WORST I MEAN WORST service! Been comimg here since 2014 stopped coming in 2020 since moving downtown Toronto. I came back to use the washer and dryer’s which I found convient. Being busy I USED TO love there wash and fold service but this time around I will NEVER return. Upon dropping off the attendant starting ripping opening my bags and throwing things on the floor. Then for a medium load of darks and colours and small load of towels and a queen size fleece I got charge over $87.00 dollars (for 3 loads). When attempting to apply my Indigenous STATUS card as I am indigenous for the taxes they replied THEY DO NOT DO THAT! I asked to kindly speak with the owner as it is my right and was applied before the owner said again THEY DO NOT take status cards. (Mind you they only take cash, are they evening claiming this in there taxes) Picking up my laundry the next day it was WET! When calling to advise the attendant replied “it was dry when she packed it and there is nothing she can do and I can take it up with the owner when I return” no apology no customer service! After paying nearly $90.00 dollars and providing my own soap for something usually costing $25.00 -$30.00 to do on my own I expect it done RIGHT! I miss the older women who worked there! The owner HAS ALWAYS BEEN TRASH!

Honestly I love this place and the workers are absolutely the best. The owner however is rude. He goes around putting “fabric softener” into your washer if he thinks it has too much soap. I told him he should ask first. You don’t know if people are allergic. He said that’s his policy (no policy up in the location) and that no one is allergic to fabric softener. So stay beside your washers.

Wash and Fold at it's finest. I go every week or two. Prices are realistic and the staff are fantastic.

I had a problem with my dryer at home. This being the 1st time I've used a public laundromat, I didn't know what to expect. The place is supposed to close at 10. However, I got there at 8: 45, and the attendant said, place was closed. She wasn't even courteous about it. Terrible experience. I ended up going somewhere else.

For customer service the worst place, if you need anything dry cleaned dont go there. Place is runned by old chinese people that are on a different drug out if this world.waited 30 mins to get my jacket dry cleaned and noone showed up the dest was empty and the phone kept ringing. I saw clothes dry cleaned ready to go, what if a customer had came to pick up his belongings they will have to wait that long? Was my first and last time dont come here of u dont wanna wait hrs for service.

I went to the Wash Depot this morning, & the owner raised the price to wash, but you have less time to wash your clothes. I put 4 quarters in the dryer to dry my clothes which use to give you 32 mins, now it gives you 24 mins. That is highway ROBBERY. I’m a regular customer, & Kelly is very nice and good at her job!

I’ve been going here for a decade. I don’t even live in Mississauga anymore but I’ll still do a visit with 3 weeks worth of laundry from time to time
I do miss the older ladies who used to work here.

I love this place because it was as 24 hours, on the weekend Oh, and I was able to wash six garbage bags full of laundry and three huge washers and they have an option of super rinse double reins, extra wash for extra dirty clothes and they have spots for like in the top where you put your laundry soap call my Downey, powder laundry soap, liquid laundry soap. It cost $4.25 for one load and I got 40 minutes for Less wash and less rinse it gave me 30 minutes no 33 minutes and it cost me $3.75. The dryers are big so I was able to put two loads in one and I only had to use two dryers for the three washers that I used and you get 7 minutes for $0.25

Place is really going downhill. People come in with their large families and take up a whole row of washers and dryers at a time. Staff dies not say anything and let's people do whatever they want.

Clean place, new machines, always have free machines never have to wait. Best prices around
