Waterloo Dental (formerly Northfield Dental)

My wife and I had tried several dentists here in Waterloo. We only avail their service once and never came back.

. But not with Waterloo Dental. For us, by far, they have the best service. We keep going back to them for our dental procedures. Thanks Shanthi for all your help. Thanks Dr. Ash for the great service!

We received great services at Waterloo Dental today. The staffs are accomodating, friendly and highly professional. My daughter and I was comfortable with the care Dr. Ash and the staffs namely Prakash had rendered to us. They were gentle and kind to us during the procedure. The facility is neat, clean and well lit. I highly recommend this Waterloo Dental Clinic.

My best and first experience on this clinic the ladys and doctor are amzing very adorable and smart. I felt very comfortable I recommend for everyone. Dont doubt to visit this place Zalak was my assistant she is an asset for the clinic

Dr. Sultana and her staff are friendly. My experience has been great so far. I had gone to her for a cap recemeting and have been going there ever since.

As someone who is not a fan of going to the dentist, I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Sultana and her staff. I always leave with a smile.

Get patient care. I am terrified of the dentist but I always have a great experience here. All the Staff make you feel welcome and very friendly. Recomend this office to anyone.

Went in for a check up and clean. At the time I had no sensitivity or pain. The dentist determined that I required five fillings. After the fillings, I experienced excruciating pain, and have ongoing pain and sensitivity and cannot chew effectively. It feels like the filling was incompletely applied. I fully expecting some victim-blaming in response to this post, but I have never received treatment of such a low standard. I'll be following up once I get a second opinion from a trustworthy dental professional.

Their office is very clean and modern. I found their chair side manner excellent and the entire staff was so polite, organized and explained everything with great respect. I feel very confident entrusting my dental health and smile with this awesome Team. Definitely recommend!

Good experience. The dentist was knowledgeable, informative and non judgemental. Staff is very kind. They frequently wiped things down to sanitize the areas of use. Overall I would recommend.

Was very impressed with new Dental office. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was there to have 2 fillings done and Dentist was very pleasant and understanding as I tend to get very nervous in a Dentist office. In November 2020, I came to have a tooth treated. I was refused treatment because I was needed to do an x-ray. I was in the first trimester of pregnancy and X-rays are not allowed during this period. But the doctor told me that I must return in January, when I am in the second trimester, and they can make an x-ray and heal my tooth without any problems.
I came in January, waited an hour (!) in the waiting room to find out that the other doctor would not do me an X-ray - “Only after delivery”
The question arises about the qualifications of the doctors in this clinic, since they contradict each other.

I've been a long time patient of this dental office; the last few years have been fantastic.

Reception staff are absolutely lovely. The hygienists are professional, personable and thorough. I've had a few instances where the dentist has taken the time to explain what they're doing as they go.which is awesome.

The office sends electronic reminders of appointments, and during COVID, sent SMS links to fill out COVID pre-screening forms. Seamless experiences.

Fantastic dental office.

Best dental experience ever! Staff went above and beyond for me during my visit. Dentist was very gentle and my fillings did not hurt at all. Would highly recommend this office.

My 6 year old had the best experience ever with Dr Sultana and her team. They were all so professional and calmed him down so well. He absolutely loved his experience at the Waterloo Dental Clinic. The staff too were very professional and caring and that’s exactly what you need being a new patient there. The clinic was super clean and well equipped too. Would definitely recommend Dr Sultana and her team 100%. Thanks again for this experience, my sons fears of visiting a dentist has definitely gone

Absolutely amazing staff work was done quickly and with me being a huge chicken when it comes to the dentist they really made it a pleasant experience
