Warraich Meats Butcher & Restaurant Take-out Food

We are a long time customer of Warriach Markham. Ordered food for a wedding function fir 50 people at our place and they were excellent with quality and quantity. It was so well received that there were no leftovers. They are our go to place for comfort food.

The chicken is amazing. Mint and the regular spicy. Wow. Good marinate, but kinda pricey. Well worth it though. Don't even get me started on the short ribs, they are amazing. Especially Tamil fire, the Korean one good too. Definitely go here if you're looking to impress people at your next bbq event. 10/10 food but service and atmosphere can use work. They know they offer good food, and they know they are famous so they don't care about your business. But it's worth it

There’s a couple reasons why this place deserves 5 starts. 1 is the extremely friendly staff. Their food I don’t even need to say anything about it. If they put this much effort in just the appearance of the restaurant you best believe the food is exceptionally beyond amazing. You can taste the freshness in every bite whether it was the Chicken biryani It was really amazing I definitely recommend everyone for tray the chicken biryani. And specially thanks for the front staff.

Tried the pre-marinated tandoori chicken, the Korean and tandoori beef ribs and all the different kinds of marinated paneer. It was my first time and definitely won’t be the last. I crave these meats for bbq all the time now!

I like to think of myself as a Nihari connoisseur. After tasting plenty of Nihari from different restaurants, Warraich Meats is the clear winner. Their Nihari is the BEST! And their awesome customer service is a welcome bonus!

Solid neighbourhood choice for ready to eat Indian food, and wonderful marinated meats/fish for BBQ and the grill. Varying levels of spice, and great variety offered. They are always friendly, and welcoming here. Food is fresh and tasty!

Pre-ordered food on my way home from work, when I went to pick it up they told me they sold it and to wait for them to make it again.
What was the point me in pre-ordering the food then?

I ordered biriyani and chicken vandaloo, biriyani was good but chicken vandaloo was extremely spicy, can't tolerate, i throw in garbage and not enjoyed at all.

Great Indian and other dishes, cooked for takeout or fresh and ready to cook at home. Clean, modern attractive. Friendly service.

Best food and the best customer service experience in Markham. Specially, Shamim and Azam keep the restaurant in excellent presentable condition where anyone wants to purchase their tasty and hygiene products.

I ordered Goat curry and butter naan by Uber eats for dinner. On phone query the attendent told me that only family size of goat curry is available for delivery through Uber Eats so I again asked ok no problem but make sure it’s with bones? He replied the Goat curry is always with bones. But I was surprised to receive the order containing goat curry comprising of goat meat pieces separate and added bone pieces separate which I think mixed separately to make it goat curry instead of Karahi Goat? So a very reputed outlet which I always appreciated and recommended is bit disappointing this time.

Aazam was really helpful and the food choices he suggested were definitely worth the money. I think his a great asset to the company

These place has best butter chicken in town. Store is neat and clean, staff is very cooperative and good costumer service. Meat prices are reasonable. Mr. Aazam has got some nice butchering skills.

I want to address to the owner that kindly organize the back of the counter stuff, I have seen an employee cutting his nails where they cut the chicken.that is totally unhygienic. I told him that you should do this in the restroom or any other place but he was keep continuing cutting his nails.price of meat is way expensive then other stores.

Great food especially samosas, I order here at least once a week and I highly recommend it, staff are also very friendly and helpful specially Raghar who is one of the best.

Bought some beef ribs and The guy that was giving me the beef was looking for the ones with the most fat and bones. When I came to cook it there was only fat and bones no meat. Never again

Likely the best desi take out joint in Markham, if not all of York Region. Worth a trip for the authentic biryani alone. My husband is also a fan of their tandoori chicken.

I have been coming to the Markham location for years and I have to say hands down the best butcher for meats and Pre-marinated meats AND their food is AMAZING!

Recently my buddy Raghav from their location introduced me to their meat samosas and I 10000% recommend the beef ones (the only ones I tried lol) but I will definitely be trying the chicken ones as well.

