Its clean, but the administration and customer care needs improvement.

My appointment was rescheduled for an unkown reason, then the rebooking was canecelled the day before the appointment, due to wrong account info.

I don't believe this place is worth the wait. I've booked in with Red Barn who had an availability the same week.

I could not be happier with my experience at Warmstone. I was extremely anxious about having any dental work done, but the entire team has been so patient and helpful from start to finish. In particular, Rola, Riina and Dr. Nathan have been incredible, and I couldn't be more thankful to them. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I don’t usually write reviews but I find my last visit was very unprofessional, not sure why but my visits before were fine. I like to budget so I need to spread out my visits, on top of believing X-rays every two years is not needed, especially if you take care of your own teeth. The last year I lost track of time because I took care of my sick brother until his passing so wanted to get back on track with my teeth so I booked for cleaning. My schedule is like their’s, I book around clients. They were 10 minutes late to start, she preceded to tell me I’m due for X-rays, I said I don’t have time today, she left to go speak to dentist, after 10 minutes she came back to with a different dentist I’ve never met. They tell me they can’t clean my teeth, unless I get X-rays, because it’s a liability. I decided before that, that I may not have time now because we are 25 minutes late in starting. I asked why they didn’t tell me when I booked the app. She says, we don’t know this until you come in. I stayed quiet the whole time because I refuse to cause a scene. I got up and said, I think I’m done here and I won’t be back. Instead of leaving it that way. The hygienist, won’t say names, but she says, good luck trying to find somewhere that will clean your teeth. To the owners of the place. You need to be more diligent in providing information during the phone call so you can book appropriately and not waste anyone’s time. And to the hygienist, be careful what you say, you should of said nothing. My decision, my problem.

Dr Rahbar is amazing!
I had so much trouble with existing fillings when I first came here.
There are no adequate words to praise this man.
I was so afraid to go there in the beginning and there was no reason for that at all as I quickly learned.

This place is certainly not a 5 star place. I had a gum graft done here over a year ago it was terrible charged me $2000 dollars and it was terrible it literally did nothing for my gums then he tried to recharge me. I called them asking for a teeth whitening the reception said yes absolutely no problem. I come in and they try and charge me an X-ray fee and other fees before starting a teeth whitening treatment these people are a joke. All they want is money, very money driven I explained to them that I have a dentist I go to but unfortunately they were booked up I said I don’t need X-rays as I have had a cleaning done within the last 6 months they didn’t care. All they cared about was to charge me $700 for a teeth whitening. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Amazing experience in this dentistry. Very clean and modern place. The staff is very professional, kind and mindful. After visit you will even receive some presents (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss), medications (if you need), detailed instructions. Perfect place if you don't like to go to the dentist. After Warmstone Family Dentistry you will forget your fears. I will definitely come back when in need.

Always a great and pleasant experience at Warmstone Family Dentistry. Dr. Nathan and Riina are great and take the time to explain the procedure that will be done.

I was in Canada on vacation and needed treatment urgently. I was happy with the professional service i I received. However I was charged on the double for one procedure and only when I raised it with the receptionist that I finally got the matter sorted. The receptionist wasn’t very accommodating. Otherwise I was very happy with the fast service and treatment provided

Excellent service! I've been to a number of different dentists over the years. Warmstone had a very strong focus on making the experience pleasant and they achieve that well. They are good about reminding and confirming appointments. When I arrived they were very nice and offered me a drink. The waiting room was empty, and I only waited about a minute before being called in. They were up front about anything that might not be covered by insurance. They have a very clean and modern office. The staff are very pleasant and nice. I travel to see them from out of town because of their focus on service. I recommend them to anyone.

This company truly cares for it s patients. Going to yhe dentists sucks however this office mitigates as much of the discomforts as humanly possible. Makes me think other dentists really have to step up their game.

I had my first visit with Warmstone yesterday and was so happy with their friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and state of the art technology. I was given options when I arrived to help me feel relaxed and comfortable and took full advantage of the heated dental chair option on. What really impressed me though was when the dentist started with a full pre-screening for oral cancer by feeling for lumps in my neck, clavicle, checking lymph nodes, mouth and tongue. I’m almost 42 and this is the first time I’ve had such a thorough check!
I haven’t had a check-up since pre-covid and I was made to feel comfortable the entire time, no shaming or condescending tone.

It's no wonder Warmstone has hundreds of 5 star ratings. I was referred to them by a colleague. I hadn't seen a dentist in an embarrassingly long time and was quite nervous of what they might find and how I would be treated. From the moment you walk into Warmstone, it's a spa like experience. All staff are so friendly and courteous. My hygienist, Krista, was wonderful and worked hard at removing all the build up on my teeth. My exam by Dr. Rahbar was great too. He was very straight forward in explaining every to me clearly. I never felt judged by either of them. Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic experience!

