Waterloo Foot Clinic

Both of my parents have been to this clinic multiple times and have had an amazing experience each time. All of the staff are welcoming and great. My dad highly recommends Marianne! She was kind and did a great job cleaning my dad’s nails that were full of fungus. His feet have never looked so clean.

Dr Joyce is amazing with anxious kids. All the staff we have encountered on our visits have been very friendly. Would highly recommend this clinic!

I struggled with foot pain for a year and saw several other practitioners. My pain was finally alleviated after seeing Joyce. She is friendly and clearly knows her craft.

Payton and her assistant always look like in a rush. I don't feel they are professional at all. For a pair of orthotics priced over $400, this kind of 5 mins service is just like a robbery of money. I regret I choose this clinic. Stay away from them.

Sarleem was absolutely amazing with my son. It’s been a long road for him with years of dealing with a severe ingrown big toe nail and finally feel like he’s getting the help he needs to heal and get it fixed.

Great clinic. Used to see Dr. Chad, but since he moved away have stated seeing Dr Payton. They use current technology and the staff are very friendly and informative.

This is such a wonderful facility for anything foot related. Sarleen was so gentle and reassuring, and put any fears to rest. I highly recommend it.

Have been seeing the people for 20 to 30 years. Wil not go anywhere else. They know just what is happening to their patients. I strongly recommend you pay close attention to your feet, after all they carry you.

My previous experiences with Waterloo Foot Clinic were ok for the service you receive. Sharlene is great and puts in a lot of detail in her work. I've also had Payton who was not as great and rushed my service.
Otherwise, the clinic should get some TLC.the chairs look shredded and beat up. I feel uncomfortable sitting in them.

Alexandra was very empathetic to Georges problem. She explained everything thing that was happening and what he could expect over the next few days Being Thanksgiving weekend she left us her personal phone number to call if we had any real problems she booked a follow up appointment for the next week.

The clinic is really good. The staff is very helpful. I had a minor toe nail surgery which wasn’t painful at all. Special thanks to Payton Murray for being so supportive throughout the surgery. Overall impression, I would definitely recommend this clinic for best results.

I attended Waterloo Foot Clinic for routine care of my feet and toenails.
Sarleen Singh was very attentive and did an excellent job of removing calluses, clipping my nails and thinning out some thickened nails. I felt at ease during the treatment.

Both assistant Victoria and chiropodist Jeffrey were professional, kind, helpful and informative. Jeffrey didn't pressure me into any treatments and when I decided to get orthotics, was able to take the mold of my feet the same day. Reception staff were very friendly. Highly recommended to anyone with feet!

The staff right from the start were amazing!
She listened when we called and got us in with in a few days. You spent the time with my husband and fixed him up. He had no idea he was there for 2 hrs! Well worth it. Chad knew exactly what he was doing and had little to no pain. Thank you Chad!

Super kind, knowledgeable people! I have struggled with severe plantar fasciitis for about 5 years, during which time I had seen a physiotherapist, and 2 pediatrists. I can finally walk without feeling pain with every step thanks to Matthew Doyle and his team. I can't recommend them enough!

Can't say enough about Dr. Doyle! I had a pretty persistent issue that had become somewhat chronic and lasted over 2 years before I went to him. Within a few months, it was gone. He gets 5 starts from me because he checked all the boxes.knowledgeable, friendly, caring and just a great guy! Highly recommend. His staff are also friendly and the office is clean and in a great location.

I had been waiting for my appointment for a couple of months. Now I know why - Very Professional. Very Clean. Very well organized. Worth the wait. My questions were answered with care and attention, and they are also working to train the next generation. Well done!

I can walk! Lol jk. I started seeing Chad at the clinic early July for a wart that I had tried to get treated with my family doctor for almost a year but never went away. We tried the Beetlejuice treatment after my RMT had recommended it. We did treatments every two weeks. The pain was bareable but the first three days after each treatment was rough as it was hard to walk on my diseased foot and my joints hurt for trying to compensate for my poor gate. By mid August we decided to try Laser which Chad earned me would be painful. He was F*@#ing right. I swore and giggled and laughed and yelled during the procedure and three weeks later my wart is gone! The whole process was unique but I definitely wouldn't want to do what Chad does daily.
Overall the staff is amazing, young, friendly and knows their stuff!

I've been going here for about 3 months now and love the place. Staff is very friendly and Chad has done an exceptional job with my feet. He's very thorough knowledgeable and explains things very well. I also subscribe to their you tube channel which is right up my alley. I would definitely recommend them especially Chad
