Dr. Walt and his team have been stellar. The turn around time for support with any questions was incredible. Kids loved going there and most importantly the results are more than what we expected. Highly highly recommend the Invisalign, both our kids did it. Having an app to use weekly to ensure kids were sticking to routine of brushing and changing their aligners made it extra convenient. They also put the responsibility back on the kids, which helped them be more mindful of following what was outlined in their weekly app messages.

Dr. Walt is very friendly and knowledgeable during consultation as well as throughout the whole invisalign process, he was very responsible and told me I needed to do a gum surgery before starting invisalign. The admin staff were very accommodating for my unique payment schedule due to insurance policy issues. Their new office is very clean, and the TV on the ceiling is icing on the cake!

Dr Walt is one of the Best Orthos there is bottom line. At first I was scared to have an expander and Invisalign for my daughter. Dr Walt was very confident and firm that he would solve the crowding and under bite within 1 year. I Appreciated his Honest and Confident manner. I can say I am so happy with the results. He fixed her underbite and crowding within the 1 year! He is a Master at his craft. He won’t joke around or make too much small talk because his Goal is fixing the kids teeth before all else. I want to thank Dr. Walt and his team from the bottom of my heart for being able to solve my case. My case was quite complex (short roots, prior braces, crowded teeth). This is why, I took my time to research where I thought my case could be solved. I went for a consultation at almost every orthodontist here in Vaughan. I stumbled upon Walt Ortho last, and it ended up being the clear winner. My reasoning in short; provided me with a treatment plan that took into consideration of my short roots. All other prior orthodontists had said my case could not be solved without removing four teeth. Dr. Walt was the ONLY orthodontist that had understood my dental history of short roots, and provided a plan that did not require the removal of additional teeth. I finished my Invisalign treatment in August and I am so thrilled with my new smile. Dr. Walt and team are very professional and friendly. Going through treatment was super simple with their use of the smile scanner to track your progress. The new location is super nice and high tech and I always enjoyed my visits there. I found Dr. Walt online in July2018 the year of my separation/divorce because I wanted a new and more confident smile because my bottom teeth were extremely crowded. I had gotten used to smiling while hiding my bottom row with my lips.
His online reviews were glowing, so I chose to work with him. I also went on a successful weightloss mission that year.

It was a two year or so treatment and he's wonderful, personable and clear in his instructions. His staff has ALWAYS provided top notch service.

Dr. Walt and his team are worth the money they charged. You want the best service when it comes to your confident smile.

After my treatment, within a few years afterwards, I had some movement with my some of my teeth that was undesireable, and I was very worried that there would be additional charges. I was almost in a panic.

No fault of his treatment. Things happen. It is what it is.

He gave me a free consult right away, and then advised me to wear my current retainers for two weeks for 23hrs/day and see what happens. Instaead of the 8-10hrs/night.

Then I sent pics of the results and nothing changed.

He then shipped me 3 sets of aligners and one set of retainers to help fix my new gaps. This will take 6 weeks of 23hrs/day till I get to these new retainers, where I'll go back to 8-10hrs/night to maintain my straight teeth.

I'm in this phase now and wanted to show my heartfelt gratitude as I'm in a different financial position then when I first paid for the treatment. (Having lost my great job of four years last year and have been struggling with freelance work in my industry since).

I'm so thankful to him and his team and their commitment to quality and customer service. In finishing what we had gone through together and making sure that I got what I paid for over the years.

I would've had to let my teeth remain with the gaps as I could not afford to fix them at this time if it wasn't for his kindness and generosity.

I can't recommend him enough because often times we view service providers as ones that are constantly trying to make more money off their patients. It's a business for a much needed service, so I don't fault businesses for that.

I just want to point out that this is a classy enterprise in what he's done for me up to this point.
