In general the doctor and staff were really nice. I could tell that the doctor and I believe the staff as well cared about what they do. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I got there though I had to wait almost 20 to 25 minutes for the vet to come in, with the vet assistant coming in about halfway through that time frame. Also, the environment at the clinic was loud and unprofessional. The staff were very loud and yelling as they talked to each other. The front desk was super messy and had food all over it. When I mentioned needing support from a non profit for payment the vet tech at first full out refused and was very rude. It wasn't until I pushed and kept pushing that eventually she and the other staff went to look into it. I understand being unsure but she wasn't even ready or prepared to do research until I pressed her saying if I don't get this help my cat won't get care. I understand not wanting to extra work when you're already so busy but that was very off putting. Then also the doctor (while very nice) kept pushing veterinary grade food on me. I kept telling him I did my research and that veterinary food is expensive but he just wouldn't let it go. There is nothing clients hate more than being pressured to do things they aren't able to. On the one hand the vet would be super understanding of that than the next minute he would make it seem like what I'm doing is wrong. It was a strange mix. Finally, randomly this morning I get an email saying thank you for your service and let us know if you have any questions. However, I still hadn't heard back from the vet yet with my cat's test results. When I called to ask what's up, the person who answered the phone didn't have an answer and was just saying the clinic was bust but eventually said that after payment is done in full the email automatically gets sent out. When I asked why that's a thing as it's very strange and unprofessional she said the doctor overheard the call and would answer. I did appreciate that as I got my answers quickly whilst I was prepared to wait. Thankfully the vet gave good news and after my pressing explained things in simpler terms. In general I feel as though my pet was in good hands and the doctor and staff were nice but the whole experience was chaotic at best.

From the moment I entered the clinic, I was met with professionalism and care from the team. The veterinarians here are highly experienced and treat animals with kindness and compassion. They also take the time to explain every aspect of the treatment and patiently answer all questions. The clinic is equipped with the latest technology, ensuring that pets receive the best possible care. I would highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner seeking top-notch veterinary services.

The Staff is Great, they are always Happy to help you with all issues for your pet. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

Everyone there was very helpful. The veterinary doctor, in particular, was quite sympathetic to my needs and budget concerning my pet.

Waterdown Animal Hospital is top notch. The vet is very knowledgeable, kind and thorough. You can tell that he really cares about each and every one of his patients. The other vet techs and employees are super friendly and helpful as well. I’m happy to say that both of my dogs are well taken care of and I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