Good& very organized staff. Food is super delicious. Tried their butter chicken & after that this place is I always rely on for my food.very friendly service. Highly recommend.

Staff are quite rude, and disorganized without clue how there own store works. Tried to order leg of lamb from them 2 weeks before Christmas, employee was confused on how to place order and just forgot about it instead of asking his coworkers.

When I came to pick up my order, staff ran around headless on what to do. One promised me a leg when next shipment arrived. Picked it up and quite clearly was labeled goat meat.

When came in to return it, staff tried become combative with me. Insisting I should be happy with what I got since goat and lamb is same thing.

The service is regularly prompt, awesome vibes, super friendly staff members. Will return here again when I get in the area.

Amazing range of marinated meats, and already made good! Highly recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala and Fish Pakora with Naan.

We were happy at first after tasting the Malai kofta as it was tasty. Ordered chicken and goat Biryani too and I got a little chicken biryani the same day and put the rest of the food in my freeze. Next morning there was a foul smell coming out of fridge, and I found the chicken biryani to have turned bad especially the rice started to smell bad and turned little slimy, yuck! I had to throw out the chicken biryani. Very disappointed and don't think will order again.

Food was mediocre. Service was terrible. Very rude and lazy staff. No greetings, no thanks, and no goodbye. Staff walking around with their phones out. Kitchen staff arent wearing their masks properly (nose wasnt covered).

Tasty marinated meat and paneer but I felt cheated when I asked for a pound of their marinated paneer for 10 bucks a pound, I only got two pieces and the rest are onions and peppers. I will do that myself from now on.

Overall. Samosa are consistent whenever ordered. Made to order each time. (not behind the counter.) Fish pakora is loved by family. Butter chicken a hit with kids as not spicy.

I came here on Saturday for the first time, all the marinated chicken looked amazingly delicious.

I also noticed the marinated paneer, which I also purchased two varieties.
They also looked very good.

When I got home, and began to prepare the paneer I was really disappointed.
In all, I got a total of 4 paneer pieces and rest was peppers and onions?
Total scam.don’t buy the paneer.

These guys make the best goat biryani and goat curry i have ever tasted. The marinated chicken and kitchen gorilla korean beef ribs are just too much tasty. I love their food.

Excellent preparation of marinated meats according to our taste. Meats are very fresh. Very attentive staff.chicken biriyani portion is good enough to share for two people. Reasonably priced.strongly recommend to try.

Food is ok, but the customer service here makes you feel like you are a burden because you walked through the front door!

Poor food quality, I bought chicken kababs and asked the staff for how many days will it be good for and they said 2-3 days in fridge. Kababs started smelling bad in my fridge within 30hrs and it was so bad that it took our fridge 1 day to get rid of the smell and even my compost bin in garage. Then I called them again to ask what’s the shelf life and the staff said the same thing 2-3 days and when I explained what happened, right away she said ohh it might only be good for 1-2 days. And the epic reply comes now “ Nobody ever complained about this before and we can’t do anything”. That’s how they treat their customers. I wanted to give zero star for this service but there is no option.

While the food is good, be careful when you pay. They are literally cheating. I asked how much to pay and I saw the total amount in payments computer display as 24 something and the guy told it's 24 something dollars. I readily paid. I got the receipt copy and came home. When I noticed the credit card slip given and sms it's 33 something. Was shocked. Even my friend who was there with me told, cashier told it was around 24 something. When I tried to find a bill, there's only my payment slip and they did not give a items of sale receipt.
While there is an oversight on my part as well, we trust them to tell us the right amount. So beware when you go to buy.

Not as good as it used to be. This was our go-to place if we needed a quick fix for some butter chicken, briyani, saag, and naan. It's fairly pricey for the portion size you get but we were happy with the quality up until the past few months where things have gotten worse since their renovation. The butter chicken is still fine but the serving is more gravy than meat so it's definitely not worth the price. The briyani and saag paneer have drastically changed with an unfortunate bland flavour. The naan is definitely smaller than before as well so not worth the price. Hopefully this is just a temporary setback and things improve (or at least return to normal) because I really enjoyed the food at this location.
