The guys that work here are awesome. Extremely helpful and even showed my kid how things work! So sweet.

Great place for your water needs. You get your pre-paid water account. Walk in and tell your name / number. You self-serve filling your bottles. They tell you how many you have left. Then you walk out. It is such a seemless process with little to no unnecessary interactions. Staff is friendly and helpful if needed. There are many other available water options you can get here for your home or business as well. I've been dealing with them since the old location on Upper James and have never been disappointed with the reverse osmosis water. Go there for your hydration needs.

Fair price, good service, they are hit and miss doing the little extras, that would give them a 5 star. All in all, I have dealt with them for 15 years plus. I am a satisfied customer.

If like me, you've been lucky enough to find a great mechanic that you trust, you highly value that person. I've brought my car in to the mechanic because I thought something was wrong with it, only to be told that it was fine and given an explanation of what was going on, and even at times had minor things done without a charge, which is so awesome!

That being said, I visited this store expecting to spend around $600 for something that I thought I might need. I was told I didn't and left without buying anything. This in my opinion is a place you can trust and I can't recommend them enough! I will defiantly be using them for any of my household water needs in the future. Thank you for the great service!

Fair prices. Great service. I've been a customer for years now. It's nice drinking water that has a good taste and doesn't taste like a swimming pool.

My husband and I have been going to this Water Depot for over 2 years now. I have to say that this location (65 Nebo Rd) is very clean and well organized. There’s plenty of parking as well. We are very pleased with the quality of their water products, and the bottles are always very clean, and in good condition. The staff here are friendly and very helpful! They are always ready to lend a hand to everyone to unload, and load up their vehicle with the large water containers. I can also say that this location is very wheelchair user friendly, very accessible, and customer service and safety is top priority for them!

I've only used the outside water dispenser, reasonably priced in my opinion, my only pet peeve with using the outside dispenser is sometimes you spend more time getting it to take quarters and not spitting them back out then it takes to fill a large jug.

This doesn't take away from the quality of the water in my opinion, just need to fix the dispenser without spending 15 min to get one quarter to work.lol.

They really social distance there. They clean everything after each customer. Been going there for years. Friendly faces and always willing to help with the jugs

Staff are phenomenal. Very professional and friendly. They have gone above and beyond during covid as well and make customers feel safe and know they are in a clean environment.

It's drinkable water. The water line going to our house is being replaced so our family relies on the Water Depot for drinkable water. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the prices are good.

The water packages are affordable. Alkaline water is proven to be really good for our bodies and this is probably one of the most cost effective ways to do it.

I don't live close to this place at all in fact there is another water facility only 2minutes away form me and I choose to drive to go to this water depot. This may seem trivial but I really value good customer service, clean facilities and will choose to put my money into something that shows that I'm a valued customer. The staff here are always so helpful, nice and friendly and the facility is excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They are always willing to lend a hand and help you out with your bottles. The store is very clean and well kept. I have tried other places for our wster refills and no one has better customer service

They are such nice people, everytime i go in with my two children my first always gets a lollipop and i usually come in with a stroller a they are happy to assist me in bring the water out. The water is a great price and is very tasty also. I would reccomend them to anyone just based on the wonderful service i receive each time i go in!

We've been getting alkaline water here for about 2 years. Everyone here is friendly; Warren is especially helpful.

I have been a Water Depot customer now for roughly 8 years. All I can say about this establishment is poor, pathetic and have Zero concern for anyone’s water problems just getting paid. I pay over $100 a month for rental equipment that has barely worked 50% of the time since I’ve owned it. Every single time I have to repair their equipment I have to pay. Every time I need to order parts I’m treated as a non-customer that is not in their system but yet every single month they take their money. But when you put a stop payment on your “ rental agreement “ they sure remember who you are quickly but they still can’t find the right parts for the equipment that they sold you. I believe at this establishment is absolutely disgraceful and they should be appalled by their customer service.

Their water treatment equipment is basically only good for city water getting rid of the chlorine smell. I would save yourself a wack of money and just buy a Brita. Their concerns for rural (well) customers with actual water problems are nonexistent.
