Cashier Batra was very helpful and was patient in explaining the different car wash options! Unexpectedly wonderful service.

Employees are so lazy today they don't even change the sign if the car wash is open. Had to come two times to check and then just tried my card and it worked.

The car wash was fine, just like most other touchless Shell car washes. My only complaint is about the entrance to the car wash. First off, the entrance to driveway leading to the car wash is quite confusing.
Then, the actual driveway has a very sharp bend and a lower sitting car could hit curb or pile of ice on the curb.

Of all the Touchless car wash in Toronto, this is the best as it has no rails and you are always worry free. Sensor driven machine does well in cleaning the car. This place should have clear path way to car wash instead of hair pin turn (formula 1 circuit lol). Anyways, this model of washing car is much safer compared to what I have seen in so man other places.

I would give 0 star if I could. Never seen a ruder service than this in Canada. Made a pickup order for car wash pass via uber. When i went there they canceled it and not because they are out of stock but because I ordered via uber. The guy in the counter casually said “ya I canceled it but you can buy from me now, someone added it mistakenly. ” If you have made a mistake you should either honor it or have the decency to apologize. Terrible customer service. Never going there for a car wash or refilling gas again.

A very nice gas station. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Store is always well stocked. Ethan grabbed a coffee there tonight and surprisingly it was better than Tim Hortons next door LOL. I find lately it's not hard to be better than Timmy's. They have everything there from oil to potato chips and everything in between.

Best car wash system in my opinion, I just dislike how they turn off the dryer before the time runs out. Overall the car comes out very shiny and clean. Expect a long wait if you see a line as it takes about 7 to 10 min a car.

Everything is great, except I wish the rim cleaner turned on with weight of the wheel. It sprays the side of the car with high pressure water before the car is cleaned.

Winter is always full, summer is empty.
Shell's app is awful and I recommend you to keep the card because the app fails 80% of the time. Always keep in mind that the wash expires in 1 year unless you add more washes to it.

Bought a car wash. But the car wash equipment wasn't functioning properly. While that car was being washed it was apparent that it had no soap at all. Just water. Told the gas station attendant ad was told I have to come back on a day that it was working. There is nothing he can do, dosen't matter if I don't live locally. I think Shell should have a proper customer service refund policy. If I pay for a service that you can't provide, give me my money back instead of scribbling on a blank piece of paper and signing it so that I can come back to redeem that paper as a IOU. Does not seem legitimate at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

One of the worst shell touch less car wash in Toronto. Went there 4 times with my daily car wash (monthly pass that I use in winter months) in last 1 month & it’s awful.

Every time the soap wasn’t even coming properly and initial tire and undercarriage pressure wash had no pressure.

When requested for a replacement they started giving me all different excuses.

Other places give replacement car wash that you can use in other shell places or later time but not this one.

Blue dots are how much soap it spread for ultimate touch less car wash.

This is my favorite carwash, but. The wait here is ridiculous, expect to be waiting 30 minutes especially during normal hours.
Even when arriving around 10pm I see 3 to 5 cars waiting for a wash.
The wash time is reasonable, it's touchless and no rails, so it's very easy for anyone to use.
There are multiple layers of washes, and for a touchless wash it's amazing.

Good a good deal, buy 2 for and the price of 1 is half. Can't beat touchless when you have a thick layer of salt and road grime. Wait time is a bit on the lenghry side, but just turn off the car and wait.

This one is my only fvrt car washing place. First class service, and I am sure one would love this process, it's not boring like usual car wash, it's fun becos u can see rainbow color soap here

This car wash is touchless and does a really great job, but if you arrive and there are 2 or 3 cars ahead of you, you'll be waiting for 15 minutes or more.
It does great job but it's slow. Do yourself a favour and purchase your car wash ahead of time, they're valid for 180 days at this location, and come back at a less busy time if you don't have time to wait.

This place has a touchless car wash. Requires code to be entered while taking the car in. Generally this place have lineups so it may take a while for your turn. Overall great service.

Went there few times last 2 times i notice there is still soap leftovers on many spots and the dryers are not very good u come out with all saop spots and wet car.

Every time I go I see the same good and great customer service the car washes pretty good not great it's a little bit pricey for the car wash after all great customer service

Prefer this as this is touchless. Good wash. But lineup will cause extra delay. Takes roughly 5/6 minute per car.

The most expensive gas station in the area. This gas station prices is always 2 cents higher than all the gas station in the area. I live 2 minutes away from it and I would sometimes drive to Markham and Ellesmere shell to fill up because they lower their prices in the night by about 5-8 cents a litre. I would only use this gas station only if I am desperate.

Closed most of the times, once in a while lucky to find it open.avoid early mornings and nights

Why is there always a lineup for the car wash here? The parade of cars waiting for a wash lasts well into the wee hours of the morning. Nobody should have to wait an hour to wash their vehicle at an automatic wash! The staff at the station is great though, especially Dwight (he's super friendly and helpful).

Last couple of months I have tried to wash my car here at least 5 times. First the line was too long I waited a lot, people had no sense what to do, made everyone wait at least an hour. Since I have tried 4 other times, 3x from that the car wash was closed! Never ever coming here agan. Such a time waist.

Had to pay by cash. Nothing else was working. Waited 40 min for car wash. Car came out full of spots. Worst car wash and ridiculous wait time.

My usual go to for car washes however depending on when you go it'll be busy as far as I've experienced in the winter. It is rail-less and touchless. My main complaint is the time I need to use it, it ends up being closed for maintenance 2 out of the 6 times I've gone.

Out of everything no soap no wax no I wait for 1hour and get nothing.totally waste of money and time

I like this car wash because it's handy and convenient and it has a touchless wash. There never seems to be much of a lineup and you do move quickly through the wash. I like that.
