Have been a patient of Dr. Javad for few years now. Was scared of going to the dentist but his calm demeanor is very comforting and made me feel at ease during my appointments. Highly recommend him.

I changed my dentsit to dr. Javad and I am very satisfied with the desicion. Althogh I live a little far from the office but quality matters most and I prefer to go to a place with friendly and educated staff. The staff is always responding to all matters patiently. I also do not have insurnace coverage and the clinic charges are very reasonable.

Comprehensive care in a calm and friendly environment. I look forward to going to the dentist!

This is a review not about the work this office does but about the outrageous way they go about making money. I am not a patient but the grandfather of a patient who frequently takes her there and pays the bill. Now of course they will try to defend this and I wouldn't expect no less. My granddaughter was in for her cleaning and they said she had cavities due to her braces, etc. Understandably she needed to get them fixed, here we go. It began with that day, an initial charge of 302 for the cleaning. Etc. Then came the fillings 807. Both on Aug 24 then another appointment on Aug 28 for 945. Then sept 12 for 796, then Oct 2 for 603. Anyway u shake this out it was unacceptable, overcharging at its max because of benefits. This was not dr husain but instead drjalayer. Anyways people have to know this was unjust. Now I know they will try to justify this but u can't, should have never happened this way. Ps.we had a quote and also had it verified that day and they still went higher

I recently visited the clinic and one of the most professional clinics I’ve ever been. It was a clean office. The staff was so friendly and the appointment was on time. Dr. Javad is very friendly, competent and addresses the patient concerns carefully.

One of the best dentists who treated me Dr. Javad very friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable on his treatments, he will tell you options regarding your treatment and he will tell you the best. I didn’t even feel the freezing when he gave it to me, Thank you Dr. Javad i will definitely want to be treated by you when I will need a dental treatment again.

DR. Javad is really a very good dentist that I have ever met. He listens to your problem patiently and then gives you the best option. He is very detailed and a perfectionist in his work. I have been his patient for 4 yrs, I wish he had his office in Brampton as well. Overall best experience being his patient.

I recently became a new patient at Waterloo Smiles. Everyone is so kind and professional. My appointments were very relaxing with the complementary aromatherapy and warm neck pillow. Esha did an excellent job on my cleaning, she is also extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Dr. Jalayer did a very through exam of my mouth and gave me different treatment plan options for my concerns. Overall I am extremely happy with my appointments and look forward to coming back!

Dr Javad is my (and my kids') dentist for almost 5 years now and I will follow him even now that he is in Waterloo! Its difficult to find such knowledgeable dentist like him,:)

My first experience at this clinic turned out to be exceptional. I needed a root canal treatment and a crown (which was quite frightening for me to be honest). Dr. Javad was so friendly and competent, and did the treatment in a professional manner.
