Just watched the them come to our building and dump BOTH recycling and garbage together in the same truck

Spectacular customer service experience! Jenn is a such a lovely person to work with. As an existing customer of many years, I truly appreciate her professionalism and genuine interest to ensure I have the product and service that works for me.

I have multiple accounts with this company and they are always straightforward and easy to work with, with competitive prices. They are very accommodating on the odd occasion when I need to reschedule a pickup as well.

From the first interactions Alyssa from waste connections has been amazing to deal with. She got me set up with my new bin quickly and has fallen up with me few times to make sure everything has been going smoothly so thank you and i would recommend the company and Alyssa forsure!

Unless you want a company that will block a residential road with no operator near by to move their vehicle stay far away from Waste Connections of Canada. I was just able to squeeze through with my pickup. If a fire truck or ambulance would have needed to get through they would have had no way to get down the road. Also when contacting the company about getting the truck moved I got sent to a voice mail. Very professional!

What a great experience I had with WC. Best price in the region and was right on time dropping off and picking up. Dealt with driver Chris Davidson. Will be using them from now on

I could not be happier with Waste Connections. Pricing is great and the service they provide is exceptional. Our regularly scheduled waste and recycling program runs like clock work and thanks to WCC is one aspect of the business I do not need to focus on.
We also occasionally require a special bin rental for our "excessive" waste needs. Dealing with Michelle and Patty on these special requests is always a pleasure and I am always provided top notch customer service.

Scott came to my farm and was very helpful on size of him I wanted and when services would start along with pick up dates. I had been doing dump runs and I am very glad that is over. Company comes on time and doesn't disrupt our business at all. Would highly recommend both Scott and company for their bins and garbage removal.

Tracy McCarrison is my account manager and she called me up to review my account. She has seen that I was call several times a month for extra pickups and she offered to change my service to two pickup per week.

This simple call is making my life easier to eliminate the extra pickups and it makes my property cleaner and better maintained!

We recently took over an existing contract with a building we purchased. The Waste Connections team were very helpful, and the transition of ownership went smoothly. Excellent customer service!

We've been using WasteConnections for our monthly waste removal by way of renting one of their bins. No complaints at all with the service. It's always picked up on time. During the times that we're not busy, we were able to decrease the pick up times. They are very flexible. Tracy who's handling our account is lovely and pleasant to deal with. George who set up our account is very responsive to inquiries. Overall, very satisfied with them.

The experience with Waste Connections has been very much a fit and forget experience. We set them up as our Waste Contractor and there have been zero issues to the point that I forget about it. I have been VERY happy with how we are treated.

It's either the negligence of this business, the negligence of the property management, or a combination of both however the fact remains that there continues to be a mountain of garbage on site at my residence. It seems to me that Waste Connections is part of the problem as opposed to part of the solution. I would be delighted if this were to change in the very near future. Happy Holidays!

I own 3 different properties all of which are serviced by Waste Connections! Calling for additional pickups has never been an issue, awesome staff, competitive prices and efficient on-time service has been my experience so far, and we’ve been using this company since they changed over from Progressive! (Which we also used!)

Beware of signing a contract with this company! The fine print is brutal and they will hold you too everything that is written in it if you want to cancel. It also renews automatically after your term. They offer good prices initially when you sign up but then increase them constantly. I would NEVER recommend a small business sign contract with them.

Thanks Jenn for your excellent service today. We have 2 bins on site: a Waste Bin as well as a Cardboard Bin. When extra lifts are requested (between the regularly scheduled pickups), they are actioned quickly.
