I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed here as i was experiencing a lot of pain with them. I was booked in quickly (within a few days) and upon my surgery date i was super nervous!

however, the staff were understanding, patient and so so helpful in getting me ready and booking me in, especially the women who set me up for the surgery. She was very reassuring and kinda beforehand, and very attentive after the surgery making the process breeze by without any issues.

Would recommend!

The staff are very nice.
My issue is my daughter has all 4 wisdom teeth impacted and they need to be removed. She had an appointment to get them removed but there is no way on earth that we can come up with over $3000 to get them done. They kept telling us that the insurance will reimburse us which I understand but we physically can not come up with that, it is more than our rent. I wonder how people get it done that are worse off than we are. My boyfriend and I both work full time and there is still no way. So now my poor girl has to suffer in pain and they will not do anything about it. I do understand that some people will not pay afterwards but not everyone is like that.

Dr Cooperband recently removed a difficult wisdom tooth. Dr Cooperband is incredibly skilled at what he does. His bedside manner and professionalism eased my worries and reassured me. The whole team is amazing, friendly and professional. Dr Cooperband has THE BEST staff. Honestly, the positive and professionalism is unmatched. So glad I chose Dr Coopeband for my dental surgery! Plus there are great decorations at his clinic made by his kids. Thanks so much to the whole team!

Even though they clearly don't need my review, I've been telling myself to write this since I got my wisdom teeth pulled a month ago because I'm so glad I picked Dr. Cooperband's office out of the 2 referrals I was given.

The whole procedure went so quickly and smoothly from the moment I got called in until when I left. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Zhang if I remember correctly, and another short-haired lady with glasses were a pleasure to speak with as they distracted me before being put out. As well, the lady who helped me post surgery (long dark hair, also had glasses) was beyond kind when I was half out of it. They all made this experience such a positive one.

My recovery time was also much quicker than I expected which I think speaks to how well the surgery was done. Glad I don't have to do this again, but if I did, I'd do it here

They’re so nice and welcoming here. I have extreme anxiety. Especially around surgery and dental stuff and I couldn’t afford to go under to get my wisdom teeth out but they made it pretty quick and painless regardless so it was okay!

I have to give this place 5 stars because Dr. Shamji and his staff made me feel welcome and made my surgery experience great. I had four wisdom teeth removed and I was out cold which I cannot recall some memory of the surgery (it's a good thing). Other than that, I recommend for those who want a great experience of removing their wisdom teeth (s).

It started with a consulation from a referral from my dentist. The consulation itself was a a disappointment: I was charged $100 for about 5 minutes explaning I had some impacted teeth
and that they should be removed. They quickly mentioned I would be put under general anesthesia etc. It felt basically like a script that I paid a large premium for. Pretty unfortunate. I preferred the procedure to be done without general anesthesia and they were accomdating in this regard. Dr. Mobini mentioned that he would be perfectly willing to do this, no trouble. Some surgeons recommended against this so it's a nice touch Dr. Mobini would do this as such.

It was booked for a few months away - I got a call a couple days before but no notice of why they called. I found out was to confirm an appointment. This process was mostly smooth, with the most difficulty being getting ahold of the person originally to figure out what they needed.

The procedure day itself was smooth: I was frozen which probably took 20 minutes to take effect. Dr. Mobini was efficent and the actual procedure probably took an additional ten minutes. I walked myself home without trouble.

I had some minor after care problems, some of which the office could have prevented:

* The prescription I was given was impossible to fulfill at the pharmacy next door. They didn't carry any of it. I couldn't call others because talking with a frozen mouth is really, really difficult! They tell you to get your painkillers before the numbing wears off but that's rather difficult if you can't talk to someone. I did email the office and they called a local pharmacy that was able to confirm a place that had the drugs for me. Nice.

* The booklet they give you tells you to place gauze until "it stops bleeding". Unfortunately, I interpreted this as "your gauze should come clean". Further research shows, and logic dictates, that the blood clot that forms will produce some blood for some time - so I was changing gauze for nearly 4 hours wondering why I was still bleeding! Clarification would be good.

* I ran out of gauze - I probably should have bought some more. They also mention they recommended a frozen pack of peas for icing rather than an ice pack directly. This is the kind of stuff that it would've been nice to include in an email before the appointment. It would enable folks to pick it up beforehand. You wouldn't have this problem if you have someone to help but in my case, I didn't.

* I was given a prescription for "Tyneol 3" w/ codeine and Ibuprofen and the booklet metions you should take the "moderate pain one" first and gives the Tyneol 3 as an example of such a drug. I wasn't sure which I should be taking - however, over scrawled notes with the pharmacy I managed to figure out that Ibuprofen would've been better in my case, but again, some good concrete recommendations on their website would've been good.

* Water flossers are getting pretty popular and their guidance does not include much information. I probably could've contacted the office about it but I elected to just look up some info online and stay away from mine for a period of time.

I'm happy to report despite some minor hiccups that virtually the entire time I felt not a single ounce of pain, minus the brief period of time where the freezing wore off and I had yet to find some painkillers. By the second day, there was barely any pain even without painkillers and the third day, there was none at all despite not having had any ibuprofen for hours. I continued to take it for inflammation for a short period of time per the recommedation of a pharmacist.

It is said that a huge factor in recovery time is the skill of the surgeon. I'm later than some patients in terms of age in getting mine removed. I was in virtually no pain the entire time. I was back to eating normal food in a matter of days. Mr Mobini did an excellent job.

5/5 because the most important part of the process is that my surgery was a resounding success.

I was happy with the service but do not want my name on social media so I will not be able to give a recommendation.

The dentist I saw on my last visit was extremely good, he was gentle and caring when pulling out my teeth, I have great anxiety when going to dentist, but he seemed to put me at ease, and it was not that bad

Exemplary Service, I was amazed at how fast and painless dental surgery was, he had me in and out in about 20 minutes. I had been scared by the procedure and what people said about it years ago, But I can assure you you have nothing to fear. He is the best dentist experience I have ever had, and I've had many.
