I should have listened to some of the reviews here before booking an appointment to have winter tires put on. The car now shakes due to improper balancing and is going to cost me even more money to have fixed. I won’t be continuing to have the car serviced at this location moving forward. It’s always a long process to even get a service appointment. Avoid - just go to another dealer or shop.

Waterloo KIA put a lean on my 10 year old car after they did unauthorized service on my car which I refused to pay for, and I had the car towed to an auto wreckers because it had other issues and it was determined to be unrepairable. The service manager thinks it's okay to do unauthorized secondary repairs first before it's determined if the car can be repaired. I now have to have the credit bureau fix my credit report with a lean on a car in a auto wreckers, after having repairs done at Waterloo KIA.

I just went back and leased my second car through John Collins at Waterloo Kia. He really does go the extra mile and he made sure that I got the car I wanted. Thanks again John. See you in 3 years.

Waterloo Kia was more than helpful when I came in to trade my 2016 for some new wheels!

I first met with Emilio and he listened to what I was looking for, I'm simple, the new vehicle MUST have a Sunroof. Lol
Emilio said, "no problem, we can do that. "

I then met with Mike in Financing, who had me almost instantly (5 mins) approved.

I then waited for the call that my 2024 had arrived!
Man, I couldn't get to the Dealership fast enough!

Chris, the General Manager, reached out to make sure I was taken care of and that I was happy with everything.

My overall experience with Waterloo Kia was amazing!
I'll definitely be back in three years for another Trade-in!

Thank you again for this sharp looking Kia!

One of my best shopping experience I would say. Cause I was searching for Kia Forte Gt Limited for two months. Called and asked around 8 Kia showrooms around, but no luck.
John Collins here when I called he mentioned a car is available buts its forte5 GT limited, frankly I don't even know or seen forte5's around KWC regions. After the visit, he didn't force or brain wash my mind to buy, but he said its best practical sport hatchback to drive. I took test drive and same day night I called and told him that I am taking this car. Loan process, delivery and follow-up everything was smooth.

Car was not what I initially planned neither the color. But I didn't regret KIA. Car surprises me each day with little fun and smile on my face with buzzing exhaust (especially cold starts) and sound system.

Thank you John and Waterloo KIA for my first car in Canada. This review was after nearly three months, not instant or asked by anyone in the showroom to post, just a happy customer.

Even my first service was smooth, however I noticed car Manual says engine oil should be 5W30 for turbo variant but they put 5w20 as per the service invoice. Not sure if its by practice or an error. Will continue to drive unless if its makes a problem.

After years if I am sticking with KIA, I will go with Stinger, haha.

My recommendation on one thing is that options to include wheel lug nuts, tyre/rim warranty is not needed by many buyers, so please give an option for the customers to add or not during vehicle purchase time rather than totaling it out as a standard items.

Purchased a brand new 2023 KIA last week.
Was approved before we even left.
Went in on Saturday to meet with Mike and finalize papers.

I was financing, boyfriends vehicle as he's the one with the license. Have done this before and never any issues.
Went back the Wednesday to pick up.
Everything was shook on, signed and dated. Go over car with milos and realize the headliner by light switch had been cut and a very poor repair was done.
Was completely noticeable.
Told them this is unacceptable for a brand new vehicle. Their reasoning they were going to order it but it was $4,500 to do so, but again this is a brand new vehicle. Was offered to have it swapped out with the interior from other KIA sitting or a $400 credit in service. Told them we wanted it switched out. Dropped off vehicle on the Saturday, finally picked back up on Monday. Only to get a call on Tuesday saying we need another sign off. But everything was already signed and approved. Boyfriend has told them to come pick up the car. Been nothing but issues since we drove it off the lot not even a week ago.
And has only been driven to dealership and back.
Very poor service.

I just got a Kia Seltos from Waterloo Kia and for me the experience was really nice. Mr. Emilio helped me to find the right car and Mr. Mike through all the financial documentations.

I left my kia optima car for repair. It was said to be repaired in 4 days. They waited 3 weeks. I paid 900$.

4 days after it was repaired in my vehicle, the problem occurred again.

I went to Waterloo Kia again. For the same problem, it was said that there is another problem this time.

It was said that there is an expense of $ 7000. It's a complete disgrace. Money trap. They are incompetent.

I will never go there again.

This dealership is a pleasure to work with! My salesman Emilio is the best sales person we have dealt with and treats us like family. Even when we went to check other makes of cars the sales people have never matched the service that Emilio has provided. He keeps us coming back to Kia for our vehicle choice. As a family we hacve purchased 5 vehicles from Emilio because of his honesty and friendliness to us and all other people we have seen him interact with.

Easy to deal with, Professional, and Efficient! I purchased a vehicle remotely from halfway across the country, and my experience overall was excellent. I would certainly recommend this dealer, and my sales rep John to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I just had to get my family member out of a horrible deal, they offered a lowball value on the trade in. I’m talking low! Car retails for 20k and they offered 10. Without a discount on the new vehicle. Pathetic. I work in this industry too and to see profits like this being taken from peoples deals is insane. Especially with how Canadian economy is going and interest rates. Step your game up!

Kia in Waterloo is so friendly and they make you feel like family. Jessica, Maggie and the rest tell you straight up what's wrong, and fix it with no future issues. If I could I would give them 100 stars for their wonderful service.

Best service! Got my car fixed under warranty with no problems. Helped me out when another dealership tried to rip me off. While I was waiting to have my car done they gave me a place to work on my schoolwork. Service staff and Jessica are very friendly

I must say I am biased towards skepticism towards car dealerships given personal experiences but I was very impressed with the team at Waterloo Kia. In particular, Milos was extremely transparent, flexible and highly responsive to all communications over the course of an entire year. Also, I had an opportunity to interact with Chris (General Manager) and was thoroughly impressed.

I don't think they are trustworthy when buying a used car.

There was a known issue with a used car that they didn't tell me by phone in advance even though I said that I'm from Niagara Falls and it'll take me 2 hours to get to the store. They knew about the defect as I was told about it as soon as I arrived (by a different specialist).
An opportunity to sell you a car means more than honesty for some staff.

I left my kia forte EX with waterloo kia for my trunk latch problem. After 5 days I got it repaired. They did some other (ECU misfire, CVT repair) works on my car without informing me or my consent. I came to know only when I went to pay my bills and they told me that it is under warranty and you don't have to pay anything. But as soon as left the premises, my car started giving burning smell which was too bad to breathe. I called the kia waterloo at that moment itself and told them this and asked whether i should return my car now. The lady over the phone told me that all of her technicians are busy and told me to come after 2 weeks.
As I wasn't able to drive the car, i went to kia waterloo today (November 23) directly.
But they treated me there very badly and they told me that they are not responsible for this. I had no such issue before I left my car with them. And they were not even ready to check on it. They told to pay $130 taxes for diagnosing an issue which was not from my side. The service manager was very arrogant and unpolite to me as I raised this problem is not from my side. And he told he is not responsible for anything on this vehicle, if you want you can complain Kia Canada (as they won't do anything against them). It was such a bad experience that I had there. I got a quote from the same dealer for kia K5 and was about to place order today. But i will never go for Kia again. Such a pathetic customer service.

First time buying a car here. The service was really good. Staffs were really helpful. Our dealer Milos was exceptional. He was super helpful, courteous and always willing to help. He understood us and made our purchase really worth the while. Would definitely recommend him. Loved the process and doing business with them.
