To be honest with all the nails chics outside, I am super obsessed with my nails from the shape to the service at this salons. Highly recommend you guys to try the service here…Trust me they will never say no with nails design and challenging nails shape.

Love coming here to get my nails done, everyone is so friendly! I always get acrylics and Jay does an amazing job every time, my acrylics last so long when i get them done here.would definitely recommend this salon as everyone there is really good.

I have done my nails at Nails Art 88 for first time, and i am really happy thay i found this salon. They are very friendly and professionally, my nails look so natural. Highly recommend!

Very horrible experience. We booked an appointment ahead of time and we were promised that we could get it done quickly and simultaneously as we had an appointment afterwards. We waited for more than 40 minutes but they only worked on one person and did not pay any attention to the rest of us despite us all booking appointments together. When we asked about why they haven't organized better, they compared the salon to a doctor's office, stating that we have to wait despite having an appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous as we were promised that the booking the appointment meant we could get it done quickly. Furthermore, when we decided to leave, they asked us to pay for booking the appointment despite them being too busy to actually do anything for us. This makes no sense at all! They were also insanely rude about it and shouted at us.

I did my nail extensions here and not satisfied with the quality of work with $50 spend. Finishing was not good. Not happy with overall work.

My nails were horribly done by some lady. They made me wait for 1 hour. I personally don't recommend this place. Don't go there. My nails were not in proper shape. I paid the full prize. This was the worst nail spa i ever went. My nails weren't even the same size.

Two nails Broke effortlessly same day i got them done, got them fixed 2 more broke the following day, went back got a refill. Two days later both index finger broke. This happens every time i go here, then they have a attitude to fix it. Maybe its the quality of the powder used for the nails idk. I just wouldn't recommend the place if you like long stylish nails, more suitable for people who get short or natural nails and don't care what it looks like. IT'S A no for me.

Love my nails every time I go here! I don’t really have a specific person I go to, just whoever is available and I have never had an issue with my nails.
They’re never really too too busy and have a lot of staff so there’s always a spot available or just a small wait.

First time I go through my sisters is been going to Ben. Wow he s so good plus takes his time to bring what every woman loves to see her nails done. I will always book with him. The place clean and in good place not hard to park the car. Thank u Ben.

So I come here regularly. I have learned over time who to let do my nails and who not to. Ben and Tracy both do amazing jobs with fake nails and Jenny does a fantastic job with my pedicures all down to the designs. However I understand what people mean about the easily broken Nails. In the very beginning when I first started coming my nails would continuously break, and it made me very upset. I then had to tell them to make my nails thicker in order to make them stronger cause I found they were done too thin. They have since fixed that and I don't have too many issues in regards to broken nails before they actually start to grow out.

HOWEVER my issue is the inconsistency with Shop hours which is why I have given them 3 stars. Today I called the shop after I finish work to see what time they closed. A woman answer the phone and told me that they close at 7: 30 p.m. So I said this is perfect I can still make it on my way home. I got there at about 6: 20 p.m. And they had already closed shop with no one in sight. I was SO upset why have a closing time if you're not going to stick to it? I understand that everybody has lives and they want to go home too but don't tell me that you'll be open until 7: 30 and then close over an hour prior to the actual time that you're supposed to close. And for all I know they could have closed a lot earlier than the time that I got there. It is not fair to us as customers. And this happens WAYY too often.

Out of all the nail spa's I've been to this one has to be the worst. I got my nails done for back to school time but before school even started two nails broke off. I had to buy nail glue to glue them back on and the next day 1 other nail came off. Such bad job. Nails are weak and a waste. They are also uneven and are glued on crooked/on an angle. I was happy with them on day one till I realized one fell off 4 days later. Waste of money and time. Too much time and not a good result. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Not impressed. Asked for a simple shellac polish and it came out uneven and the lady tried to tell me it’s because my nail is thin but was fully capable of shaving it down to fix it. Waste of $17.

We visited this place as a big group of 6 for manicures and pedicures for a wedding. We were not greeted upon entry and when we were called for our turns the ladies that work there would slap us on the arm or leg as a way of calling which we found very weird and not respectful customer service. My cousin got UV gel nails and it was done horribly. The nails were uneven and paper thin and had to be redone twice because they had done such a bad job. After spending 4 hours there for just my cousins nails, they broke the next day before the wedding, not even 24 hours after getting them done! Even with the pedicure, it had to be redone 3 times because they just couldn't get it right. Extremely dissatisfied with the service we recieved and absolutely would not recommend it to anyone.
