Customer service is really bad. The lady is always rude. I prefer to fill the water from outside of their store but sometimes there is no lids to close the water camper. Definitely going to somewhere else next time.

On my first visit there was a nice young girl who was working and she advised that the jugs are $10 and they come with the fill. When I came back another time to purchase 6 more bottles, there was a different older lady working and she charged me for both the new bottles AND the fills. Which contradicted what the other girl said. I advised that their staff needs to be on. The same page because I am a very unhappy customer and I may take my business elsewhere.

Water has been tasting little funny not sure if there keeping up on maintenance once the water is not cold has a funny taste

Friendly service and water taste like water, so all good. It is my go-to place for water refills.
