Water Depot Cambridge

Love the water! Staff are always friendly and very helpful in assisting you load up the bottles in your car. Great value for money instead of buying water bottles. We bought cases of water when we first moved to Cambridge, but now we save so much with a water dispenser. Might upgrade to use alkaline water instead! You can be in/out within 5 mins depending on how many bottles you bring in. Brian, Marina and the other lady (sorry I don't remember her name) are always welcoming with a smile!

Wow I can’t believe how down hill this little water store continues to go. First, we have been buying water at this location for about 10 years but in the last year have had rude staff and bad tasting water. We drink a lot of water and like I said we’ve been going to this location for years. So we know the taste very well. However we got a bottle that had a funny taste. We went back and the lady argued with us “ oh it can’t be”. Finally she agreed to empty the bottles and let us try again. Even the other worker in the store told us this has been happening. Rude! Fast forward to our next encounter with wonderful service. We are in the store filling our 8 bottles no one at the fill stations but us. A gentleman come in so we more over one. The lady in the store while we are filling the bottle stops our fill and says you can’t use anymore than two of the fill stations. First my wife and I were first in line and no one was around. She said store policy is you can’t use anymore than two fill stations. I asked where is this posted or indicated she said it’s not. We had no issue sharing the station. Even the gentleman was surprised at the way she acted. Like I said the service and actions of the staff is terrible. And as someone else has indicated. Update your process to have something online for the customers. I would not recommend this store unless you have no choice. How hard is it to sell water and be considerate to your customers. Done

I have been a loyal customer of this bottle water company for quite some time now, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their products and services. The water is consistently fresh and pure.

The customer service is also exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Overall, I highly recommend this bottle water company. 5 stars!

So, I just returned 6 bolts with a $10.00 deposit we had the bottles for a year they were dusty a little but still in good condition they women refuse to give me my full refund, I got back $30 because they were a little dirty, I should have taken a picture.
