Water Babies Vaughan

My daughter has been swimming with Water Babies since she was 3 months old. She loves going to class and it’s amazing how she can learn to hold her breath underwater within the first few lessons. We have Kris as the instructor and she’s amazing!

Water Babies Vaughn is amazing! It is a great place to teach your child to be comfortable and confident in water, as well as it is very family oriented. We enrolled my daughter when she was 4 months old and she’s almost 2 years old now. We plan on keeping her lessons with Water Babies until she’s 5 years old.

My son has been taking lessons for about a year and a half and he loves it! He has learned so much about water safety and is starting to learn to swim independently. The instructors are all great and keep the kids engaged. He looks forward to going to the pool every week.

My son has been swimming with water babies since he was 3 weeks old I beleive, he ABSOLUTELY loves swim classes and the instructors he's had. I've never had an issue with refunds if the problem was their responsibility, and, they have always been super accommodating to make sure my daughter who also started swim classes has her class back to back with her brotgers so I don't have to exit the pool or commute twice.
Watching my son gain confidence in water and being part of that journey with him has been one of the most memorable things in my life. Looking forward to experiencing the same with my daughter now too!

My son has been going to Water Babies since he was 4 months old. We have seen him grow and develop his swimming skills exponentially since he has started. He has had many different instructors since we started and all with many different teaching techniques and skills. We just had small issue with the facility during the summer. We were asked to use the men's or women's washroom however, when my wife took my son in into the women's washroom to change to the lesson, some of the women in there complained to the facility and to her, which made for a uncomfortable situation. However, overall its been a good experience for my son.

First time doing the mom and tot program, and I am so glad I started early with my baby. He absolutely loves his swimming classes. He's already learned so much! The pool water is warm and comfortable always! Our class is perfect and not over crowded at all. Our instructor Lynn is so fun and amazing to work with! She is professional yet very welcoming! I'm excited to see my baby learn something new each class!

My daughter loves swimming with water babies Vaughan! They are very accommodating when she's had to miss classes being sick and respond fairly quick. We've tried different locations had different instructors and everyone has been amazing!

We had a great experience with Water Babies Vaughan! It’s the perfect way to introduce your baby/toddler to the water through games and songs. Our son loved learning with Lynn. He even sings her little songs at home! Our little guy was sick for one class and they let him make up his lesson another day. I was very happy with the teachers and customer service.

My son loves his swimming lessons and the instructor is very good and friendly my son enjoys it! He learns a lot from his classes and loves swimming! Thank you water babies for being so amazing!

Water babies has the best swimming experience put there. They ensure a good water temperature for babies, has patient and caring instructor and are very accommodating. What I appreciate over and above their excellent swimming service is the timely communication. I have been recommending water babies to all my friends and each of them have been enjoying their experience as well. My son has been swimming with them for over 2 years and he has shown amazing progress.

My daughter is well into her second session with Water Babies Vaughn and I couldn’t be happier with the teachers, environment and skills learned. We recently went to Great Wolf Lodge and seeing how comfortable and confident my daughter is in the water made me so happy. We’re looking forward to our 3rd session in the winter. I would recommend Water Babies to all parents.

Be careful! They don’t return money. It was a horrible experience for us. My son has eczema and after a swimming class his eczema got much worse. It even started bleeding. After I called them explained the problem and asked for refund but they denied. They insisted that we put hormonal ointment prescribed by our doctor before and after our lessons; even though I already put it on him morning and night as prescribed by our doctor. I did not want to try this as I knew it would not help and didn’t want my son’s eczema to get worse. The employee told me that since I did not want to follow their advice, they will not refund us the money, but who are they to force me to use an ointment if they’re not doctors? Why should I constantly have to risk the health of my child? They offered to give me credit that I could use before my son turns 5, but I don’t want it. These lessons are so expensive and classes are overcrowded.the problem was only resolved when I reached the head office and provided a doctor’s note- and they didn’t even want to refund me the full price. The lessons are really overpriced.

Way too expensive for what you get.facilities were overcrowded and it’s stressful to get your baby changed after.

Terrible experience! Expensive classes versus worst attitude! Oh I forgot to mention don't expect your child will learn to swim from here.

My daughter and I enjoyed the swimming lessons at Waterbabies Vaughan. The instructor, Elizabeth, was just amazing. She made the lessons fun and exciting. My child’s confidence in the water has improved. Highly recommended!
