Wasaga Beach Geeks

I am super disappinted with the customer service of this local business in Wasaga Beach. I was simply trying to look into purchasing a labtop for work. I been inquiring information for the past 2 weeks. I must have spent more time wasted trying to get in contact with Hogan, as there was a lack of follow through and run around. This experience has been more frustrating then anything. When expressing my concerns through text with Hogan. The main reply from him was " I'm way to far too busy to service you. " I'm sure there will be a response back to my feedback saying other wise. I never dealt with horrific customer service and would never recommand this local business to anyone in the area. I am extremely unsatified. I don't feel good about this experience, just my gut feeling. And based on my gut feeling I wouldn't trust any line of purchase, warrently or follow through/ follow-up from this business.

Disappointing to say the least.took a laptop to be repaired.and it has disappeared.and the owner has chosen to ignore me.not happy!

And in his reply below another lie. Hogan I purchased the laptop through you in Dec 2020.if that's old.lol.and it has been in his store since Oct 2022 to be repaired to no avail.beware people. I regret having to post this but I have tried to retrieve my laptop at least 5 times with a different excuse each time. I am not happy!

And his reply is nothing but pure BS.and lies.

After driving a half hr one way to get there and leaving my info and what I needed I then drove half hr back home never to receive a call again. Better to go to Staples. More reliable. And they want your business

We ordered some items from wish that were shipped to the store, when it arrived we drove to store several times but the store was closed every time. When we finally talked to someone on the phone he was rude and hung up on us with out resolving the issue, needles to say we never got our items.
