Tammy & Annie at the front were a great help, Farhat was amazing as a hygienist and Doctor Marwan left me feeling comfortable and confident in my smile!

First visit to dentist after move from Alberta. Front staff was great, explained everything as needed. Rose, the hygienist was gentle and thorough in the cleaning and x-rays. She answered any questions I had. Dr. Was excellent and thorough. Plan ahead was explained and reasons given for what was proposed. A pleasant experience.

Amazingly friendly staff and very knowledgeable Dr on site. Everything explained well and the experience was overall pleasant! Thank you!

I went for my regular cleaning and the hygienist and doctor ended up making list of issues which costs lot of money.
To me this clinic is only after money.

We recently moved to waterdown about a year ago and honestly city smiles dentist is amazing. My 6 yearold would never sit and let our old dentist do work on her teeth but she already got 2 filling done here in waterdown no problem:) I definitely recommend this dentist for young children.

Haven't been to the dentist in years due to severe anxiety but this office made me feel at home. Everyone was so kind and I will definitely be going back again. Highly recommend!

Such a bright, clean and friendly dentistry! Had a great experience, from the lovely reception to the hygienist to the dentist, I felt very welcomed and comfortable and had a great treatment!

Everyone in that office is so kind and sweet and if you are afraid they will make u feel safe

They charged me more than they quoted me for, there were some hidden charges they didn't tell me before, could be avoided, won't go there again.dental service is so expensive as it is, getting ripped of on top of that is not acceptable.
And i wasn't happy with quality of their service, waste of money.
I don't think these 5 star reviews are genuine.
