I ordered Small butter chicken with 3 Garlic Naan for pickup and the meat was not cooked properly. The Garlic Naan are very thick and last few orders are same like today I already called so many time for complaint but no one care about customers time and their orders. Every time i gave instructions regarding my order but they never follow. Now this my last time ordering food from them.

I order chicken curry. Quantity was amazing, but in taste it was worst. No spicy and less salt in taste. One and last time.

I ordered through uber eats twice from this location and both the times they send me the wrong orders because the girls working there don’t concentrate on their work and don’t read the order numbers properly and then make excuses. Don’t uber eats from this location guys. Worst service ever, only excuses is what they make.

Yesterday I ordered tandoori roti! Was too hard and poor quality! Even it was too disappointing for the guest as they also felt the same thing! It’s really shameful!

Customer service is going down every day. Value of money is too low. Got few pieces for $17 of chicken Tikka. Box is empty. I asked them to change my order.they said no. Refused to refund or change my order. I should have opened the box before paying.

Worst service! Place an orders for takeout, they told that order will be ready in 25 minutes but still have to wait for 40 minutes when arrived there to pick up order after 30 minutes!

Staff was extremely unprofessional, talking on there cell phone while serving customers at the same time.a delivery guy walked in gave them a wrong order

Very unprofessional, ordered on the phone and they said to me to pick it up in 25 mins. I went there after 35 mins and they are still saying to wait 15 mins more. May be it will take it even longer.

Worst people don’t know how to take the order and forgot my item when i asked to make it as soon as possible then said they gonna make it in 15 min but its more than 20 min still waiting for my food they don’t know how to talk to customers.very bad customer service.will never come on this location again no face coverings by anyone in kitchen or in reception area.they all are bullying with customers.

Went in and ordered a thaali but person at the counter actually asked NOT to order it because they had “catering order” to prepare. Was my first and probably last time coming in here.

You guys shouldn’t own a restaurant if you fail to deliver the quality of food that a customer deserves i am not sorry to say but you guys gave us the most unhealthy, disorganized and worst quality food in GTA. So first we ordered from doordash they did not confirm we had to call them to remind and their order is pending which was still okay we understand sometimes its busy then we gave them instructions about what we want and they failed to understand it miserably we told them we only want tava roti they confirmed and sent us stale naan The salad they gave was only lettuce thats it.

Be carefully what you get.
Don't forget to take a receipt.they give you some random pricing and also they steal by weight.
Eg: I purched 4.43 lbs of chicken breast ask them to dice it.
I weighed at home it is only 4 lbs.
So. 43 lbs of waste which is 11% is too much.

I ordered a garlic naan I don’t know what kind of naan they gave me it was not cooked properly.

Quality and service is top class. I tried roasted chicken at many locations from past few months, but this location provided best quality food so far

They have fresh chicken.
But it took me 15 mins just to get whole chicken, cut into medium pieces. I was alone in the store.

3 guys in the back had no mask on and kept talking through the time I waited on my chicken. Until the girl in the front went back to follow up.

The chicken was cut in the worst way possible. THEY CUT A LEG PIECE IN HALF.

Wouldn’t recommend. If possible, go to Drew Road or McLaughlin location.

I m a vegetarian. On a friends house party I tried dal makhni and I was told that the dal was ordered from warraich meats. A must try place for their dal makhni. You will fall in love with it!

Extremely disappointed today. Regular customer for years. Seriously considering boycotting franchise. Will spread the word fast including the city health department. Chicken legs (cooked) were atleast a day old, over spiced to cover up the smell of older food. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting.

Place is nice and clean. Prices are genuine. They have so many locations. I took 1 star out because I ordered food on call and it was not ready twice. Salmon and chicken biryani are delicious.

The female handling the late evening calling queue is the worst at customer service. They failed to update in their system that they had cancelled door dash as one of their delivery sevices. On top of it because of their imcompetency blamed door dash for not updating the status whereas the fault was at their end. Pathetic place.

This place used to be good but they have degraded quality as well as customer service these days. It’s been a couple of times I got the fish pakoda either burnt or so oily that can’t eat at all. Raw meat is still okay but cooked food items no more as good as used to be.

Always take out from these guys and the food'd been great every time but today I got butter chicken and the chicken was literally raw.

I used to eat their Afghani tandoori chicken. And that's amazing. Now being a vegetarian miss their food. But their kadahi paneer is amazing

We love their marinated chicken pieces (thighs, drums, breasts and wings) - we take them home and grill them up on the BBQ. Makes for a quick and most delicious dinner! They have prepared side dishes, too, if you want otherwise just throw a salad together and it's all good.

Food is good.rest employees always seem to be tired.hopi g the owner makes it convenient for the employees.

Gave them enough chances to improve before giving this rating. Tried them 3 different times but every other time they proved to be worse than before. Be it raw or cooked, extremely poor quality chicken, besan dripping off the Fish Pakoras and what not. Thank You Waraich, I have had enough.

When you come here for take out make sure you put aside 1 hour or somthing for waiting time.or just call ahead.

Ordered regular boneless tandoori tikka. It was way more spicy as u cant even eat it. Called the store and lady said they put the regular spices. Told her that i can come and show her food but she was stick to her same words. Not recommended as they don’t even accept their mistake.

Order. Fish pakora and ask them not to give me the old one mix in to fresh ones they still did that. Never. Again No more Warraich.
