Utter non sense experience, provided us with raw old goat, cooked it for over 2 hrs still uncooked. Expected it to be homely store rather turned out to be a sham and regretful decision.

Worst food I ever had. I ordered mutton curry instead it was just water. I am regretting paying 35$ for that food. Never recommend.

I ordered one large butter chicken and 6 tandoori roti. Butter chicken was not cooked properly and too sweet. And roti’s are not cooked by them. I can bet them that they were frozen roti. Which we buy from Walmart or another grocery stores. I paid 39.55 dollars and totally wastage.

What’s the reason of opening restaurant up till 12: 00 am if u don’t accept order after 11: 45. The guys working there says we accept order up till 11: 45 only. Yelling without any reason on customers.

I took whole desi chicken raw from them they put 8 leg and take off all boneless pieces.please don’t do this every one pay for it not getting free from you really bad experience with i dont want to go again there

Awesome chicken tikka wrap with generous amlunt of meat amd salad with proper combo of sauces.
Must say service is very fast. The staff cut the meat very fast and in small pieces as per saying.

This is what they call 3 garlic naans for which i spent $11. There were two girls in the front. One is new i think and there is one who is usually there, she is so rude with no sense of talking. You cant say anything! It was my third time talking to her. Never going back ever!

I am not a big fan for giving review but it’s been more than 10 times that the women who works there, she never reply whenever I want to order something that means they always have rude attitude. One more thing they are selling goat but it doesn’t tastes like that, something is different.

Nice food and service. The only thing I'm missing is the shortage of staff. The store is too much busy all the time specially on weekends but there is only one or two girls handling the entire orders, cutting of meat, packing the orders and attending the calls. The owner if heshe is reading should take action to hire more staff to handle the crowd.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is worse and it is not even close to authentic. You should not call yourself an Indian restaurant.

I ordered goat curry.
Literally on behalf of goat curry I got Sheep curry.

Even on calling them didn’t agree that they have given sheep.

No matter if you don’t have but don’t think that buyer never had taste of them and difference between goat and sheep.

Don’t try their spicy jerk chicken, they’re providing stale chicken. Please don’t waste your money.

I took Chiken Tikka Masala Boneless (Cooked) and no one told me that it will be extra spicy. And neither it is written on the name tags that it is extra spicy as they have written on various raw marinated chicken. When i called them, whosoever picked up the phone, instead of being apologetic for not tel
ling us she was rude and said that it is obvious that Chiken Tikka Masala is always extra spicy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WARRAICH MEATS.

Ordered fresh tandooru roti but recieved rehearet rotis with oil in them. Who puts oil in tandoori rotis. Disgusting taste. Had to throw them all.

Got this marinated meat, which has gone bad. How is this business so bold in serving stale meat to it's customers?

I went there 2 days ago and had very bad experience. They give me a burned fish. I am a regular customer and spend $30-$40 everyday there. Went back there to ask if they can please change it. They cut the black part with knife and gave me back the same fish. Cold and bitter enough to swallow. Was ashamed to go back again and ask them again. Was’t expecting this bad customer service for a regular customer like me. I m attaching the pictures. I hope owner put more attention to customers.

Best customer service and food is very delicious, ordered paneer Tikka and chicken Manchurian, both were delicious. Must recommend.

I went to the store to buy tandoori chicken. First of all, the chicken legs were not properly cooked. I started having pain in the stomach. I called them and addressed the issue and they agreed to offer me another properly cooked food. Here comes the worst part of their service that they again gave me the same food by cooking it again. I’m very disappointed with their service and i’ll never visit that place again. If there was an option for zero start I’d have given that. Terrible service.

They have tasty food but Zero customer service the staff don’t know how to deal with customers.i ordered from them for my parents and they gave us wrong order.instead of giving us credit or right order they started arguing and hang up the phone so rudely.the management should know how to run store with a good customer service.the girl working at the front should be fired

Ordered through Uber Eats, food was great, I'm glad I did not have to deal with the poor customer service or unprofessional management which I read
about on the other reviews.
I would have given a 5 star however customer service and professionalism should always be the top priority in any restaurant, someone should have responded to the bad reviews on how they will fix the issues but no one did.

We order Afhgani Chicken tikka not Salty chicken tikka. All we can taste is salt.

No doubt there food is tasty but they have to pay attention to the instructions or what customer want. This happened with me twice. I ordered chicken wings with honey garlic flavour but they toss chicken wings with unknown spicy sauce that I didn’t want. Need to improve customer service and must pay attention what customer ask for.

