I am a senior. I had a blocked ear which was painful. I was a walk-in because my family doctor is in Brampton. I'm not sure why they have bad reviews, I don't understand it.it's like I was at a different Clinic.the receptionist was sweet and when she discovered my health card had expired she still helped me.the doctor was amazing asked me very pertinent questions and right down to the pharmacy. I have my own Pharmacy but I needed the medication and she fixed it promptly.honestly I could not give a higher rating and Im not always an easy sell thank you again Warden Woods medical for your assistance yesterday

Very unprofessional. Havent been feeling well for almost a week. Went on Thursday and was told by receptionist that I would have to come back. Decides to return on Saturday. Before I could even approach the lady the hurridly search for at lunch sign. I decided i needed to be heard. She claimed I had to come back affter lunch. I asked if I could sit and wait she said NO.really I should go home with my sick self and come back. If u are not about service the medical field is not for you. Racism has no place in medice. SHAME ON YOU. DO NOT GO THERE.

Highly disgusted with this place. I took my mom to this clinic yesterday, she’s been sick for a week coughing badly and needed to be checked asap.
I heard the receptionist talking to the doctor saying that We have an appointment for 4pm and another person for 4: 15.

We got into the room and waited for about 20 minutes until I realized she took the people at 4: 15 first. They were laughing the whole time and talking badly about Canadian doctors.

After 10 minutes of hearing them laughing in the other room I had enough and had to knock on the door for her to come see my mom and asked why she didn’t take her first as it seemed she only takes care of her own kind as it’s been a half hour waiting.she came out immediately to check to my mom. Didn’t even check her properly just diagnosed her with whatever and dismissed her to go back in the other room.

Highly rude, racist and disrespectful. This place should be shut down.

Dr Hassan is great! Gives you straight facts and holds you accountable (lifestyle). Walk-in does take a long time due to the volume of patients on the daily basis. Personally, I converted to her as my doctor after a couple of walk-ins to avoid long waits. Furthermore, signed up both of my little girls because of her “I never turn away sick children” policy.

Ive been seeing her for more than 2 yrs.she took me off my medication and changed it to one of her choosing that I etaken before it doesn’t work she doesn’t care. Waiting for hours to speak to her.pharmacy faxing her for prescription them saying they didn’t get it and they don’t call the pharmacy before it closes even tho pharmacist told her the time the y close.it’s ridiculous.
. Shameful.

I have never been more cared for. Pleasant, nice atmosphere and great people. Dr. Hasan is a wonderful Dr. This clinic takes walk-in's Wednesday.

Disgusting Behaviour, especially for health "professionals". I walked in, during the posted walk in hours. They said that the doctor only came in for paperwork, maybe i could be seen if they begged the doctor. So the Doctor finally did see me. Then the doctor failed to check my tempurature, listened to my chest for half a second, and prescribed me a useless syrup to get me out of her face. When I visited the hospital a couple days later, the doctors laughed at the syrup and threw it out BECAUSE I HAD A SERIOUS LUNG INFECTION! If the walk in doctor had actually checked me properly, it wouldn't have gotten worse. PLUS, the doctor was complaining about having to see patients, the whole time. Walls are paper thin.

Not a walk-in clinic (Essentially only open for appointments). They only take patients at random points in the day at random times. Hours not listed anywhere, and when asked about the hours they will answer with "I don't know". Receptionist is unpleasant and rude to talk to. Take the extra 5 minutes and drive to another.

My first and last time to go there. I had an incident on my way to work and I went to this clinic because it's close to my house and my family doctor was off this day. Dr. Azra is not listening and she didn't do any examination. She's so rude and unprofessional. I had to go to do an x-ray and I found out that she didn't prescribe for my back and hip. However, I told her I feel pain on my back and couldn't lift up my left leg. She didn't even look at and was so busy to write a prescription. On the x-ray center I called her to fax an examination for my back and hip and she insisted on her opinion. When I was back home I saw a big blue and red spots on my back. I don't know how such a lady got such an important post. I'm shocked!

First experience and LAST. I was having symptoms of bronchitis so I decided to visit the closest walk-in clinic to my house - absolutely absurd. The doctor did not even check me or listen to what I had to say! She did not even put the stethoscope on my chest to chest but instead, prescribed me medication for god knows what. The medication I was prescribed made me even more sick, as it was not prescribed to get rid of what I had. Very unprofessional, and I don’t understand how someone can hold such a position, with peoples lives IN HER HANDS.

Rude service. For example- a young lady walked in and wanted to use the bathroom. She even said "it's an emergency" and they told her no. It wasn't busy, they just denied her for no reason.

The positive thing about this clinic is that it runs a blood clinic every Monday morning (so that you can get those pesky blood tests out of the way), and the wait is not long for that service.
This is the closest doctor to me, being a 5 minute walk.
I have been using them since they opened 2 years ago? (a guess). The positive thing is that they run a blood clinic every Monday morning (so that you can get those pesky blood tests out of the way) and the wait is never long for that service.
They are advertised as a walk-in clinic, which is how they operated until about 4 months ago.
The doctor, Dr. Azra Hasan came out to the front desk and told me that she could not see me because I now must make an appointment (even though the clinic was empty and is still advertised as a walk in). She finally acted like she was doing me a huge favor squeezing me in her empty clinic as a walk-in.
I have a regular family doctor who is far away and has short hours. So I use this clinic as a walk in for small issues, but oddly, I have to make an appointment. And I am always seen about 1/2 hour late. I don't understand their whole modus operendi?

Dr.prefers to write a prescription rather than help a patient in need or even offer a referral to someone who could help.
