Waste Connections of Canada - London

Waste Connections is always my go to for any bin needs. Bonnie’s response time is incredible and the company’s flexibility is like no other. I couldn’t ask for better service, every single time!

We've used Waste Connections for almost ten years, and the service has been excellent. They're very accommodating and more than willing to work with changes on the fly. Our coordinator Bonnie has been very receptive to last minute requests.

DO NOT INTERACT WITH THIS COMPANY. My business is currently scammed for a 60 MONTH contract that was never agreed to. The sales rep at this company (Barb Miller) sent over a contract that was never discussed. Admittedly, it was signed not knowing this women would take a verbal conversation of a 2-3 year term and turn into a 5 year term. Not to mention the term was on page 112. It was clear she knew NO ONE reads 112 pages. No record verbally or via email was this EVER discussed. When I go back to view my service agreement, I can’t even see it without asking the company for a copy. How do I know this was the originally signed document and not something edited? I don’t even have a copy for myself? I tried cancelling and was told I can’t because of a FIVE year contract when I am only at my leased building for 3 years AND THE SALES REP KNEW THAT. So she either made a huge mistake or knowingly put 60 month term hoping we wouldn’t notice. Now when I try to cancel, guess who conveniently does not respond for months on end? Barb the sales rep! Suspicious? We said okay stop charging us for bin pickup because the bin is empty at all times. “Sorry we can’t do that”. Okay so you’re going to continue charging us to empty an already empty bin? To buy out of the contract is $4000 when the bin itself costs $2000. Figure that one out! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY! STAY AWAY!

Awful company to deal with. After 18 months of using them I decided to move on and relocate my office. I tried contacting them over 15 times to cancel, I received no return phone calls and no return emails over past 3 months. I was still paying my bills the entire time I was trying to cancel.

I finally got a hold of someone today informing me I unknowingly signed up for a 60 month contract … yes a 5 year contract for a garage bin. They offered me a buyout of over $4000 to get out of my contract … yes for a garbage bin.

This company should be ashamed of themselves for conducting business in this manner.

We had the chance to work with Nastalcia Wilson. We were looking for some solutions for recycling bins for our company - Ivey Publishing. She was pretty helpful and professional!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Nastalcia Wilson in Customer Service to resolve a sign in problem. She was very helpful and courteous in both our telephone conversation and by email. Despite the ups and downs to get my signon to work, she stayed with me all the way providing alternative options until we found the one that worked. Great job!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Cheryl Lovell. Cheryl was great to talk to and deal with with a upbeat and pleasant manner I don't hear very often on the phone any more. I wish there were more customer representatives out there like her.

Having your drivers empty dumpsters at 4am and waking up two apartment buildings just goes to show how much this company does not care about the public. Total disrespect for others. You’ll be hearing from city by-law if this keeps happening, as you are breaking several laws around noise that early in the morning in a residential neighbourhood.

I work for a local HVACR company, and we have used Waste Connections for years. Bonnie A.has been a dream to schedule pick-ups with and provide over all great service in general. Thank you, Bonnie and Waste Connections Team for all of your efforts.

Serious warning about this company. They sign you up for 5 year term which they renew for an additional 5 years without any manner of notice. They only show up once a month when booked weekly. Their service is terrible. Even one of their own drivers admitted to me they over charge, and we should change our pickups to bi-weekly. The issue is they only actually serviced our bins monthly at best. When we cancelled this poorly run service they advised us they will charge 9 months of fees. That works out to about 3k+. If you enjoy throwing away your money rather than waste this company would be a good choice to rob you blind.

We had some issues with our account. We were fortunate enough to deal with Alouma Johnson. She rectified the situation in a professional and courteous manner, and for that reason we will continue to be loyal Waste Connection Canada customers.

This is the worst company. Don't use them trust me, you will regret it, they trap you into a contract and then basically leave garbage at your business until you pay when they renew contracts on their own. Also getting a hold of them on the phone is literally impossible. And when they call you back they are extremely rude. I will never use them again for any of my businesses.

Be careful You can’t see your front tires when you going on Scale too Tight if you need to break your truck then go there When I told him the guy who is in office you need to put some mirror and then he said it’s your responsibility

Labatt Breweries of Canada in London uses Waste Connections for the majority of our waste hauling service needs. We have many working relationships with different contract companies and Waste Connections customer service is one of the best. Their operations manager Stan and route supervisor Tyler are always available for support, and are very helpful with supporting the management of our waste.

We do residential renovations and always call Waste Connections for our construction debris removal. The drivers listen to our desired location for drop off and always try to do the least damage with the bin. Bonnie always takes the time to clarify the specifics of the drop while being friendly and courteous. Thanks again!

Was satisfied customer for 13 + years.until we didn't need the service permanently. They have left the bin here for two extra months and keep billing us, even though it was to be removed in August.
