Want Boutique

I received a gift card seven years ago from the Want Boutique, which they said would never expire. However, when I went in to use it with the original gift card they said that there was no record of the card on their system (presumably because it was so long ago). This is absolutely poor customer service because if I had known that their gift cards are invalid after a certain amount of time, I would have spent it. They continue to say there gift cards never expire, when in my case they did.

Old lady "Karen" store trying to be hip. Unintentionally 90s "Retro" but not in a good way. If you know a cougar grandmother in her late 70s that likes to pretend she is Jo Jo Siwa send her in, she will love it. "WANT" is right, I "WANTED" to leave.

I find this boutique very pretentious. The sale associates are snobby and lack customer service. There are other boutiques far superior.

I received a defective product I ordered on-line. I contacted customer service and they gave me the runaround, until they agreed that they’d send me a $50 gift card. It’s wasn’t much, but I accepted. I never received it! It’s been a month now. I won’t be shopping here anymore. Terrible customer service and low quality clothing.
Edit after I read your reply: I donated the top. I also paid for s+h for a defective product. And you are not “resending ” the gift card. You had never sent it the first place. Please try to do better and not make up fallacies to improve your reviews!
