I just wanted to say a big Thank You for your great service and cooperation during our recent outbreak with the excessive amount of garbage we had to deal with during that time, Rachel was amazing with all the changes (and there was many) as she would send me a new schedule for every change made.

The guys on the truck are always very helpful and courteous when asked any questions about what can and can't get put in the garbage. Thanks for the great service!

Our garbage days is Wednesday and they start on the other side of the road first at like 10 am and then they don’t get on our side till like 4-5pm late afternoon. And we’re on the same street so I don’t see why they do one side of the same street at different time. I don’t have large items that often but when I do they never pick it up

They leave larger items and say they will be back with a different truck to pick up. A lot of the time they either come back days after or just don't show until next garbage day.
