The service has been very efficient. The operators try to pay attention to every detail of doing a professional job. If anything hasn't gone exactly to detail it is quickly corrected.

Over charge for no pick up, Site left dirty after pick up, Regional manager avoid contacting client when issues are raised. Felling totally ignored

Scheduled a pick up for a Bagster pickup. Now WM is saying they can't pick up the bag due to operational issues. Well now I'm stuck with this bag on my driveway for possibly another 7days. Thanks WM $208 is not worth the hassle. Go with another company for your waste. A company that will show up when they say they'll show up. NEVER AGAIN!

Very competitive pricing, consistent pick up's, drivers are polite.
No issues with bills.

I don't know how they can stay in business. They don't respond to emails. They keep you waiting on the phone forever. They don't return phone calls. They don't pick up when they are supposed to. I cancelled our contract with them 6 months ago, and they still have not picked up their bins. I sent them a registered letter cancelling my service, and they are still sending me collection letters.
