Washpro Coin Laundry

The washing machines never work, there is no contact for customer service and these terrible machines each your change way too often. What a scam spot, this is the second time my laundry has gotten trapped in a machine with no one available to help. DONT USE THIS LOCATION.

Have tried 2 machines and loaded detergent. $4 in machine 1 and $5 in machine 16. Neither started nor returned my money. Just terrible and upsetting

The place is dirty, smells, most of the machines dont work and are damage, change machine works half the time, not a good place to go, and never anyone around to help and dont answer the number thats given

Machines never work. Management is not even posted. No signs on machines if they are out of service. No contact number. The money machine is always empty. Worst laundromat I have seen in 55yrs.

I guess they inherited the place that is why they run it into the ground

I’m disappointed in this laundry Mat. My laundry came out wet and still had soap on it. I had to re wash it again. Using these washer & dryers are like playing a guessing game. Will your laundry be cleaned or will you have to try again. Please fix this mess of a laundry mat

Coin laundry? More like coin laundering! This place will eat your coins if you aren’t careful, I have to play the guessing game to find a working dryer! No warning, no labels at all! You literally HAVE to guess!

Wow! What a terribly run place! I miss the old owners! Ive reported multiple issues in the last few months (don't use the first set of double stacked dryers or you'll lose your money), and never heard back or got a refund from any of them! I've been patient enough and now I imagine the only way to get money back from defective machines is to catch the owners when they close and open? If they even bother to show up at all that is! Now I understand why they don't even provide a phone number! This isnt over.

I took a chance to get laundry done while my grandson had a dentist appointment. The change machine doesn’t work and there’s no one around to help. What kind of business is this. 2 in 1 I say 1st n last. Feel sorry for the people who need this place.

They need to add a phone number to call not just email clothes stuck in washer 8 and unable to contact if I have to come back at midnight when they close there will be an issue

The washers and dryers are awful, the change maching never works and there has never been anyone on site to get help from when I've been there.

One of the big machine here ($4 machine) took my $4 for total and still not working. I've already sent an E-mail to the owner, but no response.
I would say this is consider as thief and if they still no response to my E-mail, I will sue this coinlaudry for fraud. Good luck

I am so upset and compelled to review this business.
I have used this place 5× in the last couple months. And today, January 15th, 2021, will be the last time. Twice the machines have not worked, and Twice the change machine was out of money.
I understand things breakdown, that's how it goes, but, this is too many issues in too short of time.
My time is valuable and it's being wasted with your inferior equipment.

Overall very clean, well maintained laundromat with ample parking and reasonable prices for washing and drying. One of the best in the area!