Beware don't buy ground lamb from here because they sell you goat meat instead and think you will not know the difference.

The customer service is very good the girl working at the cashier or counter is very friendly, knowledgeable and polite.

Probably the food I ordered is nasty though I recommend to all that for your health and safety do not buy food the noodles smell like hell and i asked them to refund they refused they told me that it smell like that only so dont make mistake buying food here as they dont care about food and health safety

Worst Chicken Briyani! Horrible Experience. Uncooked food. Asked for curd with Briyani, then gave in very small container (sauce container). Wastage of money

The worst experience till today, i had ordered chicken biriyani and they gave lamb biriyani to us we took and moved away and when we reached home and started eating we found it lamb biriyani. We called them and asked that i think you gave us wrong biriyani and the girl behind the phone said in punjabi (dimag khrab lagda hega h ke onda) said to me. They don't have even etiquette how to talk to customer. I got angry and went back to their shop just to teach them the business rules, despite saying sorry she started arguing. Never Ever go there.

Don’t waste your money. Ordered Garlic Naan, Girl on phone telling me its stuffing inside naan and passes my phone to Cook and Interesting thing Cook saying we are using garlic paste no stuffing. 0 star

I like their food but whenever i called them to order food they declined my call I tried 4-5 times but they did not pick my call. That's why i will not order from their in future. I was regular customer their and i told them that their food is good but now i am not gonna order anything.

The staff is so helpful and respect us a lot. I food was so delicious and served in a beautiful manner.

This is by far the worst ever experience. I took 8 lbs of marignated tandoori chicken and got a glove in the packing. This is heights of unproffesionalism and Hope they consider it serious.

I visited this location the few days ago after paying for my order I noticed that cashier overcharged me after looking over the prices on their menu. I pointed out to I believe their manager his response was these prices on this menu are very old and I pointed out that all those menus are right beside the cash register and again he responded by saying we reserve the right to change our prices without notice.terrible customer service! Good food tho.

Ordered 2+2 fish pakora deal. Girl charged the money and refuse to give another 2 lb.the same girl who confirmed the deal on phone to pick up.
All other waraich meat provide same deal but seems like they have different set of rules! I wish owner best of luck with this pity thefts.

Would have given 0 Stars if possible. The spicy lemon chicken we bought from this location turned out to be rotten and when we tried to return, the girl at the counter rudely gave a lame excuse that it can’t be rotten since it was marinated that morning. When we confronted her that we don’t find comfortable eating it, she legit shouted in punjabi that there’s a sign board put up that bought items can’t be returned. They would rather get their customers get sick rather than refunding or exchanging the bought items. Also, it’s one thing to politely tell about the store policy and another to shout it. How do people like her even get hired? Forget customer satisfaction, they don’t mind their customers getting sick. Awful customer service and lousy food, wouldn’t recommend anyone going there!

I went to this store today and wanted to buy some liver. They were on display and some of the pieces were of a bigger size. I requested the lady at the counter if she could have them cut into smaller pieces. She flatly refused saying that they were small enough. I did not see the point in arguing and simply walked out. Whoever is the owner, of you are listening, need to introduce simple customer courtesy. I understand she is most likely paid by the hour and not in the mood to help. She does not have much to lose but you definitely do. I am never coming back.

Ordered Biriyani for 13 people and there wasn't enough for even 9. I was doubtful about the quantity and I have double checked with them about the order. They told there's enough for 13. They are utter rip off.

Moreover i ordered 3lbs and what i received is hardy 2lbs.

I ordered butter chicken on 13/04/2020 from Charolais/Mc Laughlin branch. I must say, I had never ate this kind of worse butter chicken in my life. Indeed, I didn’t eat; I flushed it. I may advise my enemies to hangout at this place.

Chicken kabobs were like rubber. In one word GARBAGE. Thanks for ruining my dinner. Keep up this great work.

After knowing from friends that this place is not good for meat, still I tried today and was horrible experience for me. I ordered boneless chicken biryani but they thought I ordered CHIKEN LESS biryani. It was like just rice I think we forgot to take CHIKEN of biryani that they might be giving on side. Worst biryani I have ever had. I wish I can give negative ratings. Never recommend.

I've been a regular customer (at this location) for many years here. Me & my friends purchased $132 worth of marinated meat on a long weekend. We found that the they had sold us rotten meat since there was a foul smell coming from the meat when we tried to cook the meat. I had gone to the store on multiple occasions / called the store numerous times & asked to speak the owner but HAD NO RESPONSE. I even had left my number at the store but still had no correspondence. Would give them ZERO stars for this.horrible experience!