Simply the best dental clinic. By using the latest technology, Amy and Nabitha were able to address issues that my previous dentists couldn't solve. I highly recommend going to Warmstone Family Dentistry.

Warmstone family dentistry is absolutely fantastic! The staff are wonderful people. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the nicest front desk administrators. To the caring and professional hygienists and brilliant doctors. You feel right at home the moment you walk in. I have recommended all my friends and family to leave wherever they go now and go to warmstone!

Great experience, the staff are very friendly and their comfort menu makes the trip to the dentist a lot less stressful. I love that I can watch Netflix during my appointments!

My first cavity as a new patient of Dr. Dehghany. Not keen on needles and haven't had to deal with a cavity for years. Dr. Dehghany and his dental assistant Riina were amazing. Nice chatter as they worked through the cavity to keep me relaxed. He actually identified a second cavity on the same tooth that he took care of with an amazing touch.

The second cavity was actually close to the root so as I left, he said as the freezing wore off, if I began to feel unbearable pain, it would likely mean the root was affected and I would need a root canal. Not fun last thoughts as I left the office. But as I sat, unfrozen and without pain at 4: 30PM the same afternoon, drinking a glass of wine, I received a call from Dr. Dehghany. He wanted to see if I had begun feeling any pain. I was floored and impressed by his sincere concern. What a wonderful experience!

While I am not overly excited about dental work in general, knowing I am dealing with true professionals like Dr. Dehghany and the staff at Warmstone makes it much better.

This was my first visit and the Staff were very welcoming! Great experience, hygienist and dentist were very friendly and professional!

I had my first visit two days ago and I was truly impressed. They have an extensive comfort menu list which was honestly a little overwhelming. The dental team explained every step and Dr. Rahbar was very thorough with his examination. I didn't think they kept me waiting at all, but they ended up giving me a little voucher for a coffee shop as an apology. They set the bar really high! They ended up having a cancelation the next day so I booked a cleaning. This time, I ended up waiting at the front reception for several minutes before anyone came to the front to check me in, then I waited in the waiting room longer than I did the first day. The cleaning went well and the hygienist offered me everything on the comfort menu even though I said no at the front, which was really nice because as I said before, it's kind of overwhelming at the front. Asking if you want a warm eucalyptus scented face cloth vs just being handed one makes all the difference. I was a little disappointed to not be given a voucher since I was actually kept waiting longer the second visit, but that disappointment is only because they set the bar really high the first day.

Edited to reflect my kids' visits. They were great with both of my young kids! They were a bit behind schedule likely due to the new covid restrictions but it reassured us that they were doing everything they could you limit the spread of covid. I would recommend that they update their appointment reminder email to include a message about calling upon arrival and waiting in the car until they're ready. I had already unloaded both kids and got into the building before I found this out. Lugging both of them back into the car in the cold was not very appealing.

Amazing experience at Warmstone Family Dentistry. I very much dislike the dentist but this experience has changed my mind. Everybody is so friendly. They explain exactly what they are going to do and how it might feel. Relaxing atmosphere where they distract you with Netflix and massage chairs. I felt no discomfort while having my dental work done, and best of all they have direct billing. I will definitely be back.

Loads of Patience to the power of infinity and being calm and handling a stressed patient like me is what you will find with Dr Nathan and Rina. What was supposed to be a simple extraction was harder since my tooth did not want to come out but they did not freak out and were still careful and kept me calm as much as possible. My nerves were not calm but they helped with stress balls, blanket and even lip balm. Those you are taking medicine or Dentistry or any service profession need to add these interpersonal relations traits to the training modules. Perhaps Dr Nathan and Rina should do a podcast interviews as to how they handle and tips and tricks to remain smiling:) Thank you for your careful attention this year.

From the front staff to the people in the back, everyone at Warmstone was phenomenal. What a great experience, especially from my hygienist Kailee. She really made me feel comfortable, and was quite professional.

I just had a crown done at Warmstone Family Dentistry with Dr. Nathan. Both him and his assistant were just so professional and patient. Dr. Nathan did a fantastic job! Would go back there again for any dental work I will require in the future! Highly recommend them.

They were very accommodating and provided so many luxuries. The ambience was that of a Scandinavian spa. But above all everyone I interacted with were so kind. I have like 13 cavities but had a great experience.

