Signed up for service at our new location. Cristina Ventura was incredibly helpful to help set everything up and made sure everything was in line for our waste service pick ups before opening.

Be careful, before you sign any terms, we signed on Jan 1 2022
our bill with taxes was 573.00, in a matter or not even 22 month our bill is 900 and increase of 57%, the gas did not go up by 57%, inflation rate did go up 7 or 8% last year and now this year 3%
but tell me how did you get the figure 57% up

Switched from the big green Waste collectors to Waste Connections and regret not doing it sooner. Waste connections is less expensive and their localized service is much better than calling into a call center in the United States. We converted our Toronto plant to Waste Connections and are now doing the same at our Ottawa plant. Scott Kellner has been nothing but efficient and super fast for delivering and picking up dumpsters.

We have used their service more than 3 years. Our Account manager, Cristina, are very responsive to any requests/concerns and coordinate things smoothly. I like the fact that I can communicate with them via email anytime when I need supports from them rather than waiting on the phone. We tried once to find a better service and price compared to Waste Connections but it ended up keeping with their service because we couldn't find a better one than Waste Connections. I would definitely give more than 5 stars if there was an option and highly recommend this company and their services if there are any one looking for a professional waste management service!

Switching over to waste connection has been the best decision possible. Seamless transition and top notch services. Since I’ve made the switch there has been no more worry about my garbage collection services. Working with Bill has been an absolute pleasure. Extremely knowledgeable and able to get things done.

We have Waste management provide service at a few ofour client sites and they are absolutely amazing to work with. Their staff are very professional and responsive. Their trucks are on-time rain or shine or snow.

Started a month ago real people doing really work thank you Aaron Mascarenhas for making sure everything is good as I start this service. True story the 2 drivers came I cooked them some food now I feel like I have 2 extra amazing employees they do so much more than they are supposed to amazing service and also decent people to deal with I am a new customer so I hope we can keep this amazing relationship.

Waste connections of Canada has been absolutely amazing! We’ve been building out a new office and we had an inspection the following day. I needed an additional pick up. When I called Brian, he got right on it and within the hour he had a truck at my back door emptying my bin. They stick to their word, go the extra mile and are friendly and professional the whole way through.

From the get go, Bill was responsive and professional in reviewing, planning and preparing our disposal site at our townhome complex. As a Property Manager, building waste is of major importance and luckily for me, Bill and his team have made my work-life, headache-free. A schedule was implemented from the beginning for our tenants waste, recycling, organics and cardboard and the team at WC have adhered to it like a well-oiled machine showing up daily, working in a timely fashion, per our agreement.

Great service! Jay is very professional and great at communicating in a timely manner with any changes i may need, and any extra pickups are done promptly. Being able to have constant communication with the same person is great, since nothing gets lost in translation. Jay was awesome at working with me within budget and commercial needs!

I got to know of their service through other businesses in our plaza and I tried to contact them over the phone. Within an hour of my phone call, I had an in person meeting with their rep Jay Haider. Let these pictures speak for themselves. They keep missing pickups 3-4 times in a row. This is the aftermath. Management promises to clean up but nothing ever happens. We get stuck footing the cleanup bill.
