I received the royal treatment facial and this was my first time having a facial at all. Jasmine was amazing. I felt pamper but enjoyed that she took time to explain everything she was doing and what she was using. My skin feels so fresh and clean now.

False advertising for promo sales - please beware, read the whole promo and still call in as its most likely incorrect - still waiting for a courtesy call from manager and now even with my friend that did go through with her appointment for the sale - they're now saying that's not even included.completely not professional given the ratings this place has and the expectations of service I was looking to receive.

I am 57 and I often heard comments that I look 'tired' so I went to see Anndrea at Waterloo Medical Cosmetics. I purchased a package as I knew I needed multiple sessions to refresh my appearance. Over 5 months I saw Anndrea. Each procedure individually did a wee bit but it wasn't until I had a number of them that I started to get compliments and I could not be happier with the natural results. My advice for older clients like me - keep up with the procedures and in time you will see amazing results. I recently got together with friends I had not seen in over a year due to Covid. They did not know I had been to Anndrea. They said I " glowed " and I looked " amazing " and wondered if I had my hair done! Another compliment came recently from my mother-in-law over Thanksgiving. She normally tells me I look tired. Last Sunday she told me I look wonderful and must be taking care of myself! A rare compliment - I'll take it!

What a patient centered spa. I had my consultation with Nurse Carla, along with my 1st treatment. Despite my busy, hectic and chaotic schedule, they were patient and understanding of my delays and struggle.
Carla is a DREAM. She's funny, personable, down to earth and NOT an overseller. She put me at complete ease for my first time treatment ever.
The results. I'm over the moon. Everyone that I was in touch with from Dr. Warren, to the admin staff were ALL fantastic.
The centre is immaculate, with very clean lines and minimal decor and clutter. White fixtures make the space very open and modern with the old character of the hard wood floors and century building.
But Carla. COME ON! She was the highlight.:)

I came in to see Meagan for a colour boost on my previously microbladed brows. I saw a different artist previously and Meagan was completely upfront during our phone consult about not being able to guarantee the work as she hadn't done my brows before. When I came in for my appointment, we decided to go with a powder brow as the microblading was a few years old and had lost the crisp strokes. She made sure I was satisfied with the size and shape before getting started and at the end made sure I was happy with how they looked and would make adjustments if I wanted. She explained the entire process, made sure I knew what she was doing each step of the way and always checked to make sure I was comfortable. She is extremely thorough and answered all my questions. Meagan is super friendly and easy to talk to. I am so happy with how my brows turned out. I would highly recommend her! Everyone at the clinic was fantastic! It's so nice to have you all back!

I got an eyebrow design + tint from Charlotte at the Waterloo location and I couldn't be happier with the results. Price was reasonable and my brows still look great 2 weeks later. Will definitely be coming back to try other cosmetic services here.
