Warden Hilltop Community Centre

There's a small group who frequent the exercise room. A few know how to use the machines and train effectively. Some have no idea how the machines are intended to be used and make the usual mistakes of trying to lift too much, crashing the weights etc. Rules are posted on the door but are not enforced. I like the place because nobody bothers me.
