They caused me to spend thousands of dollars fixing the leak
damages, because they didn't check if there is any leak after installing the new lines.
Even after I called them multiple times to notify them that there is a leak noise, buy they didn't care to come back, telling me this is Normal filling noise which was absolutely wrong. I had to call someone else to come and check, and he found a leak flooded my basment for many hours going under the flooring. And they did not want to do any thing about it, just gave me the run around pretending that they care.
I don't recommend them to any one as I think they are carless and have zero customers service.
I will also file a complaint to better business bureau

Great location and AJ is the most amazing guy always so polite and happy. It feels like im visiting friends not running erands every time i come to refill keep up the awesome work!

These guys don't even deserve 1 star. We contacted and bought a water system from Water Depot Newmarket after they came to our house and tested the water. The system has never worked and is worse then the system we originally had in place. The service guy Brandon is terrible at problem solving and getting back to you. Left numerous voice mails, texts and emails all that went unanswered. He was going to come out after a job back in January but was a no show that time too. I asked the office for a service date since I could not schedule anything with Brandon and I was told I should find another service company to service the Water depot equipment. So much for water depot servicing what they sell. I am now stuck with useless equipment that can not be serviced. If you think the customer service in this place is bad, wait until you buy and install their equipment. I am sure you will be just as disappointed in the equipment as you are in the company.

We were having an issue with our water softener system not functioning properly. We called Water Depot yesterday and they sent a technician out today. Brandon was wonderful, very pleasant and professional and took the time to answer all our questions. He had us up and running in no time at all. We appreciate the fast and courteous service, thank you so much!

One of my RO housings cracked just a couple weeks from the closing of my house. I was very worried thinking that I would have to replace the entire system. Sydney (and the team) called different suppliers and after a couple tries they were able to find the right one. During the process Sydney followed up with me a few times letting me know she was still looking for it and made me feel confident that she would find the replacement. She did all of this regardless of the fact that this was a very inexpensive part.

Reverse osmosis water ftw. This is my go-to place. The staff are very friendly. They are always willing to help me load water jugs into my car. Nothing but a good experience each time. Look no further for RO water.

They sell whole house water filters at a lower price than Amazon.

First time going to get bottle jugs from here. The person working there was polite and also very knowledgeable also. I guess the only problem if you want to call it that is he is a Leaf fan but l told him if he wanted to win he'd to switch to Boston lol

The staff are rude and lack experience. Too many kids and not enough control by management.
When issues take place, they side with staff (who don’t tell the full truth or how they acted in the situation)
Management never follows up with the customer after an issue arises.
Rather than calling the customer to figure out the issue and try to resolve it, they side with staff even when staff don’t handle a situation correctly. When asked to call management, they refuse. Very poor business etiquette!
They would rather push customers away instead of trying to resolve the issue and keep their customers.
It goes with the saying that “customers are always right”. They don’t in force it and don’t put their employees in their place when they argue with customers.
Their jobs are to assist customers with carry outs. Some will, others won’t. Poor business.
Our family have been customers for over 10 years. We will be going elsewhere!

Bought a Separation Membrane from them a couple of days ago but unfortunately a young member of their staff recommended and sold me the incorrect one. I returned to the store a couple of days later to simply exchange it but the manager said he won't do it because the packaging was opened so he made me buy another Membrane for $100. I reluctantly bought it as I needed it but I will NEVER shop there again. I have been a customer for over 15 years and have always bought my water,
my filters and softening salt from them but this experience has taught me that loyal customers do not matter to them. I have always supported small local businesses but this has left a very sour taste. I had to rate them one star in order to post this but clearly no stars are warranted here.

Came by to inspect our system weeks ago. I haven't heard back from them. Every time I call they tell me they are busy and not sure what happened to the quote but will get back to me. They haven't returned my call yet. It doesn't look like they want new business

Dishonesty and no customer appreciation are the core value of this location. When the technician came to my home for the first time, he did a quick water test without providing any written results, he used it as evidence to issue an invoice for more than six thousand dollars, however, he never give me any written result of his test to be used as the baseline to evaluate after he changed my system. Interestingly, when I challenged him by showing the result of a very detailed water analysis that I obtained from an authorized high-quality water lab, he tried to downplay the results and wanted me to believe his biased test is more reliable. Most of the part he suggested were from their unknown brand and even his asking price for a part from a well-known manufacturer was two times of the one I had from another provider, and again the sale representative had no answer for that other than bunch of nonsense words. I am happy that I did not enter to any business with this store and please do respect the value of your money and time and do not consider them as a solution for your needs

Very good service. Had a water sample tested. Received some good advise without pushy sales tactics.

Prices are bit high considering there is an alternative down the street. Also, paid for 12 refills, filled 4, was told I have 7 left. I think your math is a bit off! We'll sort it out next time and I'll update my review at that time.

I had a constant flow of water coming out of iron filter backwash hose. Brandon knew exactly how to fix the problem and with the help of Jesse, fixed the problem in short order. Knowledgable professionals.

RO Water Purifier had started to make noises randomly. Technician arrived at time of appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a valve. Noise has not occurred for past week. Very pleased with the service. Also a convenient location to get supplier for our water softener and purifier.

The owner Mark and the technician Brandon are dishonest. Mark was rude and unprofessional. I was a customer for years. I will not be coming back.

Have purchased 2 top tier water softner systems from this location and both systems performed flawlessly over the years. Second purchase was made some 8 years after the first one yet they still accommodated me with matching the same price as the first one years back. Recently called on an issue not related to their systems and a different one, lady who took the call was very informative and patiently answered all questions despite concluding that a third purchase was not going to happen through them since the supplier of the malfunction system in question had a trad in offer that Water Depot Newmarket could not match. A complimentary water test was offered.

I didn't have a good experience last time coming here. The lady there asked for my last name and I told her. And then asked again 3 times and was rude about it. I am not sure why. I go to the Bradford location now.

Safest drinking water there is! And the service is impeccable! I will only drink their water cause its second to none! Thanks Water Depot my family n I appreciate your services. I reccomend everyone that's into safe drinking water to you guys. Prices don't affect the pocket at all either!

There was a younger man working there who was so helpful. I think his name was Jason. He helped me fill my jugs and carry them to the car. Would 100% go back there. Always such great help.

I don't know what that other guy was talking about! Jason is a great worker and a great dude. Maybe he was having a bad day. I bet when you have a bad day you get on your phone and bring kids down with your personal attacks and your reviews. Good job tough guy.

Reduced their operating hours when minimum wage went up. Close the store any time it snows. Very unreliable. I decided to get an account in Aurora since I end up going there almost as often.

Jason has terrible customer service. You would think a kid would understand how to treat customers but he obviously lacks a basic understanding of simple concepts. The water depot in Aurora is much, much better. I've never had a bad experience there - they're always great to deal with!

These people suck. They never actually tested the water but told me it was hazardous to my health. They are fraudulent crooks. Never call them.
