmas. I tried to use it today and it was declined so when I phone visa vanilla credit card they said it was never activated. Now I got the troubles of Walmart not excepting it and vanilla card not excepting it so please do not buy any more cards at Walmart. I will never ever shop there again

You can come in at 10: 55pm, the doors are still open but at the register they refuse to process you because its 11: 01pm. Very unfriendly.

Saw employee putting full and dirty garbage bins into shopping carts to take trash out. Never buying food or using shopping carts here again.

Not enough staff to handle long queues, especially when people just want to spend less time in public.

Worst Walmart EVER! Stock is always low. Fruit and vegetables look like they have been sitting for weeks on the shelves. Rude employees and no mask enforcement. NEVER GOING BACK!

So because I have colored hair, piercings and tattoos you need to follow me around the store and watch me like I'm a thief then watch me check out while talking to other employees asking about me and ask to see my receipt then realize I paid for everything I got that's nice even though I come there every single week

I have to say the last three visits have floored me. My son was almost hit with one of their pick up groceries cart because the employee was too busy to keep their eyes open. Offered no apologies. This last time I was accused of shop lifting i pegged as soon as I walked in to the self check out and shadowed then they stopped me and took apart my whole order. Absolutely no other solution except a manager apologies and I'll look into it. There are plenty of stores so if I need to ill go there!

Had to stand in line for over 15 minutes at check out. When there is that many people in the store they need to open more registers to speed up the process a little.

Received exactly the service I expected from Walmart. The great thing Bour this store is they price match right off the flip app. That is so convient

Wow the management is awfully rude and unprofessional they should not talk to me the way they did I have a disability and needed help the gard at the door said only one person per family yet I go in and there are couples shopping together I don't know why I was targeted and not aloud to have my support come in with me im upset and full of anxiety

Big market and nice location. Huge parkade and now cart is also getting sanitized. Lots of option available except halal. Nothing much for Islamic follower in meat section. Indian grocery is also limited (may be due to lockdown) but usually it have fresh foods available. They should consider about keeping more halal meets like food basic and no frills. Cashiers are helpful and friendly. Big self checkout area.

Extremely busy location, with only a few checkout / self-checkout lanes open. Lots of products sold-out on shelves. Convenient location.

I was at walmart on highway #6 guelph Ontario and I had something happen to me, which I went into customer service to help me fix. They couldn't in their store so they called customer service for me which also couldn't help. But they never gave up and contacted their manager which listened to what had happened and after hearing it he made everything right, which was so much more then I could had ever hoped to happen! Thank you to everyone envoled