Very welcoming environment. The staff are all pleasant to deal with and the facility is very clean.
They respect appointment times, keeping to their scheduled sessions and remain on time for their next patient.
I’m my initial visit, every procedure and assessment was communicated to me clearly in advance. Kailee and Dr. Rahbar were both very professional and thorough.
The option for heated chairs and TV was a bonus!

Dr. Nabita and Genesis are wonderful with young patients. Multiple appointments needed for my kids and was so patient and kind with them. They do their very best to give them a positive experience during challenging procedures. Merci!

UPDATE: Warmstone reached out to me and this issue is now resolved. Updated rating, still deducting 2-stars for the fact that they did this in the first place & took an online review to get attention.

My dental experiences were good so far and Dr. Tanha (who is not with Warmstone anymore as of writing this review) was the best and most honest. BUT BEWARE and be prepared to lose your hard earned money. Despite promises that they always consult you if there are out of pocket charges, they usually are not upfront about the costs involved unless you explicitly ask them before the procedure. Once, they even lied about it in spite of asking beforehand.

One time, I asked for out of pocket cost involved for a wisdom tooth extraction procedure. They submitted an estimate request to the insurance and came back with fully covered by insurance. So I book an appointment, complete the procedure and while checking out there comes a hefty bill that I have to pay. Apparently, they decided to submit a different procedure code than what was used for the estimate.

Another time, my wife gets scheduled for a cleaning appointment. Usually these are covered and if there are costs involved honest businesses are upfront about it. But warmstone decides that it is ok to not disclose the fact and whatever costs are involved, the customer has the ability to pay them.

I neither had time nor resources to dispute these, but just leaving the review here for public awareness.

Wow! What an amazing experience! I'm always nervous at the dentist clinic but Kailee was incredible! Talked through everything, made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. You can tell she enjoys what she does! 10/10 going to reccomend to everyone I know!

Warmstone obviously is known for going above and beyond for their patients’ comfort, and they did not disappoint. They offer many comforts during your visit to help you have the best experience. However, outside of that, the medical care is also excellent. Sydney, my dental hygienist for my appointment, was thorough, warm and professional. She always explained what she was doing and was continuously checking in on my comfort. Dr Nabitha was my dentist, and it was hands down the most thorough dental exam I have every had in my life. She was also very professional and friendly. Many thanks to Warmstone for such a lovely experience!

As a new patient, my first visit was very pleasant. On boarding was easy and quick, very professional at what they do & friendly as well. Dr. Nabitha expertise is very appreciable.

I have been a patient of Warmstone for a little over one year now. Their front desk staff is extremely courteous and welcoming while their dentists and hygienists are very knowledgeable. They have taken all Covid protocols seriously and I always feel safe when I go for my appointments.

My most recent appointment was with a new hygienist named Desiree. I've had periodontal cleanings since I was in elementary school and her technique was one of the best I've experienced. There was never any pain during the cleaning/pocket measurements and she regularly checked to make sure I was doing okay.

I'm very happy to be a patient here!

Jen and Dr. Kanagaratnam at Warmstone Family Dentistry are a good team, and I completely appreciated their synchronized approach at checking in with me, telling me what to expect, and explaining when I had questions, at every main step, at both of my visits. Their bar is set high.

Taylor and Madison are champions at routing and confirming information. It was a distinct pleasure to find myself walking in and just simply walking out, they are both just that good at communications.

Professionalism and warmth while still following all of the C-19 protocols. It's a hard combination to beat.

My family and I are new to Ottawa and decided to try Warmstone Family Dental after multiple neighbors recommended them. We were able to get appointments fast and I warned them that my kiddos were very nervous about dental visits. Heck I am too! But from the moment we walked through the door it was a relaxing and welcoming environment that did wonders to set the tone for the appointment. Our dental assistant was super friendly and had my kids pretty chill before the dentist even came in. We saw Dr. Rahbar and he’s was amazing! When I tell you my kid has literal panic attacks in the dentist chair I’m not exaggerating. But Dr. Rahbar kept them from freaking out. Between the tv on the ceiling and his relaxed demeanor, there were zero tears! Very happy we found Warmstone!

I don't think I have ever enjoyed a dentist appointment until now. It's like a spa for your teeth. The staff is friendly and very good at what they do. You will notice right away that this business is run at a different level than most. Trust me, and go. You will not regret it.

I had the same dentist for over 10 years before she retired two years ago. I was reluctant to change dentists but Warmstone was only 5 minutes from my house so I thought let's give them a try. I have not regretted that decision at all. Beautiful office, friendly staff, amazing hygenists and competent dentists! I am so happy to have a wonderful place for our family to have all their dental care! Highly recommend!
